大气过氧自由基测量研究进展

过氧自由基是大气中重要的氧化剂 ,其浓度的测定对于深入理解大气化学过程具有重要意义。本文总结了二十多年的研究成果 ,论述了大气过氧自由基测量的研究进展 ,介绍了带基体分离的电子自旋共振技术、远红外及毫米波发射光谱技术、激光诱导荧光技术以及化学放大法等常用测量方法及测量结果 ,并展望其未来的发展。     

不同离子在CCl4引发自由基反应中的作用及其环境生物学意义

报道了一种简便的ＣＣ１４体外引发自由基反应的模型，以小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化产物丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）的ＯＤ５３２ｍｍ值（ＭＤＡ－ＯＤ５３２ｍｍ）作为测定自由基反应的间接指标，研究了Ｈｇ＾２＋、Ｍｎ＾２＋、Ｎｉ＾２＋、Ｃｒ＾３＋、ＳｅＯ３＾２－等离子和Ｓs２Ｏ３水溶液在ＣＣ１４引发自由基反应体系中的作用。结果表明：Ｍn＾２＋能显著抑制自由基的生成，Ｃr＾３＋有一定的抑制作用，而ＨgＴ＾２＋对自由基产生有明显促进     

Maternal serum free α-human chorionic gonadotrophin levels in twin pregnancies: Implications for screening for Down's syndrome

Maternal serum free α-human chorionic gonadotrophin (free α-hCG) levels were determined in twin and singleton pregnancies at 15–22 weeks of gestation using a set of stored serum samples relating to 200 twin pregnancies and 600 singleton control pregnancies matched for gestational age and duration of storage. Free α-hCG values are, on average, 1·66 times greater in twin pregnancies than in singleton pregnancies (95 per cent confidence interval 1·56–1·76). If maternal serum free α-hCG is used in screening for Down's syndrome, values in twin pregnancies can be adjusted using this result so that screening can be performed in twin pregnancies as well as in singleton pregnancies.

耐盐降解苯乙酸类菌株A1(Arthrobacter sp.A1)的分离和特性研究

从处理含盐（NaCl浓度为0．77mol/L）苯乙酸生产污水的耐盐活性污泥中分离到一株节杆菌（Arthrobacter sp.A1）。该菌株能在NaCl浓度为0．1mol/L－2．0mol/L，以苯乙酸为唯一碳源的基础培养基中生长，或在NaCl浓度为0mol/L－2.4mol/L的完全培养基中生长，并能适应急剧的盐浓度变化，对其它常见的低价态无机盐份如KCl、MgCl2、（NH4）2SO4、Na2SO4、CaCl2也具有较强的耐受性，而对高价态无机盐份和重金属盐则耐受性不强。在不同的NaCl浓度下，菌株A1细胞内的QAC（季胺化合物）、游离氨基酸和K^ 含量与盐浓度的升高成正比关系。

本文介绍了光、温敏核不育水稻在生态及生理生化方面取得的主要成就.着重概述了光、温敏核不育水稻雄性育性转换的光温生态条件,育性转换过程中蛋白质、氨基酸、酶活性、ATP及内源植物激素持续变化.另外,对光、温敏不育水稻研究存在的问题进行了分析.     

Study on the action and mechanism of humic acids in Kaschin-Beck disease

Humic acids, especially FA in fractions, contain more oxygen functional groups. In this experiment, on the basis of confirming the action of humic acids on KBD, what was studied is the biological effects of one of main oxygen functional groups, hydroxy group (-OH). The results indicate that inducing pathologic process of KBD, obviously decrease the GSH-Px activity and induce peroxidation membrane injury of tissue. The SOD activity increase in the tissues caused by oxygen functional groups showed that enhancing of free radical reaction should not be neglected.
