锰矿尾渣污染土壤商陆根际和非根际土壤酶活性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对湘潭锰矿尾渣库地区商陆根际和非根际土壤酶的活性特征进行了研究,结果表明,商陆根际土壤各种酶的活性显著大于非根际土壤。商陆根际环境对土壤酶活性的影响表现为:蔗糖酶>脲酶>脱氢酶>酸性磷酸酶>过氧化氢酶,根际效应值(R/S)分别为:1.622、1.598、1.586、1.485和1.328。除过氧化氢酶活性外,土壤各种酶活性与重金属复合污染程度显著负相关,表现出重金属复合污染对土壤酶活性的抑制效应。商陆可有效改善土壤环境,提高土壤各种酶的活性,是锰污染土壤植物修复的理想植物。  相似文献

Biochemical responses of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) seedlings stressed by two typical personal care products (PCPs) – triclosan (TCS) and galaxolide (HHCB) were experimentally investigated to assess their ecological risks. The results showed that wheat shoot and root elongation was significantly inhibited by 50–250 mg L−1 TCS and HHCB. Wheat roots were sensitive to TCS, while shoots were sensitive to HHCB. The median effect concentration (EC50) of TCS and HHCB based on the inhibition of their sensitive sites were 147.8 and 143.4 mg L−1, respectively. Moreover, the damage of wheat seedlings treated by low concentration of TCS and HHCB during a long period cannot be neglected. After a 21-d exposure, 0.2–3.0 mg L−1 TCS and HHCB treatment caused the damage to the accumulation of chlorophyll (CHL), the synthesis of soluble protein (SP), and the activity of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutases (SOD) in different degree. However, different changing trends of these physiological indexes treated by different PCPs were observed after 7-d to 14-d exposures, especially the activity of POD and SOD. The activity of POD and SOD in wheat leaves and roots decreased with an increase in the concentration of TCS and the exposure time. However, the enzyme activities in wheat leaves treated by 0.2–3.0 mg L−1 HHCB increased after a 14-d exposure, and with the prolongation of exposure time, the enzyme activities significantly decreased. The variations in these physiological indexes of wheat could be considered as good biomarkers of serious stress by TCS and HHCB in the environment.  相似文献

The effects on the growth of tomato seedlings and cadmium accumulation of earthworm mucus and a solution of amino acids matching those in earthworm mucus was studied through a hydroponic experiment. The experiment included four treatments: 5 mg Cd L−1 (CC), 5 mg Cd L−1 + 100 mL L−1 earthworm mucus (CE), 5 mg Cd L−1 + 100 mL L−1 amino acids solution (CA) and the control (CK). Results showed that, compared with CC treatment, either earthworm mucus or amino acids significantly increased tomato seedling growth and Cd accumulation but the increase was much higher in the CE treatment compared with the CA treatment. This may be due to earthworm mucus and amino acids significantly increasing the chlorophyll content, antioxidative enzyme activities, and essential microelement uptake and transport in the tomato seedlings. The much greater increase in the effect of earthworm mucus compared with amino acid treatments may be due to IAA-like substances in earthworm mucus.  相似文献

用充填陶瓷滤料的曝气生物滤池研究碳和氮代谢特性.曝气生物滤池进水氨氮为52 mg/L左右、COD为100 mg/L左右和回流比为200%时,经过20多d的运行,出水氨氮小于0.05 mg/L、COD小于25 mg/L、亚硝态氮为4.7 mg/L和硝态氮为7.1 mg/L,COD去除率达75%,氨氮去除率达99.9%,总氮去除率达78%;过大和过小的回流比对曝气生物滤池的运行性能都是不利的.研究成果可以应用于一般城市污水以及含低COD、高氨氮工业废水的处理.  相似文献

讨论了传统的物质流分析(MFA)方法用于城市生活垃圾代谢分析的适用性及不足之处,在此基础上结合城市生活垃圾的处理流程,对传统的MFA框架进行了改进,构建了适合城市生活垃圾代谢分析的框架,并对新框架的3个模块进行了详细的说明,建立了相应的评价指标体系并给出了应用实例。城市生活垃圾循环利用系统物质代谢分析框架能够清楚地描述生活垃圾进入经济系统后的具体流向和流量,为描述城市生活垃圾的代谢情况提供了定性及定量化的分析工具。  相似文献

以原位沉淀法制备的氧化石墨烯/Fe3O4磁性纳米复合颗粒为固定化载体,1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐为交联剂,成功固载了辣根过氧化物酶。探讨了固定化条件对辣根过氧化酶活性的影响以及固定化酶的理化性质,实验结果表明,固定化最佳pH为6、温度为30℃、时间为11 h、交联剂浓度为1 mg/L。与游离酶相比,固定化酶具有良好的pH稳定性和热稳定性。最后将固定化酶用于降解水中的苯酚和2,4-二氯酚,并考察了固定化酶的重复利用性。  相似文献

以丙酸钠为单一碳源,设置4组不同污泥停留时间(SRT)的SBR(R1:SRT=9 d;R2:SRT=12 d;R3:SRT=18 d;R4:SRT=24 d),考察SRT对单级好氧生物除磷的影响。实验结果表明,当SRT分别为9、12、18和24 d时除磷效率分别为34.2%、85.0%、93.3%和76.7%,单位VSS除磷量分别为1.97、4.62、4.70和3.59 mg-P/g-VSS,SVI分别稳定在89、93、98和123 mL/g左右。随着SRT增大,系统除磷效率及单位VSS除磷量先升高后下降,并在SRT=18 d时达到最大值,而污泥沉降性能逐渐变差。分析各组反应器中内聚物的变化表明,R1中的微生物在外源基质消耗阶段利用糖原质的分解合成多β羟基烷酸盐(PHA),但PHA消耗阶段没有磷酸盐的大量吸收,表现出聚糖菌的代谢方式;R2、R3和R4中的微生物在外源基质消耗阶段通过TCA循环合成PHA,在PHA消耗阶段大量合成聚磷,表现出聚磷菌的代谢方式。  相似文献

Jatropha seed cake contains high amounts of protein and other nutrients, however it has a drawback due to toxic compounds. The aim of this study was to investigate the methods applied to detoxify the main toxin, phorbol esters in jatropha seed cake, to a safe and acceptable level by maintaining the nutritional values. Phorbol esters are tetracyclic diterpenoids-polycyclic compounds that are known as tumor promoters and hence exhibited the toxicity within a broad range of species. Mismanagement of the jatropha waste from jatropha oil industries would lead to contamination of the environment, affecting living organisms and human health through the food chain, so several methods were tested for reducing the toxicity of the seed cake. The results from this investigation showed that heat treatments at either 120°C or 220°C for 1 hour and then mixing with adsorbing bentonite (10%), nanoparticles of zinc oxide (100 μg/g) plus NaHCO3 at 4%, followed by a 4-week incubation period yielded the best final product. The remaining phorbol esters concentration (0.05–0.04 mg/g) from this treatment was less than that reported for the nontoxic jatropha varieties (0.11–0.27 mg/g). Nutritional values of the seed cake after treatment remained at the same levels found in the control group and these values were crude protein (20.47–21.40 + 0.17–0.25%), crude lipid (14.27–14.68 + 0.13–0.14%) and crude fiber (27.33–29.67 + 0.58%). A cytotoxicity test conducted using L929 and normal human dermal fibroblast cell lines confirmed that most of the toxic compounds, especially phorbol esters, were shown as completely eliminated. The results suggested that the detoxification of phorbol esters residues in the jatropha seed cake was possible while it also retained nutritional values. Therefore, the methods to detoxify phorbol esters are necessary to minimize the toxicity of jatropha seed cake. Further, it is essential to reduce the possible environmental impacts that may be generated throughout the jatropha waste-handling process. However additional tests such as digestibility as well as acceptability of the treated jatropha seed cake should be conducted using both in vivo and in vitro studies before recommending the jatropha seed cake as a source of renewable animal feed and other value-added products.  相似文献

Abstract

Safeners (also known as antidotes) are chemical or biological agents that reduce the toxicity of herbicides to crop plants by a physiological or molecular mechanism. Commercialized safeners are mainly chemical compounds that enhance the tolerance of selected grass crops such as maize (Zea mays L.), grain sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench], rice (Oryza sativa L.), and wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) to chloroacetanilide, thiocarbamate, sulfonylurea, imidazolinone, and aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicides. In practice, safeners are applied either to the crop prior to planting (seed safeners) or to the soil together with the herbicide, formulated as a prepackaged mixture. Safeners act as "bioregulators”; controlling the amount of a given herbicide that reaches its target site in an active form. A safener‐induced enhancement of the metabolic detoxification of herbicides in protected plants is the most apparent mechanism for the action of all commercialized safeners. Herbicide‐detoxifying enzymes such as glutathione transferases (GST), cytochrome P‐450 monooxygenases (CytP450), esterases, and UDP‐glucosyltransferases are induced by herbicide safeners. At the molecular level, safeners appear to act by activating or amplifying genes coding for these enzymes (e.g., GST).  相似文献

The rate of degradation of forchlorfenuron, a cytokinin-based plant growth regulator (PGR) was explored in typical grapevine soils of India with simultaneous evaluation of its effect on biochemical attributes of the test soils in terms of the activities of specific soil microbial enzymes. In all the test soils, namely clay, sandy-loam and silty-clay, the dissipation rate was faster at the beginning, which slowed down with time, indicating a non-linear pattern of degradation. Degradation in soils could best be explained by two-compartment 1st + 1st order kinetics with half-life ranging between 4–10 days. The results suggest that organic matter might be playing a major role in influencing the rate of degradation of forchlorfenuron in soil. The rate of degradation in sandy-loam soil was fastest followed by clay and silty-clay soils, respectively. Comparison of the rate of degradation in natural against sterilized soils suggests that microbial degradation might be the major pathway of residue dissipation. Changes in soil enzyme activities as a consequence of forchlorfenuron treatment were studied for extra-cellular enzymes namely acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase and β -glucosidase and intracellular enzyme-dehydrogenase. Although small changes in enzyme activities were observed, forchlorfenuron did not have any significant deleterious effect on the enzymatic activity of the test soils. Simple correlation studies between degradation percentage and individual enzyme activities did not establish any significant relationships. The pattern and change of enzyme activity was primarily the effect of the incubation period rather than the effect of forchlorfenuron itself.  相似文献
