城市生活垃圾焚烧对大气的污染问题

本文对我国城市有机混合垃圾经模化后,在过剩空气系数α?2,温度在700～900℃条件下焚烧的气态排放物进行了定性和定量分析.实验结果表明:烟气呈碱性,主要污染物NH_2的排放浓度最高.HCl次之,NO_x<100ppm,SO_x<1ppm,H_2S<10ppm.     

Prenatal application of fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) for identification of a mosaic Y-chromosome marker,IDIC(Yp)

An amniocentesis was performed at 13.3 weeks' gestation for advanced maternal age. A mosaic sex chromosome pattern was found: of 50 cells examined, 34 had a 45,X karyotype. In 14 cells with a modal number of 46, a recognizable Y was substituted by a small non-fluorescent marker. C-banding identified the marker as an isodicentric in 12 cells. In two cells, the non-fluorescent marker appeared to be monocentric and looked like a non-fluorescent del (Yq), but could have been an isodicentric Y with inactivation of one of the centromeres. Two cells with a modal number of 47 showed two copies of the monocentric marker. Fluorescent in situ hybridization with an alpha satellite Y-specific centromeric probe confirmed the Y-chromosome origin of the markers and allowed for more accurate prenatal diagnostic information.     

化学发光流动注射法测定雨水中过氧化氢

用化学发光流动注射分析装置,将16孔阀连接成异步双流路,以过氧化氢-鲁米诺-钴(Ⅱ)为化学发光体系,建立了快速测定雨水中过氧化氢的方法,最低检测限为0.1ng/ml,在0.1—400ppb范围内有良好的线性关系,相对标准差为0.78—3.03％,每小时可分析480个以上的样品.     

Spontaneous abortion after transcervical chorionic villus sampling: A case report

A case of spontaneous abortion after transcervical CVS is presented. Despite no evidence of bacteria in the vagina and cervix prior to sampling and the prophylactic use of Metronidazole, pathological evidence of chorioamnionitis was found. The implications of this are discussed.     

Stability analysis of alkaline nitrobenzene-containing wastewater by a catalyzed Fe-Cu treatment process

Iron and copper bimetallic system (catalyzed Fe-Cu process) is a promising technology for alkaline nitrobenzene-containing wastewater treatment. However, little is currently known about the changes of treatment efficiency with time going. This research investigated the long-term performance of the catalyzed Fe-Cu process to reduce nitrobenzene (NB) in alkaline wastewater. In addition, the changes of the metal surfaces morphologies and matters before and after the reaction were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in conjunction with energy-dispersion spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). The results showed that the surface properties of copper almost remained unchanged after weeks of operation, which spelled its strong chemical stability and resistance to poisoning. Moreover, the results indicated that there were two reasons for the treatment efficiency decreasing with time. One was the gradual iron element consumption due to corrosion. 一种新型复合式生物流化反应器混合特性的研究

对新型蜂窝状断面复合生物流化反应器进行了液体循环速率和水力停留时间分布曲线的测定，实验表明新型反应器具有抗冲击负荷强，接近CSTR反应器的特点，反应器随气量增大、载体投加量减少和进水量减少而更近似于CSTR反应器，通过理论分析，证明了影响液体循环速率的参数主要有气体流量(气含率)、反应器沿程和局部阻力系数以及Ad/Ar，并且得出液体循环速率与反应器高度的0．5次方成正比。     

Enhanced activity of ZnS(111) by N/Cu co-doping:Accelerated degradation of organic pollutants under visible light

Detection of Escherichia coli in wastewater based on enzyme immunoassay

This research describes a fast detection method on the basis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for Escherichia coli in drainage of wastewater treatment plants. Optimized conditions such as the reaction format (sandwich or direct), the concentrations of diluted horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-E. coli conjugate, and anti-HPR antibody and pretreatment of E. coli were studied. Those results showed that the linear range of detection for E. coli was 10 cfu/mL-6 × 10⁴ cfu/mL. Compared with conventional methods, it is a convenient and sensitive detection method with low cost.
