应用技术型高校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设实证研究

随着新形势下城市和工业生产的发展,加强应用技术型高校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设与研究,不仅有助于丰富安全工程专业师资队伍建设与研究成果,而且有助于提升队伍建设质量和水平。本文以重庆市某高校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设开展实证研究,该校通过企业调研和兄弟院校之间的对比分析,邀请安全工程专业部分骨干专业教师、企业代表和其他兄弟院校专业教师开展分析研讨会,初步形成了该校安全工程专业教师教学能力标准,并在相关学院进行试点。结果表明:该校有针对性地从理念、政策、师资队伍、教学平台及课堂教学改革等方面加强该校安全工程专业教师教学能力建设,成效是显著的,经验是可以借鉴的。     

建筑施工行业特种作业人员安全职业能力倾向研究

职业能力倾向对长期从事职业活动的安全性起着决定性影响。本文通过人员访谈法调查了建筑施工现场145名特种作业人员,并咨询建筑特种作业领域相关专家35名,最终确认了对建筑施工行业特种作业人员安全职业能力倾向最重要的5个影响因素(准确性、注意力、判断力、快速反应能力、稳定性),它们在对特种作业人员的安全职业能力倾向的控制和支配过程中发挥主要作用。     

学生自我管理在学生管理工作中的实践

介绍了学生自我管理的内涵以及高职院校学生管理中存在着诸如重不得、轻不得、管不好、难作为等问题，结合实际工作论证学生自我管理在高职院校学生管理实践中的具体应用及意义，并通过转变观念、明确意义、提供机会、完善制度等几个方面讨论如何更好地培养和提高学生的自我管理能力。     

Farming and Landscape Management: How French Farmers are Coping with the Ecologization of Their Activities

In Europe, an increasing share of public subsidies for food production is being transferred towards the production of goods and environmental services. Today, farmers hesitate between the quest for technical and economic performance, which has been the paradigm of their professional activities since the 1960s, on one hand, and taking account of the environmental concerns that have been imposed since the middle of the 80s, on the other. Is it possible for farmers to continue to work according to the paradigm of the producer of agri-food goods, and how do they react to the ecologization of their activities? In this paper, we will see the difficulties and sources of tension induced by landscape maintenance in the daily professional practice of the farmers. We will see that the professional identity of the farmers is profoundly brought into question by these changes (substitution of strictly “agricultural issues” by more general concerns such as “rural issues,” substitution of the farmer by the “ecologized” peasant...). The topic of landscape reveals social strains between farmers. It also raises the question of the legitimacy of farmers to define the sense of their activities by themselves. Finally we will see that environmental orientations do not systematically open up new prospects for all farmers; they sometimes contribute to increase the inequalities between farmers (financial support proportional to land property, marginalization of farmers who are less socially integrated...).     

安全与应急管理专业学科发展

为使各高校能有效应对工程教育与应急管理的新一轮发展,在新工科建设与应急管理部成立背景下研究安全与应急管理专业学科的现状与发展趋势。阐述专业建设与学科建设的联系、区别和作用,在此基础上分析安全与应急管理专业学科发展现状、凝练专业建设核心4要素、完善安全学科体系、总结应急管理一级学科体系构建思路,分别提出基于“现在完成进行时”与“将来完成进行时”状态的安全、应急管理专业学科发展趋势。结果表明:安全专业发展趋势分行业安全与“大安全”2类,安全学科仍需完善学科体系和科学分支;应急管理的长远发展趋势是设立一级学科,从而推动应急管理专业高质量创新型发展。     

基于遥感和GIS的华东区域洪涝灾害动态监测系统的研究和建立

以NOAA卫星资料为主要信息源,以地面高程、上地利用等地形地貌资料为辅助信息源,研制了华东区域多重因子空间分析模式,在GIS平台上建立洪涝灾害动态监测和分析系统,从而提高了洪涝灾害判识的准确性和客观性。     

Understanding and actioning BRE environmental assessment method: a socio-technical approach

The following research applies a socio-technical approach to an original study of the role of BRE environmental assessment method (BREEAM) in sustainable building practice. The primary objective is to gain insight into what facilitates and what weakens professional associations to implement a sustainability agenda in a building project. It focuses on understanding different sets of meaning which underlie engagement with BREEAM and how BREEAM is actioned. To do this, the research framework draws on social network analysis. However, this research does not consider that sustainable building is merely an outcome of planned action. Instead, sustainable building is seen to involve processes of engagement amongst different groups, technologies, materials and methods. Therefore, the conceptual framework adopted incorporates consideration of the materiality of sustainable building engagements, highlighting the relations between actors. Interviews with project professionals involved in a case study of a BREEAM Outstanding development provide the empirical basis for this work. This research will be of interest to scholars interested in socio-technical approaches to building development, environmental building assessment methods and sustainable building.     

Post‐acquisition integration processes in publicly owned professional service companies: Senior professional behaviour and company performance

The client relationships and tacit knowledge of professionals are professional service firms' (PSFs') major value creating resources producing challenges in generating post‐merger and acquisition value and risks of reducing the productivity or losing key professionals and their clients. The recent emergence of publicly owned PSFs and rapid growth through consolidating smaller privately owned firms potentially increases this risk by integrating small firms and their professionals into large public companies that may be governed very differently. This study explores post‐acquisition integration processes: professional behaviours and associated performance implications in two highly acquisitive publicly owned accounting companies. In one company, the integration process was rapid and heavily directed by senior management, while in the second company, integration was more gradual, initially undirected but then facilitated by senior management. The findings suggest that integration processes can impact the behaviour of professionals and acquiring firm performance. This research contributes to the understanding of post‐acquisition integration processes in PSFs and decision‐making and professional behaviour in recently emerged publicly owned PSFs. The study contributes to knowledge‐based theory by identifying factors that can affect the decision authority of executives and how organisational behaviour can constrain the implementation of executive integration decisions.
