大都市群的环境问题及其环境保护战略

从实现新时期统筹发展的国家战略需求出发,剖析了大都市群跨区域交叉污染、复合污染、累计污染的特点,指出这些区域已成为环境资源“漏斗区”和突发性环境危机的风险区。认为只有采取主动引导发展的国家环境战略才能有效地解决大都市群和环境的协调可持续发展问题。阐述了主动环保战略的重大措施包括引导调整发展布局、转变经济增长方式、转变生活方式、创新国家环境管理体制、创新环境科技体系和系统、人工提高环境承载能力等。     

落实企业安全主体责任,强化生产过程安全管理

上海华谊集团是地处特大型城市中的大型化工企业集团,拥有30家从事危险化学品的生产经营单位。搞好生产过程安全管理,确保一方平安,是集团实现安全发展、科学发展的基础,是重中之重的工作。华谊集团重点强化企业安全责任主体,落实各级安全管理责任制;加强制度建设,统一制订实施集团《安全管理制度》,强化完善制度监管;强化重点危险化学品等的全过程安全监管,推进危化品企业安全标准化;组织开展HSE大检查,消除安全隐患;全员参与,实施全员危险源辨识活动,开展应急预案的修订与演练;加快推进产品结构调整和布局调整,消除安全"孤岛";实施"一个华谊,全国业务"的跨市发展战略。     

Mediating effects of psychological safety in the relationship between team affectivity and transactive memory systems

In this research, we develop a framework for understanding the emergence of transactive memory systems (TMS) in project‐based teams characterized by different levels of group level positive affectivity (PA) and negative affectivity (NA). With a focus on enhancing understanding of the means of transmission, we test the mediating role played by group level psychological safety (PS) in the relationship between team affectivity and TMS. From a sample of 107 software implementation project teams, in a lagged field study, we find support for a mediated model in which high group NA, but not group PA, promotes environments psychologically unsafe for interpersonal risk‐taking (low PS) and which are negatively associated with TMS. This study extends prior research on the differential effects of PA and NA, by contributing to the limited research on group affectivity, environmental antecedents of TMS, and the mediating role of PS for predicting group level transactive processes and structures. 基于瓦斯涌出量预测的近距离煤层群开采顺序优化选择

随着中厚煤层资源的枯竭,近距离薄煤层群开采成为我国资源的重要补充。煤层群开采时合理的采掘部署是防止工作面瓦斯集中涌出的关键,本文通过分析近距离煤层群开采时各回采顺序下工作面瓦斯涌出量,建立了以工作面瓦斯涌出量预测为基础的近距离煤层群开采优化模型,利用计算机编程实现了模型的可视化操作。该模型通过对比分析全部种回采顺序方案,选择整个回采期间瓦斯涌出量最均衡的方案为最优方案。对翔升煤矿进行了实例分析,结果显示合理的回采方案可以使工作面最大瓦斯涌出量大大减小,使整个回采期间工作面瓦斯涌出量趋于均衡。为煤层群开采优化技术中的瓦斯环节提供了理论依据。     

中国报废汽车中铂族金属回收潜力估算

基于Gompertz模型预测中国2018~2050年民用汽车的社会保有量;在此基础上,采用物质流分析方法估算得出我国汽车高峰报废年限大约为9a.然后,通过市场供给A模型预测我国2018~2025年汽车报废量,结果显示,我国汽车报废量到2025年将达到2535.05万辆,并且地理空间分布极不均衡.基于上述汽车报废量的时空分布,测算不同技术发展情景下废汽车三元催化剂中的铂族金属回收潜力和需求量.结果显示：如果按照当前催化剂消耗水平,全国铂族金属的需求量均在2019年达到峰值,铂钯铑分别达到4.57,65.70,7.92t,有望实现行业内闭环供应;如果以欧盟汽车尾气治理标准为目标,而现有汽车技术不发生根本变化,需求量将大幅增加,铂钯铑分别在2020年达到峰值85.01,109.38,8.37t,存在严重的供需矛盾.为此,建议在汽车生产者责任延伸制度中,关注废催化剂的回收和再生利用,以促进前端生产环节在不同技术选择中考虑稀贵金属的供给限制.     

行为传播视角下群体压力对矿工不安全行为意向的影响*

为探究不安全行为在煤矿企业班组之间的传播机制,建立矿工的群体压力、道德推脱、道德氛围与矿工不安全行为意向之间的假设模型。以252名一线班组矿工为研究对象,基于结构方程模型分析道德推脱的中介效应和道德氛围的调节效应,对行为传播视角下的群体压力对矿工不安全行为意向的影响展开研究。研究结果表明:群体压力与矿工不安全行为意向正相关;群体压力与矿工道德推脱水平正相关;道德推脱在群体压力与不安全行为意向之间起中介作用;工具型道德氛围在群体压力与道德推脱之间起调节作用;规则型道德氛围在群体压力与矿工不安全行为意向之间起调节作用。研究结果可为煤矿企业降低矿工的不安全行为意向提供1种可借鉴的理论依据和管理方法。     

Entrepreneur environment management behavior evaluation method derived from environmental economy

Evaluation system can encourage and guide entrepreneurs, and impel them to perform well in environment management. An evaluation method based on advantage structure is established. It is used to analyze entrepreneur environment management behavior in China. Entrepreneur environment management behavior evaluation index system is constructed based on empirical research. Evaluation method of entrepreneurs is put forward, from the point of objective programming-theory to alert entrepreneurs concerned to think much of it, which means to take minimized objective function as comprehensive evaluation result and identify disadvantage structure pattern. Application research shows that overall behavior of Chinese entrepreneurs environmental management are good, specially, environment strategic behavior are best, environmental management behavior are second, cultural behavior ranks last. Application results show the efficiency and feasibility of this method.     

道路灰尘PGEs时间变化特征

为了研究道路灰尘铂族元素（PGEs）时间变化规律及其影响机制,以上海市为研究区,共采集季节样品24个、年际样品18个.用王水消解制样,ICP-MS测定.结果表明,灰尘PGEs春、夏、秋、冬含量分别为,Rh：10.40（6.06～17.28）ng/g、11.60（5.52～20.11）ng/g、32.91（18.53～6...     

纵深大区域煤层群开采覆岩活动规律相似模拟

以大同矿区"双系"煤层群协同开采为工程背景,相似模拟实验研究了纵深大区域煤层群开采覆岩位移、裂隙及应力演化分布规律。结果表明:侏罗系近距离煤层群采用刀柱式与走向长壁式开采交错布置方式,形成不同的组合开采模式,表现出不同的覆岩破断特征,应力集中现象突出;石炭系特厚煤层开采致使覆岩大面积垮落,与上部侏罗系煤层群形成了复杂的多层采空区连通状态,且受侏罗系煤柱叠加应力影响,工作面来压频繁、覆岩活动剧烈。纵深大区域煤层群覆岩应力应变形态作为耦合时变系统,随煤层开采经历了"平衡—失稳—平衡"循环变化过程。     

Achieving sustainable biomaterials by maximising waste recovery

The waste hierarchy of ‘reduce, reuse, recycle, recover’ can be followed to improve the sustainability of a product, yet it is not applied in any meaningful way in the biomaterials industry which focuses more on sustainable sourcing of inputs. This paper presents the results of industry interviews and a focus group with experts to understand how waste recovery of biomaterials could become more widespread. Interview findings were used to develop three scenarios: (1) do nothing; (2) develop legislation; and (3) develop certification standards. These scenarios formed the basis for discussions at an expert focus group. Experts considered that action was required, rejecting the first scenario. No preference was apparent for scenarios (2) and (3). Experts agreed that there should be collaboration on collection logistics, promotion of demand through choice editing, product ‘purity’ could be championed though certification and there should be significant investment and research into recovery technologies. These considerations were incorporated into the development of a model for policy makers and industry to help increase biomaterial waste recovery.
