采用某洗煤厂的煤矸石和天然粘土石灰石作为主要原料,添加适量的氯化铝制备吸附剂对Zn~(2+)进行吸附,运用SEM技术对吸附剂进行了表征,研究了不同因素对Zn~(2+)去除率的影响,并探讨了吸附机理。实验结果表明:当反应温度为20℃、振荡时间为70 min、废水pH为6、吸附剂投加量为0.5 g时,Zn~(2+)去除率达到96.28%。煤矸石复合吸附剂对Zn~(2+)的吸附符合准二级动力学方程,在高浓度时符合Langmuir等温吸附模型低浓度时符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,且吸附是易发生的。  相似文献

Zinc is an essential trace element to maintain human and generally mammal homeostasis; its biological signification could be explained through the participation or as structural element of more than 200 protein molecules in mammals.

The synthesis of proteins in spleen and thymus of rats is induced by zinc, a fact which moved us to purify and isolate such proteins, before proceeding to its identification or characterization. Rats are treated with zinc during 4 weeks and then sacrificed; blood is extracted under light ether anesthesia. The extracts of thymus and spleen were prepared by homogenization with Tris‐HC1 buffer 1.0 × 10‐2M pH 7.4 and submitted to Sephadex G‐75 column (40 × 1.6 cm) after centrifugation and filtration through 0.45 μ filters. The elution profile of proteins were established at 253 and 280 nm, and zinc concentration was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The peak containing zinc was submitted to a second column of Sephadex G‐25 (40×1.6 cm) obtaining a peak of purified protein with physico‐chemical characteristics similar to metallothionein.  相似文献

The present work relates to galvanized structures with several years of time life subjected to atmospheric corrosion, like galvanized high tension steel pylons. The mass and fate of zinc released is evaluated both via empirical and experimental procedures. The corrosion rate determination requested atmospheric condition characterization, especially for SO 2 concentration and experimental activities focused on soil sampling around pylons. The soil zinc content, total and exchangeable, is determinates by different analytical procedures. The zinc diffusion in environment and the zinc extension under the top soil is evaluated using 1-dimensional mathematical model for miscible species in porous soil.  相似文献

The phytoextraction potential of plants for removing heavy metals from polluted soils is determined by their capacity to store contaminants in aboveground organs and complex them safely. In this study, the metal compartmentation, elemental composition of zinc deposits and zinc complexation within leaves from poplars grown on soil with mixed metal contamination was analysed combining several histochemical and microanalytical approaches. Zinc was the only heavy metal detected and was stored in several organelles in the form of globoid deposits showing β-metachromasy. It was associated to oxygen anions and different cations, noteworthy phosphorous. The deposit structure, elemental composition and element ratios indicated that zinc was chelated by phytic acid ligands. Maturation processes in vacuolar vs. cytoplasmic deposits were suggested by differences in size and amounts of complexed zinc. Hence, zinc complexation by phytate contributed to metal detoxification and accumulation in foliage but could not prevent toxicity reactions therein.  相似文献

在大型邯郸钢铁公司周边不同样区的麦田成对采集表层土壤和成熟的小麦籽粒样品,检测US EPA优控的16种母体多环芳烃(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs)的浓度和组分谱,确定当地麦田表土PAHs的空间分布特征、与总有机碳TOC分数的相关性.由此,初步开展PAHs源解析,并简单探讨小麦籽粒PAHs与表土PAHs的关联性.结果表明,麦田表土总PAHs平均中位数含量为398.9 ng·g-1(范围123.4~1 626.4 ng·g-1),根据丹麦的土壤质量标准,所有表土样品中PAHs总含量超过限值占18%,而苯并[a]芘含量超过限值的样品占总数的10%.表土PAHs组分谱以中、高环组分为主体.利用同分异构体特征比值进行初步源解析,显示煤与生物质燃烧和交通燃油(尾气)是当地PAHs主要混合排放源.各样区麦田表土TOC分数与PAHs总含量、与不同环数组分含量都呈现类似的显著正相关.邯郸钢铁公司周边麦田小麦籽粒的总PAHs平均中位数含量为27.0 ng·g-1(范围19.0~34.0 ng·g-1),PAHs含量较低且未超过欧盟与国内的相关食品卫生标准.小麦籽粒中优势低环组分占总体的84%,其组分谱分布与麦田表土有所不同,显示小麦籽粒的PAHs除去根部吸收、传输外,还存在大气干湿沉降通过叶表(气孔)进入小麦体内等其它输入途径.  相似文献

介绍了一起废旧金属熔炼导致的放射性污染事件,以及环保部门在事件中采取的措施.反思了废旧金属回收熔炼辐射安全监管存在的问题,指出相关的法律法规不够明确,对熔炼企业辐射监测的监管力度不足,废金属进出口的放射性管理存在漏洞,熔炼企业缺乏辐射安全意识和手段,提出了完善标准体系,强化口岸监测,实施分级管理,加强企业辐射安全管理等对策措施.  相似文献

We studied the removal of copper and zinc ions from aqueous solutions using a lignocellulosic substrate obtained by an acido-basic treatment of wheat bran. The sorption capacity of this material was investigated through batch and column experiments. Batch experimental results showed that the retention capacity of the lignocellulosic substrate was 0.20×10–3 mol g–1 at pH 4.5 for copper(II) and 0.24×10–3 mol g–1 at pH 6.5 for zinc(II). Column experiments showed a reduced sorption capacity for both ions compared to batch experiments. Batch and column data were analysed using the Langmuir equation in order to determine the affinity constant and the binding capacity of the sorbent and to compare both retention processes.  相似文献

The sorption capacity of the microalga, Chlorella vulgaris, was investigated using different metals (Cu, Zn, Cd and Ni), in both monometallic and bimetallic solutions. The final metal concentrations were significantly low. In the case of copper, an acid pretreatment (at pH 3) of the biomass was required to avoid an excessive increase in pH and the subsequent precipitation of metal during tests. This pretreatment was not necessary for the rest of the metals. The study of the influence of pH led to a greater metal uptake at a higher pH, suggesting a clear competition between metal cations and protons during the biosorption process. The biomass concentration was also a relevant variable, and the best sorption capacities were achieved at the lowest biomass concentration. pH also had a great influence on the elution of the metal retained by the biomass. The best recovery yields were obtained for the lower pH of the eluent solution. Sorption isotherms were well fitted to the Langmuir model, for both single-metal and two-metal systems. In both cases, the biomass showed a greater affinity for Cd.  相似文献

No data are available on the content of heavy metals in the xylem sap of grapevines growing in contaminated areas. The aim of this work was to obtain data on the concentration of Pb, Zn, Cd and Cu in the xylem sap of grapevine (Vitis vinifera) cultivar Monica (ungrafted), growing near contaminated sites: a smelter, an abandoned and an active mine, and to investigate relationships between xylem sap mineral composition and the heavy metal content of the soil. The concentrations of Pb, Zn, Cd and Cu in the sap were enhanced compared to that of the soil, ranging from 4.3 to 611.4 µg Pb , 801 to 6176 µg Zn , 2.5 to 45 µg Cd and 19.8 to 161 µg Cu . Dry matter of xylem sap was significantly related to the heavy metals content in xylem saps, but no significant relationship between the metals in sap and total and DTPA/TEA extractable metal fraction in soil was found.  相似文献
