电厂温排水对水库生态环境的影响

本文报告了电厂温排水对陡河水库生态环境的影响。结果表明,陡河水库年均水温比对照水体洋河水库提高2.8～4.8℃。溶解氧随着水温而变化,但从未低于5.0mg/l,增温后水体中各种营养盐类含量呈增加趋势,水体富营养化明显。     

小型污水处理工艺及其应用展望

小型沁水处理设施作为投资省见效快的方法对我国今后污水厂建设具有重要指导意义，需要给予更多的关注，文中探讨了小型污水处理工艺的类型及其应用，并对我国小型污水处理厂的建设谈了几点看法。     

北京地区蜉蝣目（Ephemeroptera）稚虫的分布及与水质关系的研究

报道了北京地区几条主要河流蜉蝣稚虫的种类分布，探讨了其群落结构特征及其与水体环境质量之间的关系。运用种类多样性指数和聚类分析方法对各水体质量状况进行分类评价，结果表明白河和拒马河质量为最好，其余依次为永定河，清水河上游，潮河和清水河。     

Present status and changes of the phytoplankton community after invasion of Neosalanx taihuensis since 1982 in a deep oligotrophic plateau lake, Lake Fuxian in the subtropical China

Phytoplankton assemblages in the subtrophical oligotrophic Lake Fuxian, the second deepest lake in China, were investigated monthly from September 2002 to August 2003. A total of 113 species belonging to seven phyla were identified, among them, a filamentous green alga, Mougeotia sp., dominated almost throughout the study period and comprised most of the total phytoplankton biomass.Mougeotia sp. has made a substantial development during the past decades: it was absent in 1957, only occasionally present in 1983,increased substantially in 1993, and became predominant in 2002--2003. It is likely that natural invasion of the Taihu Lake noodlefish (Neosalanx taihuensis) has led to a change of dominant herbivorous zooplankton from small to large calanoid, which has increased grazing pressure on small edible algae, and thus has indirectly favored the development of the inedible filamentous Mougeotia sp.     

利用PCR-DGGE技术分析生物陶粒硝化反应器中微生物群落动态

为了揭示生物陶粒硝化反应器中活性污泥的微生物种群多样性,从运行不同时期的反应器中提取活性污泥,利用PCR-DGGE技术初步分析了生物陶粒反应器细菌的种群演替情况.结果表明,随着进水COD值的逐阶段降低,氨氮去除率逐步提高到64.38%.群落结构和优势种群的数量具有时序动态性,微生物多样性与废水的处理效果出现协同变化的特征.测序结果表明,生物陶粒反应器中运行第21天的优势种群除了自养细菌,还有异养细菌存在.其中自养细菌为Nitrosospira.sp和Nitrobacter.sp,异养细菌为Bacillus.sp、Pseudomonas.sp和Pseudochrobactrum.sp.     

焦化废水中有害物质的回收及破坏处理

对焦化厂废水的综合治理进行了讨论，介绍了当前几种先进有效的治理技术。生化处理法需对焦化废水中高浓度的酚、氰、氨先回收利用，之后与其它有害物含量较低的废水汇合进行破坏性处理；催化湿式氧化法净化效率高，流程简单；烟道气治理焦化废水可实现以废治废的目的。     

Detection of Escherichia coli in wastewater based on enzyme immunoassay

This research describes a fast detection method on the basis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for Escherichia coli in drainage of wastewater treatment plants. Optimized conditions such as the reaction format (sandwich or direct), the concentrations of diluted horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-E. coli conjugate, and anti-HPR antibody and pretreatment of E. coli were studied. Those results showed that the linear range of detection for E. coli was 10 cfu/mL-6 × 10⁴ cfu/mL. Compared with conventional methods, it is a convenient and sensitive detection method with low cost. 计算机辅助安全性评价系统

针对安全性评价过程评价周期长，工作量大，手段落后等问题，依据安全检查表法及评价理论，以Microsoft Visual Basic6.0为开发工具，开发了火力发电厂安全性评价计算机辅助系统，在企业局域网中实现，可以减少安全评价过程中大量重复工作，提高效率，其它行业也可以基于此方法，开发相应的计算机辅助评价系统。     

关于改善石家庄市空气质量的建议

针对电力和供热导致石家庄市空气污染严重的问题，结合该市目前的电力和供热现状，提出了减少污染的措施及建议，希望对改善该市空气质量起到促进作用。     

齐鲁石化热电厂废水回用方案的实施及问题分析

针对目前水资源短缺状况，以齐鲁石化热电厂为例提出了利用生活污水，养鱼场排水、锅炉排污水以及化学反洗水作循环冷却水补充水的优化方案，并就废水田用方案的实施及运行中发现的问题进行了分析与探讨。
