利用超声波结合过氧化氢(H2O2)使纳米金红石型TiO2转晶,制备出了大约含有30%锐钛相的转晶纳米TiO2.通过TiO2催化超声降解偶氮品红的研究证实了转晶纳米TiO2粉末具有明显的声催化活性.除此之外,还考察了各种因素对转晶纳米TiO2催化超声降解偶氮品红反应的影响.结果表明,在转晶纳米TiO2催化剂的作用下,偶氮品红的超声降解效果明显优于使用纳米金红石型和纳米锐钛型TiO2的情况.偶氮品红的声催化降解过程符合一级动力学反应.在超声波频率40 kHz、输出功率50 W、催化剂用量1000 mg·L-1、pH为5.00、温度为20℃、偶氮品红水溶液初始浓度20 mg·L-1的条件下,照射40 min时的降解率即可达到75%以上.  相似文献

• AO7 degradation was coupled with anaerobic methane oxidation. • Higher concentration of AO7 inhibited the degradation. • The maximum removal rate of AO7 reached 280 mg/(L·d) in HfMBR. • ANME-2d dominated the microbial community in both batch reactor and HfMBR. • ANME-2d alone or synergistic with the partner bacteria played a significant role. Azo dyes are widely applied in the textile industry but are not entirely consumed during the dyeing process and can thus be discharged to the environment in wastewater. However, azo dyes can be degraded using various electron donors, and in this paper, Acid Orange 7 (AO7) degradation performance is investigated using methane (CH4) as the sole electron donor. Methane has multiple sources and is readily available and inexpensive. Experiments using 13C-labeled isotopes showed that AO7 degradation was coupled with anaerobic oxidation of methane (AOM) and, subsequently, affected by the initial concentrations of AO7. Higher concentrations of AO7 could inhibit the activity of microorganisms, which was confirmed by the long-term performance of AO7 degradation, with maximum removal rates of 8.94 mg/(L·d) in a batch reactor and 280 mg/(L·d) in a hollow fiber membrane bioreactor (HfMBR). High-throughput sequencing using 16S rRNA genes showed that Candidatus Methanoperedens, affiliated to ANME-2d, dominated the microbial community in the batch reactor and HfMBR. Additionally, the relative abundance of Proteobacteria bacteria (Phenylobacterium, Pseudomonas, and Geothermobacter) improved after AO7 degradation. This outcome suggested that ANME-2d alone, or acting synergistically with partner bacteria, played a key role in the process of AO7 degradation coupled with AOM.  相似文献

Zero valent iron (ZVI) is expected to help create an enhanced anaerobic environment that might improve the performance of anaerobic treatment. Based on this idea, a novel ZVI packed upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (ZVI-UASB) reactor was developed to treat azo dye wastewater with variable influent quality. The results showed that the reactor was less influenced by increases of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B concentration from 50 to 1000 mg/L and chemical oxygen demand (COD) from 1000 to 7000 mg/L in the feed than a reference UASB reactor without the ZVI. The ZVI decreased oxidation-reduction potential in the reactor by about 80 mV. Iron ion dissolution from the ZVI could buffer acidity in the reactor, the amount of which was related to the COD concentration. Fluorescence in situ hybridization test showed the abundance of methanogens in the sludge of the ZVI-UASB reactor was significantly greater than that of the reference one. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis showed that the ZVI increased the diversity of microbial strains responsible for high efficiency.  相似文献

以城市污水处理厂脱水污泥作为原料,采用化学活化法(ZnCl2作为活化剂)制得污泥活性炭,全面研究了污泥活性炭对活性艳红K-2BP、酸性大红GR和直接紫N这3种染料的吸附动力学行为.结果表明,污泥活性炭可以有效地吸附染料,实现污泥的资源化;3种染料的平衡吸附量qe均随着染料初始浓度和温度的增大而增大,相同条件下平衡吸附量qe的大小顺序为:酸性大红GR>活性艳红K-2BP>直接紫N;伪二级动力学模型能够很好地描述3种染料在污泥活性炭上的吸附动力学行为;对于活性艳红K-2BP和直接紫N,颗粒内扩散过程是该吸附速率的控制步骤,但不是唯一的速率控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受颗粒外扩散过程的控制,而对于酸性大红GR,颗粒内扩散过程不是吸附速率的控制步骤;污泥活性炭对3种染料的吸附是一个吸热过程,吸附活化能较小,主要为物理吸附过程.  相似文献

以微米级聚苯乙烯微球为种球,活性艳橙K-7R为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用单步溶胀聚合法在水相中制得了分子印迹聚合物微球(MIPs),并用平衡吸附实验研究了其吸附性能。通过Scatchard分析,结果表明,MIPs在识别K-7R过程中存在两类结合位点,高亲和力结合位点的平衡离解常数Kd1=14.855μmol/L,最大结合量Qmax1=1.282μmol/g;低亲和力结合位点的平衡离解常数Kd2=70.939μmol/L,最大结合量Qmax2=3.930μmol/g。该MIPs对K-7R有较高的亲和性和选择性。  相似文献

Photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) process is an effective way to deal with organic pollutants in wastewater which could be difficult to be degraded by conventional biological treatment methods. Normally the TiO2 powder in nanometre size range was directly used as photocatalyst for dye degradation in wastewater. However the titanium dioxide powder was arduous to be recovered from the solution after treatment. In this application, a new form of TiO2(i. e. pillar pellets ranging from 2.5 to 5.3 mm long and with a diameter of 3.7 mm) was used and investigated for photocatalytic degradation of textile dye effluent. A test system was built with a flat plate reactor(FPR) and UV light source(blacklight and solar simulator as light source respectively) for investigating the effectiveness of the new form of TiO2. It was found that the photocatalytic process under this configuration could efficiently remove colours from textile dyeing effluent. Comparing with the TiO2 powder, the pellet was very easy to recovered from the treated solution and can be reused in multiple times without the significant change on the photocatalytic property. The results also showed that to achieve the same photocatalytic performance, the FPR area by pellets was about 91% smaller than required by TiO2 powder. At least TiO2 pellet could be used as an alternative form of photocatalyst in applications for textile effluent treatment process, also other wastewater treatment processes.  相似文献

印染和染料废水色度大,COD高,可生化性差.采用基因工程菌Escherichia coli JM109(pGEX-AZR)在厌氧膜生物反应器中,对模拟偶氮染料废水进行脱色研究.结果表明,系统对酸性红B有很好的脱色能力,且启动期短,脱色效率高,脱色率稳定在95%以上,对COD的去除率能达到68%.系统运行过程中,反应器内生物量稳定在0.4 g/L.EPS与生物量变化趋势一致,先升高后降低;pH值在运行初期由6.5降至6.2,后维持在6.6左右.系统运行27 d后进行第一次膜清洗,膜通量恢复为初始值的92%,系统运行周期约为26 d.  相似文献

本文以阳离子染料碱性品红为代表,采用PFAS混凝剂对其水溶液进行脱色处理,在处理过程加入适量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠做助剂,脱色率最高可达99%以上。本文还研究pH值及盐效应对脱色率的影响。脱色机理的研究结果表明:阳离子染料在水溶液中与十二烷基苯磺酸钠之间发生化学作用,靠氢键及静电键结合,使原来带正电荷的阳离子染料粒子转变为带负电荷的粒子,再与带正电荷的PFAS混凝剂的胶体作用产生絮凝沉淀。  相似文献

一株球形红假单胞菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides YB)缺氧情况下对数种偶氮染料的24 h脱色率达到90%以上。结构相对简单的偶氮染料较容易脱色。研究了外加碳源、温度和pH值等环境因素对该菌生长以及脱色活性的影响,得出最优脱色条件为:光照缺氧、蛋白胨作碳源、温度35~40℃、pH=7-8。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法合成出一系列镁铝摩尔比不同的碳酸根型水滑石(LDHs),经500℃高温煅烧制备出镁铝复合氧化物CLDH,并用X-射线、红外光谱对它们进行表征。考查了吸附剂投加量、反应时间、初始pH值等因素对LDHs和CLDH处理阴离子染料活性艳红X-3B模拟废水效果的影响,并对吸附机理进行探讨。实验结果表明:以镁铝摩尔比为3:1时制得的水滑石对活性艳红X-3B溶液的脱色效果最好。水滑石LDHs及其焙烧产物CLDH对活性艳红X-3B染料均具有较好的吸附性能,最佳反应时间分别为60min和30min;在较宽的pH范围内二者的脱色性能稳定,且CLDH对该染料的吸附效果要优于LDHs。LDHs及CLDH对活性艳红X-3B的吸附结果符合Langmuir吸附等温式,25℃下饱和吸附量分别为263.77mg/g和875.23mg/g。LDHs及CLDH的吸附机理分别为离子交换和层状结构重建。饱和吸附后的CLDH用高温热解法再生,吸附性能良好,随再生次数增多,脱色率下降。  相似文献
