蜂窝陶瓷固定化细胞气升式内循环生物反应器的水力学特性   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
在鼓泡塔式 (BubbleColumns ,BC)和气升式循环 (AirliftLoop ,AL)生物反应器基础上 ,于内循环管中加装蜂窝陶瓷载体 ,开发出蜂窝陶瓷固定化细胞的气升式内循环生物反应器 (Internal Airlift Loop Bioreactor with Cells Immobilized onto Ceramic Honeycomb Support,IALBR-CICHS) .采用示踪技术通过测定反应器的水力停留时间分布来考察上述 3种反应器的有效工作体积和反应器内走旁路流体的比例 .实验和理论分析表明 ,IALBR-CICHS可大大提高反应器的有效工作体积 ,减少流体走旁路的比例 .  相似文献

从二维浅水非恒定流的控制方程出发,建立了一个二维湖泊流体动力学模型.并根据天津于桥水库的实际情况,对该水库引水期和非引水期的湖水流场的不同情况进行了模拟试验.结果表明,在引水期水库的流场达到稳定状态时,水库流场有一个自东向西的水流主要通道.还对水库出口处有初始水体流速的情况进行了模拟.模拟的结果与于桥水库的实际污染物浓度分布基本一致.   相似文献

A numerical model, the Curvilinear Hydrodynamics in 3‐Dimensions, Waterway Experiment Station version (CH3D‐WES), was applied to represent transport processes of the Chesapeake Bay. Grid resolution and spatial coverage, tied with realistic bathymetry, ensured dynamic responses along the channel and near the shoreline. The model was run with the forcing ranges from high frequency astronomical tides to lower frequency meteorological forcing, given by surface wind and heat flux, as well as hydrological forcing given by fresh water inflows both from upstream and distributed sources along the shoreline. To validate the model, a long‐term simulation over seven‐year time period between 1994 and 2000 was performed. The model results were compared with existing observation data including water level time series, which spans over a wide spectrum of time scales, and long‐term variations in salinity structures over varying parts of the Bay. The validated model is set to provide an appropriate transport mechanism to the water quality model through linkage, warranting that the model takes into account the complexity in time and spatial scales associated with the dynamic processes in the Chesapeake.  相似文献

太湖出入湖河道与湖体水质季节差异分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
基于2016年太湖16条主要河道及对应湖体的水质逐月监测数据,深入探讨了太湖流域不同分区河道的外源营养盐输入对湖体水质影响及其季节变化.结果发现:(1)太湖流域河道总氮(TN)、溶解性总氮(DTN)、总磷(TP)和溶解性总磷(DTP)的月平均浓度均高于对应湖体,主要入流区河道与临近湖体的营养盐浓度呈现显著正相关,表明外源补给对湖体营养盐浓度产生巨大影响;(2)无论是河道还是湖体的营养盐浓度,均呈现明显的季节变化,且峰值产生月份不同:河道平均TN最高值出现在3月,为4.82 mg·L-1,平均TP最高值出现在12月,为0.218 mg·L-1;湖体TN、TP峰值均出现在蓝藻水华暴发期间(7月),分别为4.13 mg·L-1和0.255 mg·L-1;(3)极端降水过程短期内能明显降低河道营养盐浓度,但会引起湖体营养盐外源负荷的明显增高,不利于湖体富营养化控制.本研究表明,对于空间异质性较高的大型浅水湖泊,流域河道入湖污染对湖体营养盐时空格局具有重要的塑造作用,而湖体的污染物自净能力、蓝藻水华物质的空间堆积及风浪引发的底泥再悬浮作用等也都对湖体营养盐浓度、时空格局产生重要影响.  相似文献

Phosphorus recovery in the form of struvite has been aroused in recent decades for its dual advantages in eutrophication control and resource protection.The usage of the struvite products is normally determined by the size which is largely depended on the hydrodynamics.In this study,flow behavior of struvite pellets was simulated by means of Eulerian–Eulerian two-fluid model combining with kinetic theory of granular flow in a liquid–solid fluidized bed reactor(FBR).A parametric study including the mesh size,time step,discretization strategy,turbulent model and drag model was first developed,followed by the evaluations of crucial operational conditions,particle characteristics and reactor shapes.The results showed that a cold model with the mesh resolution of 16 × 240,default time step of 0.001 sec and first order discretization scheme was accurate enough to describe the fluidization.The struvite holdup profile using Syamlal–O'Brien drag model was best fitted to the experimental data as compared with other drag models and the empirical Richardson–Zaki equation.Regarding the model evaluation,it showed that liquid velocity and particle size played important roles on both solid holdups and velocities.The reactor diameter only influenced the solid velocity while the static bed height almost took no effect.These results are direct and can be applied to guide the operation and process control of the struvite fluidization.Moreover,the model parameters can also be used as the basic settings in further crystallization simulations.  相似文献

A two-dimensional numerical model for eutrophication in Baiyangdian Lake   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
Hydrodynamic, physical, and biochemical processes in the Baiyangdian Lake water environment were analyzed comprehensively. An eutrophication ecodynamics model including the effects of reed resistance on flow was coupled with the hydrodynamics governing equations. An improvement on the Water Quality Analysis Simulation Program (WASP, a modeling system introduced by the US Environmental Protection Agency) is established, which uses the zooplankton kinetic equation. The model simulates water quality constituents associated with eutrophication in the lake, including phytoplankton, zooplankton, nitrogen, phosphorus, dissolved oxygen, and others. Various kinetic coefficients were calibrated using measured data or information from relevant literature, to study eutrophication in the lake. The values calculated by the calibrated model agree well with field data, including ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and dissolved oxygen. Changes related to nutrition and dissolved oxygen during the processes were simulated. The present model describes the temporal variation of water quality in Baiyangdian Lake with reasonable accuracy. Deviations between model-simulated and observed values are discussed. As an ideal tool for environmental management of the lake, this model can be used to predict its water quality, and be used in research to examine the eutrophication process.  相似文献

为了解流体在反应器中的流动特征并为进一步提高反应器处理效率而改善水力条件,通过以KCl为示踪剂的脉冲示踪电导法对上向流曝气生物滤池在不同填料层高度和操作条件下的水力学特性进行摸拟研究.结果表明,平均停留时间主要受填料高度和水流速度影响,受气速影响较小.曝气生物滤池的流态随填料层高度的增加趋于相对稳定且接近推流;但滤床底部和顶部的流态却受水流速度和气流速度的影响较大且偏离推流.最后,建立了在曝气和不曝气两种操作条件下平均停留时间、流态与填料层高度、水流速度、气流速度的数学模型,这可用来预测反应器的流态变化特征,以改善曝气生物滤池的水力条件.  相似文献

反冲洗措施改善垂直潜流人工湿地水力特性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
人工湿地污水处理工程中难以解决的问题之一是湿地基质堵塞,本研究尝试用反冲洗措施解决此问题。采用不同反冲洗方案研究了反冲洗措施对人工湿地堵塞程度的改善效果,同时分析了反冲洗措施对垂直潜流人工湿地污染物去除效果的改变和水力特性的影响。结果表明,反冲洗措施对解决垂直潜流人工湿地的堵塞有明显地改善;人工湿地发生淤堵使COD去除率下降,反冲洗后随着实际水力停留时间的延长,COD去除率较反冲洗前有所提高;在几种反冲洗方案中,气水联合反冲洗方案在单位面积流量为8~10 L(/m.2s),反冲洗时间为5~7 min时反冲洗效果最好。  相似文献

流化床是一种结构复杂而能量转化高效的反应器型式,为了实现系统化的内循环流化床优化设计,利用欧拉-欧拉双流体模型构建了不同结构的CFD流化床模型,在分别改变高径比、导流筒与反应器的直径比和底隙高度3个结构因素的情况下,考察流化床内全流场、局部流场、液相运动速度及气含率等气液两相流的响应特性,分析结构因素及操作因素对流体运动的内在影响,阐明工程优化设计的方向.数值模拟结果表明:高径比主要影响气液流动型态,低高径比时容易出现漩涡和返混,工程中应采用导流内构件并重视气体分布装置的合理设计;导流筒与反应器的直径比主要影响液体循环速度,存在一个合理的区间,考虑流动速度与气含率,流化床直径比可取0.6~0.8,最佳取值为0.7;底隙高度影响流化床底泥区的流体运动,应约等于流化床下降区的缝隙长度.CFD模拟可作为污染控制技术工业放大和优化设计的辅助工具.  相似文献

Explosions often lead to destruction of equipment, which is a difficult problem including complicated fluid-solid interactions. Most traditional CFD methods cannot synchronously solve the movements of fluids and large deformation and fracture of solids because such problem is usually accompanied with constantly moving-and-changing boundary conditions. In this paper, a coupled Finite Element Method-Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (FEM-SPH) method was proposed to simulate the dynamic processes of explosions in pipes. The propagation of blast wave and the fracture of pipe were captured in every timestep, where the energy dissipation caused by plastic deformation and crack propagation were fully considered. A rate-dependent failure criterion for high-strain-rate load conditions was employed in the numerical simulation, which was presented in our previous work and has been verified in the dynamic fracture behavior of steels for pressure vessels and pipes. In addition, a simpler formula was proposed to describe the attenuation of blast wave outside the pipe and the consequences caused by the explosions were assessed. Results revealed the interaction between blast wave and pipe, the leakage of detonation products, the attenuations of peak overpressures outside the pipe and the corresponding consequences at different distances. It is found that when considering the energy consumption during plastic deformation and crack propagation in coupled FEM-SPH method, the assessment results are more rational than that without considering such energy consumption.  相似文献
