处理重金属废水技术的研究进展

如何消除工业废水中重金属对环境和人类健康的危害，并且能够有效地回收废水中的贵重金属离子是环境保护工作者需解决的热点问题之一。详细她介绍了近十几年来国内外，处理重金属废水的技术方法，包括传统方法中的化学沉淀法、电化学法、吸附法和膜分离法，新出现的技术方法如分子印迹法和光催化法，并对以上各种技术方法的机理、研究进展、优点和所面临的主要问题进行了综合评述，同时阐述了处理重金属废水的技术和方法的发展趋势和应用前景。     

水生腐殖酸分子量分布研究——Ⅰ.串联凝胶色谱法测定水生腐殖酸分子量分布

考察了测定水生腐殖酸分子量分布及其平均分子量的串联凝胶色谱法。结果表明,使用Sepbadex G-25和G-100两种凝胶的色谱柱系统的分离范围可从分子量1000左右到数万,几乎包括了水生腐殖酸分子量分布的整个区段。这样的串联凝胶色谱柱的标定曲线为一折线,可用分段函数近似地加以描述。     

First-trimester biochemical screening for fetal chromosome abnormalities and neural tube defects

Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), unconjugated oestriol (UE3), intact human chorionic gonado-trophin (intHCG), and the free β subunit of chorionic gonadotrophin (FβHCG) were investigated in a series of 21 chromosomally abnormal and 14 open neural tube defect pregnancies ascertained from a series of 14 000 prospectively collected maternal serum samples at 6–14 weeks' gestation. In 16 cases of Down's syndrome, significant reductions were found for AFP (0.65 multiples of the normal median) and UE3 (0.67 MOM). IntHCG levels were unaltered (0.97 MOM) but a significant increase was found for FβHCG (1.96 MOM). Significant correlations were found for AFP and UE3 in the controls and for int HCG and FβHCG in both the control and the Down's syndrome pregnancies. In a group of five trisomy 18 pregnancies, median MOMs were for AFP 0. 71 , for UE3 0. 34 , for intHCG 0. 27 , and for FβHCG 0.15. None of 13 pregnancies with open neural tube defects at 8-13 weeks gestation had elevated maternal serum AFP levels, whereas matched second-trimester samples from the same pregnancies at 16-18 weeks gestation all had significantly elevated AFP levels. Thus, biochemical screening for chromosome abnormalities may be practicable in the first trimester using free β human chorionic gonadotrophin in combination with AFP and maternal age. However, a separate screening protocol using AFP at 15-18 weeks gestation would still be required for effective detection of neural tube defects.     

糯稻和非糯稻蜡质基因的新STS分子标记

通过对前人公布的糯性水稻蜡质基因全序列测定结果的分析,根据糯性水稻与非糯性水稻蜡质基因序列位点的差异,设计了两个基于PCR扩增反应的可特异识别糯性水稻的显性和共显性STS分子标记;同时在前人公布的非糯性水稻蜡质基因的不同类型(Wxa和Wxb)的全序列比对分析的基础上,选取了两种基因型特定的差异位点,设计了两个基于PCR扩增反应用于特异识别这两种Wx基因的显性STS分子标记,并用新建立的标记对相应的水稻基因型进行了检测.图2表2参10     

取代氮杂环类有机物水溶解度的估算与测定

本文采用一种修正的分子连接性指数研究了氮杂环类化合物水溶解度的定量结构性性质关系，这种修正的分子连接性指数是由原子半么取代原子的点价计算得来。逐步多元统计回归表明氮杂环的水溶解度和２阶及５阶原子半么分子连接性指数呈良好的相关性。     

Importance of Assessing Population Genetic Structure before Eradication of Invasive Species: Examples from Insular Norway Rat Populations

Abstract:  Determining the inter-island migration abilities of pest species and delimiting eradication units enable more viable long-term eradication campaigns because recurrent colonization from neighboring islands is avoided. We examined the genetic structure of the invasive Norway rat ( Rattus norvegicus ) to identify gene flow between islands and delimit population units at different geographical scales. We investigated variation in eight microsatellite loci in rat populations from 18 islands, representing five archipelagos off the Brittany coast (France). Although most of the islands are isolated from each other, short genetic distances, weak F_ST values between close islands, and a high level of cross-assignment showed that individuals collected on different islands could represent a single population unit. A Bayesian clustering method also supported the existence of high levels of gene flow between some neighboring islands. Thus, the statement "one island equals one population" can be false when inter-island distances are less than a few hundred meters. Genetic studies enable the definition of island clusters among which migration may occur that should be considered eradication units. To avoid reinvasion and to minimize ecological and economic costs, rats on all islands in an eradication unit should be eradicated simultaneously. We suggest that the genetic monitoring we performed here can be applied for management of any pest.     

壳聚糖分子量与絮凝剂投加量的关系模型

以不同分子量的壳聚糖为絮凝剂,絮凝3种不同初始浊度的皂土溶液,得到了壳聚糖分子量与絮凝剂最佳投加量的关系曲线,拟合得壳聚糖分子量和最佳投加量之间的关系模型,模型计算结果与实验数据点之间的相关系数分别为0.990 2,0.986 4,0.985 2.将此模型应用于实际自来水厂原水的壳聚糖絮凝处理过程,实验数据点与模型计算结果的相关系数达到了0.981 8,说明模型能够较好地应用于实际絮凝情况.
