资源效率与科技创新

科技创新是解决资源效率低下的根本途径之一。一方面科技创新可以通过提高生产要素的边际生产力、研制和开发先进的技术设备和科学的生产方法提高不同品位资源转化率来提高资源使用效率 ,另一方面产业结构是“资源的转换器” ,而科技创新对产业结构的优化升级起着主导和决定性作用 ,科技创新通过促进产业结构的优化升级 ,实现资源在不同部门、产业间的优化配置 ,从而提高资源的配置效率。本文在分析科技创新动力来源的基础上 ,对如何为科技创新创造良好的外部环境提出了建议。     

中国大地震的天文特征分析

全面分析了１９００～１９９６年发生在中国的７．０级以上大地震的天文特征。分析结果表明,本世纪１０６次７．０级以上大地震中,７１％发生于月亮轨道（白道）与赤道交角变小阶段,６２％以上发生于月亮升交点黄经位于３５０°～２１０°期间。这说明月亮轨道运行至此将会是中国地震活跃期。中国人地震的发生与太阳活动及地球自转密切相关,太阳活动谷年普遍都有大地震发生;地球自转速度加快则大地震多,本世纪地球自转速度加快时段发生的大震占７２％。文中最后还对未来两年的大震趋势提出了初步预测．     

谈合作学习应用于高职商务英语阅读教学简

针对商务英语阅读过于重视语言知识授课,语言与商务专业知识相脱节,学生无法真正获得英语阅读技巧等问题,结合合作学习理论,提出针对商务英语阅读课程的三个重要时期,即前期、中期和后期,制定课堂目标,进行课堂分组活动,并在课后评估学习效果。实践证明,合作学习模式能够改变传统的英语阅读教学模式,确立了学生的主体地位。     

多媒体网络环境下高职设计类课程教学模式探讨简

高职生源具有自我管理能力差、学习情绪化、形象思维能力强等特点,高职教师由此存在倦怠情绪。高职设计类课程现有教学模式存在讲练分开、缺乏专业特色和重理论轻实践等方面的不足。以多媒体网络技术为基础,采用仿真实践教学、自主学习和混合式教学模式是实现高职设计类课程教学目标的有效途径。

在分析科技投入体系的构成及环保科技投入的衡量指标基础上,研究政府和企业分别在环保产业科技投入体制中的机制;结论显示:必须强调企业科技投入的主体作用,并发挥其纽带作用;政府直接支持的科技投入具有杠杆作用,能够支持、引导和鼓励环保企业的研发投入。     

Sustainability classifications in engineering: discipline and approach

In order to discuss how to advance sustainability in engineering, it is necessary to be clear as to what exactly is the science of sustainability. The linkage between sustainability philosophy and scientific principles has, in some ways, been acknowledged in the wider literature. Moreover, the recent scholarship on sustainability in international literature has focused on providing definitions, policies and methods, though from an engineering perspective, there is an obvious need for clarity on how the engineering and science community can integrate the science of sustainability into practice. Prima facie, this article provides an overview of the development of sustainability science through a textual analysis to collate the underlying discourse and ideology cited in literature. While the number one sustainability challenge is to mitigate climate change, compiling a definition genesis of sustainability will assist the engineering community in gaining an understanding in the underlying philosophical frames. The aim of this paper is to analyse sustainability information in the print press, journals, periodicals and textbooks since publication patterns contribute to our understanding of the cognitive aspects of scholarly knowledge development.

Green jobs,livelihoods and the post-carbon economy in African cities

This article examines the potential contribution of household scale off-grid renewable energy generation to the post-carbon economy. The large-scale focus of the green jobs agenda in high-income countries obscures how small-scale technologies can be a transformative source of employment in developing economies. Debates about what constitutes a green job and their value leaves out the everyday practice of green livelihoods carried out by the urban poor across the African continent in unfavourable institutional contexts where nonrenewable fuel is subsidised and renewable energy inputs are heavily taxed. The article presents experiences from field work in several countries, including Egypt, Nigeria and Kenya to provide practical examples of communities pursuing strategies of income generation, community empowerment and environmental preservation. We argue that scholars and practitioners concerned with both social justice and environmental preservation should embrace a definition of green jobs that is bottom-up or people-centred. The grassroots experiences highlighted illustrate the important role of non-governmental organisations in supporting transformative, locally sustainable green employment and livelihoods by piloting demonstration projects, fostering innovation, conducting research, forming coalitions and engaging in advocacy when local institutions and market conditions make both consumers and providers risk averse to off-grid renewable energy adoption.
