Carboxylic acids are ubiquitous and important components of the troposphere; they are currently measured in different environments. They are thought to have several sources comprising primary biogenic and anthropogenic emissions, hydrocarbons gas-phase oxidations, and some carbonyl compounds aqueous-phase oxidations. In the present review we make a synthesis of the concentrations of low molecular weight carboxylic acids in tropospheric aqueous and gaseous phases and in aerosol particles for different environments. We also successively examine the major sources of carboxylic acids and discuss their relative contribution to tropospheric concentrations for various environments as well as the principal sinks of these compounds.  相似文献

为了阐明三峡库区第一大支流香溪河流域人类活动对磷输入的影响程度,收集流域所涉及的2001~2019年的乡镇统计数据,运用改进的人类活动净磷输入(NAPI)模型,分析了该流域NAPI的发展趋势.结果表明:在时间尺度上,香溪河流域2001~2019年的NAPI整体呈下降趋势;在空间尺度上,NAPI呈现东北部高于西南部的趋势,影响香溪河流域NAPI的主要乡镇为黄粮镇、峡口镇和昭君镇,占香溪河流域NAPI的63.8%;河流磷输出占NAPI的百分比为10.7%~79.5%;从NAPI结构上看,影响香溪河流域NAPI主要的影响因素为磷肥施入量,占香溪河流域NAPI的46%~68%,次要影响因素为食物磷和磷化工及磷矿开采导致磷素释放量,分别占香溪河流域NAPI的14%~32%和16%~24%;从NAPI影响因素上看,NAPI与人口密度和耕地面积占比均呈极显著正相关(P<0.001),而在小流域研究尺度上,NAPI与河流磷输出的相关性不显著(P>0.05),不具有直接的响应关系.因此,香溪河流域磷素管理应优先考虑重点区域(黄粮镇、峡口镇和昭君镇),控制化肥施用量,并提高工厂污染物排放标准.  相似文献

洱海流域乡镇尺度上人类活动对净氮输入量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
人类活动引起的氮素过量输入已经成为引起水体富营养化及其他生态危害的主要原因.为了研究人类活动对流域氮素的影响,本文基于洱海流域16个乡镇行政单元的统计数据,考虑流动人口的影响,利用NANI模型估算洱海流域乡镇尺度的人类活动净氮输入量(net anthropogenic nitrogen inputs,NANI).结果表明,2014年洱海流域NANI总量为29.81×10~3t,单位面积输入强度(以氮计)为10 986 kg·(km~2·a)-1,显著高于我国平均水平.当地旅游人口带入的食品氮输入为0.26×10~3t,占到了流域居民食品氮输入的8%.从氮素的输入量的构成来看,肥料输入是最大的贡献源,占到了流域净氮输入的47%,其次为食品饲料的净氮输入.在空间分布上,乡镇单元的NANI分布呈现明显区域化特征,从流域整体上看呈现北高南低的特点.耕地或人口集中的乡镇NANI强度偏高,洱海流域具有较大的氮素污染风险.  相似文献

The effects of O_3/Cl_2 disinfection on corrosion and the growth of opportunistic pathogens in drinking water distribution systems were studied using annular reactors(ARs).The corrosion process and most probable number(MPN) analysis indicated that the higher content of iron-oxidizing bacteria and iron-reducing bacteria in biofilms of the AR treated with O_3/Cl_2 induced higher Fe_3O_4 formation in corrosion scales.These corrosion scales became more stable than the ones that formed in the AR treated with Cl_2 alone.O_3/Cl_2 disinfection inhibited corrosion and iron release efficiently by changing the content of corrosion-related bacteria.Moreover,ozone disinfection inactivated or damaged the opportunistic pathogens due to its strong oxidizing properties.The damaged bacteria resulting from initial ozone treatment were inactivated by the subsequent chlorine disinfection.Compared with the AR treated with Cl_2 alone,the opportunistic pathogens M.avium and L.pneumophila were not detectable in effluents of the AR treated with O_3/Cl_2,and decreased to(4.60 ± 0.14) and(3.09 ± 0.12) log10(gene copies/g corrosion scales) in biofilms,respectively.The amoeba counts were also lower in the AR treated with O_3/Cl_2.Therefore,O_3/C_l2 disinfection can effectively control opportunistic pathogens in effluents and biofilms of an AR used as a model for a drinking water distribution system.  相似文献

四川省人为源大气污染物排放清单及特征   总被引:16,自引:14,他引:2  
在收集四川省各城市人为污染源活动水平数据基础上,基于自下而上和自上而下结合的清单构建方法,选取排放因子并结合GIS技术,建立了该地区2015年1 km×1 km人为源大气污染物排放清单.结果表明,2015年四川省人为源SO_2、NO_x、CO、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、BC、OC、VOCs和NH_3排放量分别为444.9×10~3、820.0×10~3、3 773.1×10~3、1 371.6×10~3、537.5×10~3、28.7×10~3、53.1×10~3、923.6×10~3和988.0×10~3t.电厂和工业锅炉等燃煤排放贡献了95%以上的SO_2,移动源、化石燃料燃烧源和工艺过程源分别贡献了54%、23%和20%的NO_x,以钢铁和建材制造为主的工艺过程源分别贡献了20%的PM_(10)和34%的PM_(2.5),以道路扬尘为主的扬尘源分别贡献了60%的PM_(10)和35%的PM_(2.5),生物质燃烧分别贡献了33%的BC和51%的OC,以机械加工、建筑装饰、电子设备制造、印刷和家具等行业为主的溶剂使用源贡献了46%的VOCs,NH_3主要来自畜禽养殖和氮肥施用等农业部门排放,分别占总排放量的70%和25%.污染物空间分布结果显示,四川省各项大气污染物主要集中分布于人口最为密集,农业和工业均较为发达的四川盆地和攀枝花部分区域,其中,以成都、德阳和绵阳为代表的成都平原城市群为四川盆地内的主要排放高值区域.所建立的排放清单存在一定不确定性,后续研究中应针对活动水平数据获取的不足开展数据收集工作,加强排放贡献较大典型污染源的排放因子本地化研究工作,逐步完善四川省大气污染物排放清单,为四川省复合型大气污染研究和防治提供科学支撑.  相似文献

Abstract:  Anthropogenic disturbance of landscapes surrounding wetlands is considered a factor in local and global amphibian declines. Few data exist on the effects of agricultural cultivation of wetland watersheds on amphibians, and results from previous studies are contradictory. Our objective was to test the effects of general anthropogenic land use (cultivation vs. grassland) on the demographics of seven species and three age classes of amphibians in the Southern High Plains of Texas. We partially enclosed 16 playa wetlands (4 per land use per year) with drift fences and pitfall traps and monitored relative daily abundance and diversity from 16 May to 17 October 1999 and 19 April to 18 August 2000. In general, relative abundance (i.e., average daily capture) of New Mexico and plains spadefoots (  Spea multiplicata, S. bombifrons ) was greater at cropland than grassland playas; the abundance of other species and diversity of the amphibian assemblage was not affected by land use. Also, abundance generally was greater in 1999 than 2000 for metamorph spadefoots and barred tiger salamanders ( Ambystoma tigrinum mavortium ). Differences in spadefoot abundance between land-use types may have been related to low species-specific vagility, resulting in increased nestedness within disturbed landscapes and reduced abundance of a potential keystone intraguild predator in cropland playas. The yearly difference in amphibian abundance was likely related to annual precipitation, which influenced wetland hydroperiod. Agricultural cultivation surrounding wetlands is associated with the increased abundance of some amphibian species, but other demographic and fitness parameters—such as temporal demographics, body size, and diet diversity—may be negatively affected.  相似文献

Long-Term Ecosystem Dynamics in the Serengeti: Lessons for Conservation   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Abstract:  Data from long-term ecological studies further understanding of ecosystem dynamics and can guide evidence-based management. In a quasi-natural experiment we examined long-term monitoring data on different components of the Serengeti-Mara Ecosystem to trace the effects of disturbances and thus to elucidate cause-and-effect connections between them. The long-term data illustrated the role of food limitation in population regulation in mammals, particularly in migratory wildebeest and nonmigratory buffalo. Predation limited populations of smaller resident ungulates and small carnivores. Abiotic events, such as droughts and floods, created disturbances that affected survivorship of ungulates and birds. Such disturbances showed feedbacks between biotic and abiotic realms. Interactions between elephants and their food allowed savanna and grassland communities to co-occur. With increased woodland vegetation, predators' capture of prey increased. Anthropogenic disturbances had direct (hunting) and indirect (transfer of disease to wildlife) effects. Slow and rapid changes and multiple ecosystem states became apparent only over several decades and involved events at different spatial scales. Conservation efforts should accommodate both infrequent and unpredictable events and long-term trends. Management should plan on the time scale of those events and should not aim to maintain the status quo. Systems can be self-regulating through food availability and predator-prey interactions; thus, culling may not be required. Ecosystems can occur in multiple states; thus, there may be no a priori need to maintain one natural state. Finally, conservation efforts outside protected areas must distinguish between natural change and direct human-induced change. 牛粪发酵过程中抗生素耐药基因及相关菌群组成变化规律   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
随着规模化奶牛养殖迅速发展,牛粪带来的环境污染问题日益严重。实验探究牛粪及其堆肥过程中养分变化、抗生素耐药基因消减情况以及细菌群落演替规律,探讨细菌菌群与养分、抗生素耐药基因之间的相关性。采集牛粪及其堆肥过程样品,测定样品中养分、检测抗生素耐药基因相对丰度,采用16S r RNA高通量测序技术研究牛粪堆肥过程细菌群落变化。结果表明,从新鲜牛粪(组FM)到发酵牛粪(组C),样品中有机质含量下降,全氮和全磷含量有不同程度增加,全钾(TK)显著升高(P<0.05)。堆肥发酵后,抗生素耐药基因erm B、tet M、bla CTX-M和aac(6')-Ib-cr的相对丰度呈现不同程度的下降,而基因sul1相对丰度增加。高通量测序结果表明,在门水平,各组均以Firmicutes、Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes这3个菌门为主,在属水平,各组具有不同的优势物种,其中发现Bacteroides、Paeniclostridium和Pseudomonas等7个潜在病原菌属的相对丰度在堆肥后有效降低。通过相关性分析发现,潜在病原菌属与基因tet M和sul1呈显著正相关(P<0.05),此外,大部分优势菌属与养分TK有显著相关性(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,牛粪经堆肥发酵后,病原菌相对丰度有效降低,抗生素耐药基因相对丰度的下降与细菌菌群结构变化存在相关关系。  相似文献

随着工业的发展、人口的增加和耕地的减少,特别是工业革命以来,人为作用对土壤形成的影响越来越大。在此过程中,人们培育了人为土,也出现了土壤退化。人为作用重要性的确认扩大了土壤学的视野,土壤不仅是独立的“历史自然体”,人为土还是劳动的产物;土壤不仅是“植物养料的储藏库”,还应是污染物的缓冲带的过滤器。因此,建议用“六大成土因素”代替五大成土因素;用“人地圈”或“智慧土壤圈”来充实“土壤圈”。  相似文献

在经济部门、燃料类型、燃烧方式/工艺技术3个层次对排放源进行划分的基础上,根据各类源的能源消耗/产品产量及相应的排放因子,建立了中国大陆2001年分省区CO人为源排放清单.结果表明,中国大陆2001年CO人为源排放量为1·5×108t.生物质、煤炭和汽油是CO排放的主要来源,分别占总排放的35·24%、31·67%和20·31%;CO主要来源于居民生活(32·15%)、工业燃烧(23·77%)和机动车排放(21·75%).CO排放的地区分布极不均衡,山东、河北、山西、辽宁等12个省区的年排放量在5·0×106t以上,集中了全国总排放的2/3;上海、北京和天津3市的年均排放强度最高(大于100t·km-2·a-1);而西藏、青海、新疆和内蒙古4个省区的CO排放强度均不足5t·km-2·a-1·  相似文献
