空分塔爆炸事故树分析

本运用事故树分析(FTA)，根据大量事故案例和导致空分塔爆炸的条件，以空分塔爆炸事故为顶上事件，采用布尔代数运算法则求解，得到18个最小割集，然后经过运算，得到结构重要顺序。为了避免空分塔爆炸事故的发生，空分塔有良好的静电接地和防止空分塔内乙炔超量是非常重要的。该事故树分析为空分塔的安全生产提供了重要的依据。     

青藏铁路的环境与安全

概述了青藏铁路线的环境特征，立足于青藏铁路及其周边环境构成一个相互影响的系统，重点分析了青藏高原环境对青藏铁路安全的危害和铁路建设与运营对环境构成的负面影响，并针对两个方面分别提出了相应的对策，对促进铁路安全保障和环境保护具有积极的意义。     

清洁生产技术在建筑陶瓷工业中的应用研究

清洁生产已成为当今的一种世界潮流，被公认为是实现社会可持续发展的唯一途径。本对建筑陶瓷生产比重较高的江西省高安市的建筑陶瓷业进行了一次全面的清洁生产调查，分析了建筑陶瓷传统的生产工艺流程及产品中存在的各种污染问题及环境问题，根据清洁生产的特征和实施原则，建筑陶瓷工业采用各种途径实施清洁生产，并取得了显成效。     

INTEGRATING SERVICE‐LEARNING INTO WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS: OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES1

ABSTRACT: The objective of this article is to open a dialogue on integrating service‐learning into community based watershed management programs and to discuss opportunities and challenges that a service‐learning program presents to universities and communities. The article presents the concept and definition of service‐learning, and arguments concerning why institutions of higher education and university faculty and students should be involved with community based watershed management programs. The article describes a case study for developing a service‐learning program for watershed management at Virginia Tech and discusses lessons learned from the case study. The paper concluded that to make a service‐learning program sustainable, there should be a long term plan, regular and effective communication with the stakeholders, and some incentives for faculty and students for long term commitment to the community based watershed management programs.     

地震科技人员开发能力的灰色关联分析

应用灰色系统理论，根据江苏省地震工程研究院的地震科技开发资料，分别以项目负责人的年龄、学历、职称、职务、学科作为比较数列，对年度内完成的实际合同额进行了多因素灰色关联分析，排出了关联序。研究结果客观地揭示了开发能力与人的各种因素——年龄、学历、职称、职务、学科之间的相互关系，为市场经济条件下，地震科技人才的开发、培养和应用，提供了科学依据。     

安全管理职业化与职业安全管理队伍建设

提出了安全管理职业化的概念，并就建立职业安全管理队伍的措施以及安全管理社会化服务问题进行了讨论。     

Why ecosystem management can't work without Social science: An example from the California northern spotted owl controversy

It is increasingly obvious that social science, while not a sufficient condition for making ecosystem management effective, is a necessary condition. A social science typology of ecosystems is developed, applied, and shown to have substantial and unexpected implications for the practice of ecosystem management. Ecologists and environmental scientists, in particular, will find some conclusions uncomfortable. The application involves a case material from the California northern spotted owl controversy.     

Adaptive management: Promises and pitfalls

Proponents of the scientific adaptive management approach argue that it increases knowledge acquisition rates, enhances information flow among policy actors, and provides opportunities for creating shared understandings. However, evidence from efforts to implement the approach in New Brunswick, British Columbia, Canada, and the Columbia River Basin indicates that these promises have not been met. The data show that scientific adaptive management relies excessively on the use of linear systems models, discounts nonscientific forms of knowledge, and pays inadequate attention to policy processes that promote the development of shared understandings among diverse stakeholders. To be effective, new adaptive management efforts will need to incorporate knowledge from multiple sources, make use of multiple systems models, and support new forms of cooperation among stakeholders.     

安全科技英语专业设置的可行性探索与研究

国家十分重视安全生产,安全生产已成为国家“十一五”规划的重要内容之一。如何适应安全科技教育发展的新机遇是安全教育工作者所关注的重要课题。笔者通过调查研究,在分析安全科技英语专业设置的必要性和重要意义的基础上,提出了安全科技英语专业人才的培养模式,构建了安全科技英语专业课程体系的基本框架,并就安全科技英语专业特色进行了研究和探索,指出了安全科技英语专业设置应注意的若干问题。     

2000—2004年《中国安全科学学报》引文分析与研究

笔者根据文献计量学引文统计分析理论和方法,以《中国安全科学学报》为调查对象,统计了该刊2000—2004年5年间的载文量、引文数量、引用文献类型、引文语种、自引数量及年代分布等,对其统计结果进行汇总并计算出各项指标数值,各项统计结果为引文率为97.5%、篇均引文5.1条、期刊论文引用率45.1%、图书文献引用率41.4%,中文文献引用率86%,英文文献引用率13%,普赖斯指数是53.80%,自引率为6.49%。通过对各项统计结果的定量分析,对于《中国安全科学学报》的办刊质量、学术权威性及安全科技人员利用科技文献的规律及图书情报部门在安全科技文献资源建设等方面提出了一些看法。
