石化园区周边农田土壤重金属污染分析与评价   总被引:16,自引:1,他引:15  
以某化工园区附近300km2区域为研究区,采用辐射状精确布点,采集表层土壤样品共计200个,以该区土壤环境自然背景值和《国家土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995)二级标准值为评价标准,对土壤重金属Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn、Hg和As的污染进行了分析评价.结果表明,以自然背景值为评价标准,研究区表层土壤中Cd、Hg、Cu和Pb平均含量超过自然背景值,其中,Cd为首要污染因子;以国标二级标准为评价标准,除Cd和Hg以外的6种重金属的单项污染指数平均值均小于1,Cd仍是研究区表层土壤重金属污染的主要因子.化工区西北和西南方向农田土壤重金属含量变化表明,随着与化工区距离的增加,农田土壤中Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn和Hg的含量呈显著下降趋势.采用相关分析和主成分分析研究区内土壤中重金属的来源,主因子1和主因子2的贡献率分别为65.23%、19.93%,前者反映土壤中重金属Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn和Hg积累的差异,并主要与人类活动有关;后者体现了Ni和As的变化,主要与成土母质有关.  相似文献

以水华藻种铜绿微囊藻为例,在实验室内模拟内陆电厂温排水中温升和游离余氯的联合作用,研究其对铜绿微囊藻生长与光合活性的影响.结果表明,在适宜铜绿微囊藻生长的温度范围内,一定程度的温升会促进其生长,且水域温度本底值较低时,温升更有利于铜绿微囊藻的生长.铜绿微囊藻对游离余氯非常敏感,在大于0.1mg/L情况下,光合活性会下降,抑制作用非常明显,联合作用下,温升对于0.1mg/L游离余氯作用下铜绿微囊藻光合活性的恢复具有一定的促进作用,对于0.2mg/L作用下则没有.电厂排水口铜绿微囊藻会受到很强烈的抑制作用,藻细胞受到严重破坏,当加氯方式为连续加氯时,0.1mg/L余氯作用下的水域,微囊藻生长也会受到抑制.  相似文献

High-solids anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge was a promising process, but high solid concentration negatively influenced methane production. The influencing mechanism was systematically analyzed in this study through a series of static anaerobic digestion experiments at total solids (TS) contents of 3%–15%. The results showed that TS 6% was the boundary between low-solids and high-solids anaerobic digestion, and the accumulative methane yield decreased exponentially when TS increased from 6% to 15%. The performance of anaerobic digestion was directly determined by the efficiency of mass transfer, and the relation between methane yield and sludge diffusive coefficients was well described by a power function. Thus, the increasing TS resulted in an exponential increase in sludge viscosity but an exponential decrease in diffusive coefficient. The blocked mass transfer led to the accumulation of volatile fatty acids (VFAs) and free ammonia. Acetic metabolism was the main process, whereas butyric and propionic metabolisms occurred at the initial stage of high-solids anaerobic digestion. The concentration of VFAs reached the maximum at the initial stage, which were still lower than the threshold influencing methanogens. The concentration of free ammonia increased gradually, and the methanogenesis was inhibited when free ammonia nitrogen exceeded 50 mg·L−1. Consequently, the deterioration of high-solids anaerobic digestion was related to the blocked mass transfer and the resulting ammonia accumulation.  相似文献

The mutagenic potential of aqueous, total oligomers flavonoids (TOF), ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from tubers of Cyperus rotundus L. was assessed using Ames Salmonella tester strains TA98 and TA100, and SOS chromotest strain Escherichia coli PQ37 with and without metabolic activation (S9). None of the different extracts produced a mutagenic effect. Likewise, the antimutagenicity of the same extracts was tested using the “Ames test” and the “SOS chromotest”. Our results showed that C. rotundus extracts possess antimutagenic effects against S. typhimurium TA98 and TA100 strains towards the mutagen aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), similar to E. coli PQ37 strain against AFB1 and Nifuroxazide mutagens using the SOS chromotest assay. A free radical scavenging test was used in order to explore the antioxidant capacity of the extracts obtained from the tubers of C. rotundus. TOF, ethyl acetate and methanol extracts showed an important free radical scavenging activity towards the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazine (DPPH) free radical. These extracts showed an IC50 value of respectively 5, 20 and 65?µg?mL?1. The beneficial effects of TOF, ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of C. rotundus were assessed by antioxidant and antimutagenic activities.  相似文献

CuCl2 does not cause Trp+ reversion in E. coli WP2. However, when the bacteria are exposed to CuCl2 and UV‐irradiated, a greater than 3‐fold enhancement of mutagenesis (compared to UV alone) is seen at 30 μMCuCl2, and significant enhancement is seen even at 3 μM. The mechanism for this comutagenic effect was studied using a restriction fragment of the E. coli gpt gene. Whereas UV or CuCl2 alone caused few strand breaks, UV + CuCl2 induced breaks at every site. This reaction was blocked by KI, a free radical scavenger. While UV alone induced alkali‐labile sites, UV+ CuCl2 induced many more such sites and altered the sequence specificity. We suggest that at least some of the comutagenic effect might be due to hydroxyl radical formed via a Fenton reaction.  相似文献

At the centre of the debate surrounding sustainable development is a recognition that companies can make a major contribution by being environmentally and socially responsible and that tools associated with these concepts can enhance the competitiveness and economic performance of the firm. In this paper we go further in arguing that in a world of globalisation it is equally important to look at issues of international trade.

In an examination of free trade we argue that it is neither fully consistent with sustainable development nor to the benefit of business. We point to a new imperative to develop sound sourcing, and equitable and fair trading relationships. We identify issues associated with fair trade (including issues of human rights, fair wages, sustainability reporting procedures and codes of conduct on ethics) and associated tools of analysis (guaranteed prices, codes of conduct and end price audits).

The paper argues that in a world of globalisation with greater transparency and information availability it will be important for companies to be clear about their policies on supply chain management and trade. Indeed, with the growth of an active and sophisticated civil society, it will be argued that policies associated with sound sourcing, equitable trade and fair trade could provide companies with a new competitive strategy based on ethical standards communicated to the consumer through a strategy of differentiation. We explore strategies for the integration of fair trade policies, strategies and standards, and the opportunities for new markets and niches that this presents. It is argued that the integration of fair trade into a business strategy can enhance competitiveness.  相似文献

The mutualistic benefits and disadvantages of non-clavicipitaceous endophytes for their hosts are not well studied and are postulated as being distinct from free-living or pathogenic counterparts. The defensive metabolites and antioxidants produced by endophytes are postulated to be the benefits offered for the hosts. Therefore, the antimicrobial and free-radical-scavenging activities of a foliar endophyte Chaetomium globosum HYML55 isolated from Hypericum mysorense of Western Ghats, India were studied. RNA secondary structure analysis refuted the unique biotope postulation because strain HYML55 was more similar to a coprophilous strain than to endophytic strains. Ethyl acetate extract of the fungus inhibited bacteria and fungi. The extract also quenched 98.65% 1,1-diphenyl- 2-picrylhydrazyl radicals with total antioxidant capacity of 13.62 mg ascorbic acid equivalent/g. A yellow amorphous antimicrobial compound purified from the extract was identified as chaetoglobosin F, which had a minimum inhibitory concentration of 7.8–15.6 μg/mL, except against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This is the first report on the antimicrobial activity of chaetoglobosin F and other bioactivities of any endophytes from H. mysorense. The study emphasises the inter-habitat cycling of endophytes and possible benefits of C. globosum for the host. Chaetoglobosin F is an anti-inflammatory and anti-neoplastic compound, and C. globosum HYML55 could be exploited for the industrial production of this compound.  相似文献

本文采用2450MHz低功率微波辐射离体人红细胞,从分子水平研究微波对红细胞膜的影响。选择功率密度为0mW/cm2,5mW/cm2,10mW/cm2,辐射时间为30min,结果显示,10mW/cm2的微波对离体人红细胞有较为明显的损失。表现为红细胞的渗透脆性升高,膜脂流动性下降,膜丙二醛(MDA)含量明显升高,但红细胞溶血度未增加,红细胞膜SOD、红细胞膜AchE活性和膜蛋白组份的百分含量也未见明显变化  相似文献
