Germplasm collection is important to preserve and maximize genetic diversity for germplasm conservation. Tsuga dumosa ( D. Don) Eichler in Engler & Prantl. and T. chinensis var. forrestii (Downie) Silba germplasm was collected from three localities in China: Mt. Yulong, Wenfeng Temple and Mt. Dishiergu, Yunnan Province. Accessions were identified based on morphological characters and RAPD markers. The shapes of the apices and margins of needles were examined, and the length and width of needles, cones and seeds from accessions of mature plants were used to compare the morphological differences and to identify the germplasm. Molecular markers generated by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) were also used to characterize the taxa. Although the clustering based on RAPD markers was inconsistent with the morphological characters of the needles, based on the overall morphological characters and on RAPD markers, the accessions from Mt. Yulong and Wenfeng Temple were identified as T. chinertsis var. forrestii, and those from Mt. Dishiergu identified as T. dumosa. Taxonomic identification of the accessions was made based on morphology and by RAPD markers concurred. The results indicate that the shapes of the apices and margins of needles particularly from young plants could not be used as a possible key to identify T. dumosa and T. chinertsis var. forrestii. 本文以天津水上公园湖泊作为研究现场,通过采样分析,研究了湖水中砷酸盐、亚砷酸盐、一甲基胂酸盐和二甲基胂酸盐的垂直分布及其影响因素。结果表明水上公园湖泊中砷酸盐是溶解态砷的主要存在形式,其垂直分布与悬浮物、叶绿素a、磷酸盐的浓度、水文等诸因素密切相关;一甲基胂酸盐含量保持相对稳定;光致转化是影响水中亚砷酸盐垂直分布差异的一个因素。  相似文献

采用直接淋浸法对风化铬渣及新鲜铬渣进行了六谷铬溶出的条件试验,60min的浸泡时间,80目以下的粒度对渣水比250g/200mL的新渣中Cr(VI)浸出率达69.4%,渣水比250g/200mL,500g/400mL,750g/600mL的风化渣中Cr(VI)的总溶出率分别为70.2%,86.3%,94.0%,其中第一次淋滤溶出率分别达48.1%,70.0%,81.6%,低PH值的淋浸水有利于Cr(VI)的浸出,在PH值为3时溶出率达高峰,Cr(VI)浸出质量比自然条件(近中性)高出14.1%-16.3%,增大管径和降低装置的滤面负荷可提高浸出效果,在直径80mm管径,500g铬渣装填料,滤面负荷9.95g/cm^2时,Cr(VI)溶出率达98.7%,真空抽滤可提高Cr(VI)浸出速率,但降低了滤液中Cr(VI)的浓度和溶出质量,上述试验结果表明了直接淋浸法回收铬渣中六价铬的可行性,并可作为工业化装置的设计参数。  相似文献

This paper proposes an eco-design method to suggest improvements over an existing diaphragm forming process (DFP). In the proposed method, a systematic procedure is developed to provide eco-design guidance to engineers, and it includes four steps. In Step 1, design functions are analysed through functional diagrams to provide the information of sub-functions and functional flows. In Step 2, the eco-design requirements are captured via quality functional deployment (QFD) and then translated to design functions via functional analysis (FA). Then, the design functions are prioritized according to the eco-design requirements in considerations. In Step 3, the prioritized design functions are used to generate possible design concepts through the morphological chart. In Step 4, the generated concepts are assessed based on the energy use and process time of DFP. The utility of the proposed method is to adapt quality tools for continual improvements in the context of eco-design. An existing DFP is used for this work to demonstrate and validate the method’s applicability. The result of this research shows that the integration of QFD and FA can systematically guide the generation of new eco-design concepts for DFP with less dependence of design intuitions.  相似文献

通过光学显微镜和高压电子显微镜对带内的变形石英进行显微构造超微构造观测和估算变形参数(σ_1-σ_3=85.0MPa,ε_s=10~(-9)~10~(-10)/S),认为该区变质岩形成于深层环境,是长期缓慢变形的结果。变形石英位错构造为变形阶段和恢复阶段的混合体,其变形机制为塑性形变。采用石英光轴干涉图法,在偏光显微镜下对水平定向薄片进行岩组测量,绘制成该区的石英光轴方位图,探讨其构造变形的演化历史。首次划分出S(或S+S)和B+S构造岩岩组类型及Ⅰ型、Ⅳ型和Ⅴ型石英定向类型。应力场随着构造变形的演化作逆时针旋转。山南北挤压应力场逐渐变为单向推挤的应力场,从而认为构造变形是多期次的叠加。  相似文献

研究了长江口水域纹缟虾虎鱼的繁殖生物学。结果如下:(1)纹缟虾虎鱼雌雄亲鱼间形态学特征具有差异,肥满度分别为347±036与217±052,体长/体高、体长/头长、头长/眼径、头长/眼间距等比值存在极显著差异;(2)纹缟虾虎鱼产卵期为3~7月份,盛产期为4~6月份。绝对生殖力平均为12 6892粒,体长相对生殖力平均为2069粒/mm;(3)纹缟虾虎鱼成熟的卵为球形,卵径0482~0606 mm,卵中油球数量10~200个,精子较小,由圆形头部和细长尾部(鞭毛)两个部分组成;(4)纹缟虾虎鱼产卵受精一般在洞穴内进行,而且雄鱼具有护卵习性;(5)纹缟虾虎鱼受精卵呈梨形或者梭形,卵膜端具有由粘丝组成的附着盘,动物极靠近附着盘。纹缟虾虎鱼人工催产与自然繁殖时的受精率分别为7858%与8384%。在17~25℃范围内,纹缟虾虎鱼胚胎均能孵出仔鱼,随着水温上升发育速度加快,温度与孵化时间呈正相关关系,有效积温为3 1283 h·℃。长江口水域生态环境变动可能对纹缟虾虎鱼繁殖及其资源量产生一定影响。  相似文献

An approach is described for viewing the interrelationship between different variables and also tracing the sources of pollution of groundwater of north Chennai (India). The data set of 43 variables which include major ions, minor ions and trace metal speciation (Cu, Pb, Cd and Zn) collected during the pre-monsoon and post-monsoon seasons of the year 2000–2001, was subjected to R-mode factor analysis to comprehend the distribution pattern of the said variables. It was found that first factor measures salinity and hardness which explained 19.12% of the total variance (comprised of variables EC, TDS, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, total hardness, Cl and SO4 2−) during pre-monsoon, while it was 25.08% during post-monsoon. The second and third factors were attributed to speciation of zinc and copper ions during both pre-monsoon and post-monsoon. Although there were two more factors, loaded with speciation parameters of lead and cadmium, the variance of them were less than 10%. From this study it is seen that sea water intrusion, municipal solid waste disposal are the identified sources of component of pollution. The importance of metal ions is taking a secondary role and the anthropogenic origin-industrial activity, is the reason in the evaluation of pollution status as they come in the second, third, fourth and fifth factors. As the trace metal speciation was grouped in separate factors, linear regression model (LRM) with correlation analysis was applied to check its validity for prediction of speciation and to apply LRM for rapid monitoring of water pollution.  相似文献

根据蒋家沟1965~2005年的泥石流运动观测资料与会泽气象站1965~2005年日降水资料,应用Hurst指数分析泥石流的运动要素,研究发现:泥石流年输沙量的Hurst指数为0.682时,年输沙量呈较强的正持续性,未来呈增长趋势;降雨量的Hurst指数0.605时,降雨量呈较弱的正持续性,未来呈较弱的增长趋势。同时,运用小波分析方法,发现泥石流输沙量具有多时间尺度周期的特征,主要表现为:第8、14和24年分别为其第1、2和3活动周期;结合小波方差图分析可知:在未来15 a以上,年输沙量将呈减少趋势,泥石流活跃程度弱;而15 a以内,未来将会保持较短时间的增加趋势,泥石流活跃程度强。综合以上分析可知:蒋家沟泥石流具有规模巨大,作用强烈,类型齐全等主要特征。  相似文献
