本文以某TFT-LCD企业消防网格化实际情况为例,从网格生态构架、划分原则、信息平台建设以及培训和宣传等方面进行详细剖析,阐明在企业中如何进行消防网格化设计。通过模拟测试研究,结果表明:消防网格化的应用可以极大提高企业消防的反馈时间,但网格化在企业实际消防管理中存在非本网格员工相互推诿、拒绝配合消防工作、员工积极性不高等问题,针对问题提出措施建议,不断的优化消防网格化在企业中的应用,为企业的消防管理提供一种新思路。

基于水成膜泡沫灭火剂(AFFF),用微米级空心微珠颗粒作为泡沫稳定剂,制成三相泡沫,并研究了泡沫组成因素对发泡能力和泡沫稳定性的影响。采用控制变量法,研究了颗粒浓度、颗粒粒径、AFFF原液浓度对发泡倍数和析液时间的影响。颗粒加入对发泡能力有抑制作用;因为颗粒存在影响,三相泡沫的发泡能力随AFFF原液浓度增大而减小;40μm粒径颗粒的抑制作用相对20μm和60μm颗粒最小。颗粒浓度和AFFF原液浓度增加,能够提升三相泡沫稳定性,且泡沫析液时间随颗粒浓度增加呈指数规律变化。当AFFF原液浓度为3.0%、颗粒浓度为9%左右时,三相泡沫稳定时间约为两相泡沫的3倍,该配方三相泡沫有较好的稳定性。

为了对比Novec 1230(全氟己酮)感温自启动灭火管系统与R236fa(六氟丙烷)感温自启动灭火管系统的灭火效率,采用火灾实体试验的方法,分析了不充压,0.88,1.81 MPa下2系统的灭火时间、破裂动作温度及降温冷却效果。研究结果表明:2种灭火管系统都成功灭火,且 R236fa灭火管系统灭火时间更短;2种灭火管系统的破裂动作温度均在80 ℃以上;不充压和0.88 MPa时,2种灭火管系统降温冷却效果相差不大,但充压1.81 MPa时Novec 1230灭火管系统对环境温度的降温冷却作用更强。

Objective : This article develops and validates a new methodology and tool for rescue assistance in traffic accidents, with the aim of improving its efficiency and safety in the evacuation of people, reducing the number of victims in road accidents.
Method : Different tests supported by professionals and experts have been designed under different circumstances and with different categories of damaged vehicles coming from real accidents and simulated trapped victims in order to calibrate and refine the proposed methodology and tool.
Results : To validate this new approach, a tool called App_Rescue has been developed. This tool is based on the use of a computer system that allows an efficient access to the technical information of the vehicle and sanitary information of the common passengers. The time spent during rescue using the standard protocol and the proposed method was compared.
Conclusion : This rescue assistance system allows us to make vital information accessible in posttrauma care services, improving the effectiveness of interventions by the emergency services, reducing the rescue time and therefore minimizing the consequences involved and the number of victims. This could often mean saving lives. In the different simulated rescue operations, the rescue time has been reduced an average of 14%. 相似文献

采用模板法在CuO外包裹一层具有介孔结构的SiO_2,制备了CuO/AC@SiO_2。采用X射线衍射仪对CuO/AC@SiO_2的结构和催化活性位点进行了表征。通过固定床气固吸附实验,研究了CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附脱除性能。表征结果显示,CuO是催化氧化H_2S的活性中心,被氧化成Cu2O后吸附脱除H_2S的性能下降。实验结果表明:CuO/AC吸附H_2S时的有效穿透时间为117 min,CuO/AC@SiO_2的有效穿透时间提高到141 min,CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附性能明显提高;以Cu(NO_3)_2为前驱体的CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附量高于以Cu(AC)_2为前驱体;在Cu(NO_3)_2为前驱体、m(正硅酸乙酯)∶m(CuO/AC)=0.7、吸附温度为90℃的最佳条件下,CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附量达17.40 mg/g。

库区、河流富营养化加剧,水华频繁爆发形成的高藻水已严重威胁饮用水的安全.本文利用大气压强电离放电高效生成的氧活性粒子(OASs),通过高压射流器将其注入到处理高藻水的主管路中,生成羟基自由基(·OH),同时·OH对引起水华的针杆藻(Synedra sp.)进行杀灭.采用荧光染色、测定光合能力等生物学方法,确定·OH致死针杆藻的阈值浓度及致死时间.结果显示,当初始藻细胞密度为10×104、50×104和100×104cells·m L-1,致死阈值浓度分别为0.25、0.71和1.18 mg·L-1,而最大光量子产率Fv/Fm的值在1 s内由0.50迅速减小为不能检出,表明可在运输高藻水的管路中完成·OH的处理过程.本研究表明,·OH快速致死的方法可高效地处理高藻水.

We investigate a long‐standing methodological rule of thumb, the idea that the frequency of absenteeism from work approximates an expression of voluntary behavior while total time lost better reflects involuntary behavior and ill health. Conducting original meta‐analyses and using results from existing meta‐analyses, we determine that time lost and frequency are equally reliable, that the relationship between them approximates unity when corrections for measurement artifacts are applied, and that there is very little evidence for differential criterion‐related validity predicated on the voluntariness distinction. We supply new meta‐analytic estimates of the reliability of absenteeism adjusted for aggregation period and determine that most extant meta‐analyses of the correlates of absenteeism have markedly under‐corrected for unreliability. Our results question the basic construct validity of the time lost–frequency distinction, and they contradict the practice of using “trigger points” that factor absence frequency into attendance monitoring and associated discipline systems so as to discourage short‐term absenteeism, assumed to be volitional. We conclude that the idea that time lost and frequency reflect different degrees of voluntariness is an unsupported urban research legend. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Organizational justice is an important determinant of workplace attitudes, decisions, and behaviors. However, understanding workplace fairness requires not only examining what happens but also when it happens, in terms of justice events, perceptions, and reactions. We organize and discuss findings from 194 justice articles with temporal aspects, selected from over a thousand empirical justice articles. By examining temporal aspects, our findings enrich and sometimes challenge the answers to three key questions in the organizational justice literature relating to (i) when individuals pay attention to fairness, including specific facets, (ii) how fairness judgments form and evolve, and (iii) how reactions to perceived (in)justice unfold. Our review identifies promising avenues for empirical work and emphasizes the importance of developing temporal theories of justice. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
