利用环境中散落的放射性核素示踪研究土壤侵蚀是近几十年来应用比较广泛的方法之一。介绍了^137Cs测量的原理、过程和仪器对核素计数效率的计算,影响核素测量分析精度的主要因素是样品质量、计数时间和样品的核素比活度的大小,并分析了这3个因素各自对分析精度的影响程度,对尽量减少测量中的人为误差、提高结果的精度所应注意的问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

基于气象灾害的青岛市域生态风险评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
根据美国环保局(USEPA)的生态风险评价框架和相对风险模型(Relative Risk Model,RRM),对青岛市域县级行政区的干旱、洪涝、大风和冰雹4种气象灾害进行了生态风险评价。评价结果表明,研究区内干旱生态风险最为严重,洪涝其次;耕地承受的风险最高,城镇和居民地其次;胶州的生态风险最大,青岛市区其次。而且胶州的干旱灾害、市区的大风灾害、平度的冰雹灾害以及胶南的草地成灾比较突出,成为风险分区的依据。最后,不确定性分析表明RRM不确定性的模拟值与计算值接近,验证了RRM在县级尺度上的适用性;敏感性分析说明相对风险值对干旱等级4最为敏感,且对生境分级敏感程度高于风险源分级。此外,利用生态系统生态服务功能的损失率确定暴露系数,降低了确定暴露系数带来的随机性。同时,生境变化需要进一步考虑以明确生态风险在时间尺度上的变化特点。  相似文献

Stomatal behavior, growth performance and the accumulation of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were evaluated in seedlings of the mangrove Avicennia marina (Forssk.) Vierh., treated with a water-soluble fraction (WSF) of Abu-Dhabi light Arabian crude oil through foliar spraying or soil application.Irregular stomatal behavior and weak stomatal control over transpiration were observed during the first 24 hours, where stomatal resistances of plants sprayed with 150 and 300 g PAHs plant–1 were significantly lower than that of the control plants. After six weeks, all treated plants showed no significant difference in their relative growth rate (RGR) or in the net assimilation rate (NAR) compared with the control plants.Tri-aromatic hydrocarbons were the most accumulated in tissues of the treated plants. Penta- and hexa-aromatics, on the other hand, were undetectable in the WSF and consequently in the treated plants. A linear relationship was observed between the dose applied to plants and the amounts of tissue accumulated PAHs (r 2=0.515 for soil application and r 2=0.984 for foliar spray). In plants sprayed with 300 g PAHs plant–1, the total PAHs accumulated were more than that accumulated in plants treated through soil application.These findings suggest that: aqueous extraction of crude oil tends to signify the percentage of the low molecular weight PAHs, e.g. naphthalene, to the total PAHs; disturbed stomatal behavior in the first day of the treatment may be due to the venting of the volatile low molecular weight aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g. benzene, toluene, and xylenes) through the stomata; and uptake of water-soluble hydrocarbons by plants is equally possible through both of the root system and the foliage. The ecological implications of these finding are discussed in relation to oil pollution of mangrove stands under field conditions.  相似文献

Military installations provide important native habitat for songbirds, including many species that have experienced population declines in recent decades. As part of the Land Condition Trend Analysis (LCTA) program to monitor animal populations on military lands, we surveyed small (<250 g) breeding landbirds on 60 permanent plots on the Fort Riley Military Installation in northeastern Kansas from 1991 to 2002. During this period, species richness averaged 39.0 species (SE 0.9)/year and mean species richness per plot ranged from 3.6 species (SE=0.2)/plot (1999) to 7.5 species (SE=0.3)/plot (1992). Turnover (the appearance and disappearance of species on all plots from one year to the next) ranged from 5 species (2000–2001) to 16 species (1992–1993) and was driven primarily by turnover of woodland species. We developed an index of relative difference (C) to evaluate relative trends of local populations and found that 25 species declined, 15 species increased, and 7 did not change. Based on migration assemblages, more resident species (6 of 10) and more short-distant migrants (9 of 12) decreased than long-distance migrants (10 vs. 11). Our analysis of major vegetation communities on plots showed few changes in the quantity of habitats (grassland vs. woodlands) during the study. Our results indicate that Fort Riley provides important habitats for many landbirds, particularly those that require grasslands for breeding. Several species exhibited local declines when compared to the regional Breeding Bird Survey routes. We offer an approach that evaluates population changes of small landbirds and provides objective inputs for conservation directives. These can be adopted easily for use on military installations (that use LCTA), parks, and wildlife refuges that have data from annual breeding bird surveys.  相似文献

The paper presents a quantitative engineering approach to analysis of total environment allowing for simultaneous consideration of a theoretically infinite number of quality indicators and physiological requirements. It discusses theory and fundamentals of a two-dimensional space and time function solution concerning a small estuarine-type environment. A three dimensional solution is indicated. Input data may range from reconnaissance-type to the outputs of mathematical transport models. Applications are discussed with respect to environmental quality problems, availability of suitable data, and some areas of research where results could find immediate application.  相似文献

The effect of storing samples prior to determination of particulate nitrogen and carbon concentrations were investigated. Freezing of water samples between collection and analysis has a substantial effect on the results obtained. Storage of samples at 5°C also affects the results, although the changes which occurred were generally less than for frozen samples. When the particulates were collected onto a filter immediately after sample collection and stored in that form until analysis only small changes in the results were observed. This suggests that samples for the determination of particulate nitrogen and carbon concentrations should be filtered immediately upon sample collection and the analysis performed as soon as possible.  相似文献

采用流动注射在线消解测定水中总氮,分析速度快、检出限低、精密度和准确度较高。总氮质量浓度在200~2000μg/L与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),方法检出限为0.0056mg/L。对水源水、地表水和废水样品的加标回收率测定中,均满足《生活饮用水卫生规范》对方法的要求。在水质检出中具有较好的应用价值。  相似文献

提出了运用熵值判别法和线性均方估计法来处理小样本数据的方法.熵值判别法是根据熵的上界对应最大的不确定度,利用所得数据的熵信息量判别数据是否含有粗大误差;线性均方估计消除粗大误差是一种采用软化的方法处理粗大误差.经过多次试验,结果表明这两种方法在处理小样本采样数据时能够有效地提高数据精度.  相似文献
