Research on the Green Culture of Chinese Enterprise

According to the general tendency of the development of enterprise cultural in the 21st century, more and more intense attentions will be paid on the enterprise culture. Thus, while the world green tendency and the green demand rise increasingly, the research on the green cultural management is becoming more important. The study of the green cultural management is not only of vital significance in promoting the continuous development of social economy, but also exchanging the way of the economic growth from extensive pattern to intensive pattern, improving the capacity of the competition and economic benefit of the company, and accelerating the international business. Moreover, the research has another significant importance in enriching and developing the science of enterprise of management.     

WSSD 2002, Latin America and Brazil: Biodiversity and Indigenous People

Latin America comprehends notable variations in terms of natural environment, availability of natural resources, living standards, and demographic patterns. Latin America is a mosaic of cultures, post- and pre-Columbian. The rich variety of life forms discovered and described by chroniclers and traveling naturalists in the Neotropics contributed to the proposal, in mid-XVIIIth century, of a new system of classification and a scientific code of nomenclature for all organisms. Biodiversity was, for many centuries, a source of resources to be exploited in natura. In scientific circles, its inventory became the domain of taxonomists. But modern technology showed how important the miriad of life forms really are as sources of chemical molecules to be engineered as drugs and reassembled as novel manufactured products. We are on the brink of a new agricultural and medical revolution, thanks to the techniques of genetic engineering, which will lead eventually to the elimination of hunger and malnutrition.In this essay, the Brazilian environmental and social heterogeneity will serve as an example to illustrate some key points, which have influenced sustainability policies. The Amazon deforestation and indigenous knowledge (IK), subjects often associated with areas of high biodiversity, are usually the focus of environmental debates. The importance of IK in integrating development, reducing poverty and sustainability are considered together with the intellectual property rights of native populations.In the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) Implementation Plan, a few paragraphs were dedicated to Latin America, because of the pre-existing Action Platform on the Road to Johannesburg 2002, approved in Rio de Janeiro in October 2001. This paper calls attention to the need to draw up specific environmental policies for a region which shows an extremely high cultural and biological diversity, associated with a high availability of forests and water, among other resources.     

生态市建设的若干理论探讨

生态市是指市域内自然生态系统的结构和功能及其服务体系与其社会经济系统的结构和功能处于较协调与统一状态的城市。生态市建设意味着城市发展进入一个新阶段．需要有新的城市发展理论与思维。要以区域发展统筹、经济与社会发展统筹、城乡发晨统筹、人与自然协调统筹、国内发展与对外开放统筹的“五大统筹”新思维来指导．实现物质文明、精神文明、政治文明和生态文明的统一。使国民经济体系由链条经济向循环经济、自然经济向生态经济转变。     

企业安全文化的建设与活动模式

首先论述企业安全文化建设提出的时代背景。接着详细阐述了企业安全文化建设的主要内容，即物态安全文化建设、制度安全文化建设、心态安全文化建设和行为规范安全文化建设，以及企业安全文化的活动模式。     

施工企业不良安全文化的改造模型研究

针对不良安全文化因素是导致重大质量安全事故重复发生的主要原因,提出借助安全信息化网络平台,组建建筑工程(施工)行业安全事故预警与控制经验交流协会;通过共建制度推动案例库的积累以及经验教训的分析共享,并以其为媒介设计施工企业不良安全文化的改造模型,重新构建利益相关方的安全责任结构。重构后的行业企业安全文化,能够显著提高施工企业相互间学习与交流的动力,降低相同或者相似安全事故反复发生的概率。     

混合碳源制备生物絮凝剂的絮凝效能及产量预测模型

为实现混合底物的高效定向转化,以产絮菌根癌农杆菌(Agrobactrium tumefaciens)F2为研究对象,考察不同单一碳源及不同初始浓度对菌体生长、絮凝效能及絮凝剂产量的变化规律,采用BP算法构建絮凝效能及产量预测神经网络.产絮菌F2利用葡萄糖时的絮凝效能和产量分别为88.98%和2.20 g·L-1,过低的初始浓度将影响产量,不低于7.5 g·L-1为佳.以D-(+)-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖和D-甘露糖3种单糖为混合碳源,构建网络结构为3-5-2的产絮效能及絮凝剂产量预测模型,对两个输出层的预测误差范围均在4%以内,预测葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖浓度的最优解为6.59 g·L-1、1.32 g·L-1、3.57 g·L-1,经验证混合碳源发酵产絮可使絮凝效能和产量比单一葡萄糖发酵时分别提高6.87%和26.82%,本文为产絮菌F2利用含糖有机质废液发酵产絮凝剂提供数据参考.     

铜锈环棱螺室内实验条件优化

铜锈环棱螺作为一种新兴的潜在生态毒理学模式生物,适宜实验条件是开展其室内毒理学研究的基础。在人为控制条件下,初步探讨了饵料、水深、底质、密度和钙离子浓度养殖条件对铜锈环棱螺成体生长的影响,并进一步对麻醉条件进行了筛选(Mg Cl2·2H2O、乙醇、丁香酚、盐酸普鲁卡因和MS-222)。结果表明:当投喂冰鲜小球藻、密度6个·L-1水体积、水深10~15cm、泥土底质并且水中钙离子浓度30 mg·L-1时,铜锈环棱螺的体重增长最为明显。麻醉效果表明,Mg Cl2·2H2O对成螺的麻醉时间短并且伤害小,可作为实验用麻醉剂首选。以上研究结果为发展以铜锈环棱螺为模式生物开展环境(生态)毒理学研究奠定了基础。     

黄颡鱼黑色素细胞原代培养及迁移相关基因克隆分析

黑素皮质素受体-1(MC1R)在鱼体中对黑色素细胞的分化及迁移起主要的调控作用,而且在神经系统和免疫系统中表现出不同功能。本研究对黄颡鱼表皮黑色素细胞的培养条件进行探索,并在此基础上对MC1R基因进行克隆,为后续研究黄颡鱼黑色素异常的细胞及分子机理研究提供基础。结果表明,黄颡鱼表皮黑色素细胞在27 ℃培养条件下,72 h开始贴壁生长,培养基中添加20 %小牛血清培养效果比添加10%小牛血清好。MC1R基因克隆方面,黄颡鱼MC1R基因全长为936 bp,编码312个氨基酸,与剑尾鱼(Xiphophorus maculates)、孔雀鱼(Poecilia reticulata)、条斑星鲽(Verasper moseri)、海鲈(Dicentrarchus labrax)、大菱鲆(Psetta maxima)等5种鱼类MC1R基因的同源性分别为97%、96%、90%、90%、90%,系统分析结果显示,黄颡鱼MC1R基因在进化树上的位置与黄颡鱼的分类所处位置基本吻合。证明黄颡鱼表皮黑色素细胞原代培养的条件为：27℃,添加20% 小牛血清,所克隆基因为黄颡鱼MC1R基因。     

Which comes first,organizational culture or performance? A longitudinal study of causal priority with automobile dealerships

Prior research supports a link between organizational culture and performance but generally falls short of establishing causality or determining the direction of a culture–performance (C‐P) relationship. Using data collected from 95 franchise automobile dealerships over 6 years, we studied longitudinal culture–performance relationships to determine whether culture or performance has causal priority, or alternatively, whether a reciprocal relationship exists. Results from cross‐lagged panel analyses indicate that culture “comes first,” consistently predicting subsequent ratings of customer satisfaction and vehicle sales. Furthermore, the positive effect of culture on vehicle sales is fully mediated by customer satisfaction ratings. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
