水安全危机是人类进入新世纪以来在生存及发展方面所面临的最严重挑战之一。研究科学合理的水安全战略成为区域可持续发展的重大课题。针对区域水战略问题涉及众多因素且各因素之间动态关联的特点,提出了基于水战略方案优选的兼容度极大化动态组合评价模型(CMM—DCEM),并将其成功地应用于我国广东省北江下游及其三角洲地区水安全战略方案优选评价。评价结果及模型基于不确定性的敏感性分析结果证明:CMM—DCEM实现了主、客观赋权方法以及单一评价模型的融合,使用实码加速遗传算法求解目标函数,克服了传统的组合评价方法计算繁琐的不足,评价过程更加科学合理。 相似文献

Goal, Scope and Background One of the advantages of long-term mesocosm experiments as compared to short-term standard toxicity tests in the laboratory
is the potential for detecting secondary effects due to the interaction of species and recovery with biomass of macrophytes
being an important endpoint. However, generating biomass data by harvesting is often laborious, time-consuming, costly and
restricted to the end of the experiment. Moreover, valuable information may get lost, in particular in single application
studies, since maximal primary effects and secondary effects or recovery occur per se at different times. Potamogeton natans was used as an example in order to test whether number and area of floating leaves can be reliably measured and be used as
intermediate and final endpoints in mesocosm effect studies.
Methods Digital photos, which were taken of the water surface in the course of an indoor pond mesocosm study on herbicide effects,
were subjected to image analysis. The results were compared to wet weight and ash-free dry weight of Potamogeton at the end of the herbicide study.
Results and Discussion Both number and area of floating leaves indicated the same herbicide effects as wet weight and ash-free dry weight of Potamogeton. Error introduced by the different work steps is small and can be further minimised by a number of method improvements.
Recommendations and Perspectives In indoor mesocosm studies, errors due to the perspective adjustment may be circumvented by taking the photos perpendicular
to the water surface. Correction for lens aberration, identical light conditions and the use of fluorescence images are considered

The size of particles in urban air varies over four orders of magnitude (from 0.001 μm to 10 μm in diameter). In many cities
only particle mass concentrations (PM10, i.e. particles <10 μm diameter) is measured. In this paper we analyze how differences
in emissions, background concentrations and meteorology affect the temporal and spatial distribution of PM10 and total particle
number concentrations (PNC) based on measurements and dispersion modeling in Stockholm, Sweden. PNC at densely trafficked
kerbside locations are dominated by ultrafine particles (<0.1 μm diameter) due to vehicle exhaust emissions as verified by
high correlation with NOx. But PNC contribute only marginally to PM10, due to the small size of exhaust particles. Instead
wear of the road surface is an important factor for the highest PM10 concentrations observed. In Stockholm, road wear increases
drastically due to the use of studded tires and traction sand on streets during winter; up to 90% of the locally emitted PM10
may be due to road abrasion. PM10 emissions and concentrations, but not PNC, at kerbside are controlled by road moisture.
Annual mean urban background PM10 levels are relatively uniformly distributed over the city, due to the importance of long
range transport. For PNC local sources often dominate the concentrations resulting in large temporal and spatial gradients
in the concentrations. Despite these differences in the origin of PM10 and PNC, the spatial gradients of annual mean concentrations
due to local sources are of equal magnitude due to the common source, namely traffic. Thus, people in different areas experiencing
a factor of 2 different annual PM10 exposure due to local sources will also experience a factor of 2 different exposure in
terms of PNC. This implies that health impact studies based solely on spatial differences in annual exposure to PM10 may not
separate differences in health effects due to ultrafine and coarse particles. On the other hand, health effect assessments
based on time series exposure analysis of PM10 and PNC, should be able to observe differences in health effects of ultrafine

Gradients of genetic distances (GGDs) between 26 adjacent cenopopulations of Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) along the transects through the distinct landscape-ecotopic isolation borders were analyzed graphically. The results
made it possible to reveal and quantitatively estimate gradients and borders of gene-pool structural patterns in populations
of this species in the central part of Northern Eurasia. In lowland areas, the most distinct borders were found between pine
populations growing on dry lands and bogs (Pineta sphagnosa) in the forest zone of the Transural region, as well as between the Arakaragaiskii and Amankaragaiskii island pine forests
in the steppe zone (Northern Turgai). In highland areas (the Urals and the Carpathians), the greatest GGDs were observed between
low-mountain (about 600 m above sea level) and middle-mountain (850–900 m) populations. Analysis of GGDs is a promising gene-geographic

分析2010—2017年北京市三类典型废弃物焚烧源的废气二NFDA1英排放监测数据,计算排放因子和排放量,评估减排政策成效,并分析不同排放源达标排放时同类物分布特征异同和变化规律,探讨影响排放的重要因素。结果表明: 5家焚烧源平均排放浓度为 0.008~0.069 ng/m3(以TEQ计,下同),废气二NFDA1英排放因子为 0.027~1.7 μg/t,2016年向空气中排放的二NFDA1英量为 0.002 5~0.058 g;生活垃圾、危险废物和医疗废物焚烧源的低、高氯代同类物质量分数比的平均值分别为接近于 0.5、大于0.5和小于0.5,危险废物焚烧源的 ∑PCDFs、∑PCDDs质量分数比的平均值大于2; 123478-HxCDF和123678-HxCDF质量浓度接近且线性相关,具有相近的生成机理和去除效率; I-TEQ变化趋势与∑PCDFs质量分数的变化趋势基本一致,活性炭喷射和布袋除尘的去除效率是影响二NFDA1英排放的重要因素之一;危险废物焚烧源HWI1随运行时间增加排放浓度增加,而及时更换烟道管壁有助于消除“记忆效应”的不良影响。 相似文献

ABSTRACTInteraction of environmental pollution between peripheral areas has become a central topic in the field of resources and environment but little is known about the actual impact on peripheral areas in the current literature. This paper sets out a simultaneous equation model to investigate the spillover effect of environmental pollution between China’s peripheral areas utilizing the panel data of 218 cities in China. Making use of indicators for measuring the impact on environmental pollution, it identifies that environmental pollution between cities of China has a significant two-way spillover effect. After standardization of variables, it is found that the spillover effect of peripheral areas on urban environmental pollution cannot be neglected. Nearly, a third of the environmental pollution level in a city is induced by the environmental pollution in peripheral areas. If the indicator of environmental pollution in peripheral areas is missing, wrong conclusions will be drawn. Therefore, government should shift the emphasis of environmental regulation from local to global, and improve the overall environmental quality through coordinated management of regional environment. 相似文献
