城镇化进程中农村劳动力转移响应机理与调控——以东部沿海地区为例 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
从时空过程耦合、形态与动力共轭的角度,探讨了中国东部沿海地区城镇化进程中农村劳动力转移的响应机理与调控模式。首先提出农村劳动力转移响应强度的概念,构建了响应强度模型与机理模型,揭示了城镇化进程中农村劳动力转移响应强度的类型及动力机制,分析了劳动力转移响应的地域类型及调控对策。研究表明:东部沿海地区城镇化的快速推进,对农村劳动力转移的带动作用逐渐增强,劳动力转移规模与比重不断增大,其阶段性、区域差异性特征明显;非农产业发展、地区发展差异和期望收入等是影响农村劳动力转移的主要因素;城镇化进程中农村劳动力转移响应的地域形态类型可以划分为大城市核心地域、外围承接地域、边缘发展地域和传统农业及特区地域4种。 相似文献

以松花江哈尔滨段为研究对象,构建了EFDC水动力-水质模型,以主要污染物COD、NH3-N为指标,结合情景分析方法对松花江哈尔滨段支流污染负荷多情景变化下对干流水质及下游出口断面水质进行量化评估.结果表明,大顶子山出口断面COD浓度值在满足Ⅲ类及以下水质要求时,阿什河口与呼兰河口的浓度在枯水期、桃花汛期、平水期和丰水期分别最高不能超过29.3、22.3、41.82和32.13mg/L以及47.75、36.27、65.4和41.47mg/L,大顶子山断面的NH3-N浓度,枯水期保持在Ⅲ类,则要求阿什河口和呼兰河口NH3-N浓度最高为8.73和2.92mg/L,桃花汛期保持在Ⅱ类时,则二者最高分别为6.3和2.23mg/L,枯水期大顶子山断面保持在I类时,阿什河口和呼兰河口则最高不能超过7.57和1.79mg/L. 相似文献

利用GC-MS测定了购自北京市场的4种食用淡水鱼(鲫鱼、胖头鱼、鲤鱼、草鱼)的5种组织器官(脑、肝、泡、卵和肌肉)中BaP的含量,分析了BaP在4种食用淡水鱼中的分布特征及其对人体的健康风险.结果表明,鱼体BaP湿重含量范围为0~0.057ng·g-1,BaP脂标化含量范围为0.02~21·22 ng˙g-1·BaP在不同组织器官和不同鱼种中的湿重含量差别不显著;而不同鱼种和组织器官中BaP脂标化含量则有一定的差异性.4种鱼中,胖头鱼BaP脂标化含量水平最高,鲫鱼次之,草鱼和鲤鱼较低;各组织器官中,肝脏的BaP脂标化含量相对最高,肉、泡、籽次之,脑中BaP脂标化含量相对最低.鱼体中BaP湿重含量均低于USEPA规定的可食用生物组织器官中BaP含量的上限值(0.67 ng·g-1,wetweight),对人体的致癌风险远小于10-5. 相似文献

In this research paper, the assessment of recycling and subsequent production of new crystalline silicon (c-Si) PV modules taking advantage of the recovered Si in terms of industrial symbiosis is being examined. With the aid of life cycle analysis method, the potential payback is thoroughly examined through a scenario application in the second useful phase of the PV module. Along with the progress of urbanization and environ- mental deterioration, residents’ desire for improved air quality is increasing. In order to quantify an individual’s willingness-to-pay (WTP) for improved air quality in Jinan of eastern China, a contingent valuation method (CVM) was employed. A sample of 1,500 residents was chosen on the basis of multistage sampling methods with face-to-face interviews by using a series of hypo-thetical, open-ended scenario questions which were designed to elicit the respondents’ WTP. Results showed that 59.7% of respondents were able to express their WTP and the mean WTP is 100 Chinese Yuan (CNY) per person per year. A probit model on the probability of a positive WTP and a regression model were developed to find the relationship between endogenous variables and WTP. Most parameters in the econometric analysis had the expected sign. Annual household income and expenditure on treating respiratory diseases significantly influence WTP. The rates of positive WTP and the monetary amount are larger for men than for women. Results also showed that people who lived in more polluted areas were willing to pay more for clean air. Unlike developed countries, clean air may only be considered as a public good in China in that more than 40% of respondents had no incen- tive to bear the costs of attempting to achieve better air quality, which indicates the relatively low environmental consciousness. 相似文献

自然资源物权是随着环境资源法和物权法的发展而逐渐进入人们视野的。与传统物权相比,自然资源物权是一组性质有别的权利总称.它在本质上具有物权属性.但也包含准物权的内容。可将其分为土地资源物权和其它自然资源物权。我国的自然资源物权制度主要存在所有权虚化和抽象化、使用权物权化程度不高、土地资源使用权未得到切实保障等缺陷。应当通过强化和实现自然资源所有权、积极推进自然资源使用权物权化来完善我国自然资源物权制度。在具体的制度设计上。必须保障自然资源国家所有权的有效实现,改进和完善自然资源的集体所有权;同时也要推进土地使用权和其它自然资源使用权的物权化,特别是扩大自然资源物权中公民使用权的范围.推进自然资源物权的具体化和制度化。 相似文献

Four on-farm experiments examined whether modest applications of fertilizers in combination with prunings from native agroforestry trees would be an alternative to maintain the fertility of ferralitic soils in Benin. An application of about 1.9 t ha−1 dry matter of mulch of Senna siamea combined with 30 kg N ha−1, 22 kg P ha−1 and 25 kg K ha−1 as compound fertilizer was compared with (1) 60 kg N ha−1, 43 kg P ha−1 and 50 kg K ha−1 as compound fertilizer alone, (2) mulch of S. siamea alone (about 3.2 t ha−1 dry matter), and (3) a control treatment. Criteria were soil properties, yields, nutrient uptakes, and nutrient budgets. Application of sole mulch had no significant effects (P>0.05) on maize yields, while combined application of prunings and NPK fertilizers or sole NPK increased yields significantly (P<0.05). The most limiting nutrient was P. The local maize cultivar was efficient in P uptake, but not in internal nutrient utilization efficiency; mulch increased significantly the internal P utilization efficiency (P<0.05). Soil properties were interpreted with the QUEFTS (quantitative evaluation of the fertility of tropical soils) computer program. The predicted and measured yields were almost the same for maize without NPK. The measured responses to NPK were much lower than the responses calculated by QUEFTS. The calculated nutrient budgets were split into balances for available nutrients and for those not immediately available (NIA). Nutrient budgets were negative for the control and sole mulch treatments, and positive for the NPK treatments. Mulch improved the balances of NIA nutrients. The present experiment could not prove that combining NPK with mulch is the best option for sustainable agriculture. It may be more economical to apply lower rates of fertilizer to local maize than those applied in the two NPK treatments in the present study. 相似文献
