地勘单位安全工作现状及强化安全管理对策和安全管理工作思考

本文针对目前地勘单元安全工作的现状，提出强化安全管理的对策，并结合当前国内安全生产的严峻形势，对安全管理工作进行了思考。     

物化-生化组合工艺处理化纤厂浆粕综合废水

根据化纤厂浆粕综合废水的水质特点 ,选择采用中和曝气 水解酸化 生物接触氧化 絮凝沉降处理工艺。实验结果表明 :当浆粕综合废水进水CODCr浓度 310 0～ 34 6 0mg/L ,BOD5浓度 10 2 0～ 142 0mg/L范围内时 ,处理后水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》GB8978 96中化纤浆粕工业二级排放标准。     

绿色化学浅议

绿色化学是更高层次的化学，其产生是为了避免或减少化学过程对人类健康和环境造成的危害，由此出现的技术是环境友好的技术。绿色化学的发展能节省资源、减少环境污染，并将成为可持续发展战略的核心内容之一。     

Indicators of sustainable production: framework and methodology

This paper presents a new tool for promoting business sustainability — indicators of sustainable production. It first introduces the concept of sustainable production as defined by the Lowell Center for Sustainable Production, University of Massachusetts Lowell. Indicators of sustainable production are discussed next, including their dimensions and desirable qualities. Based on the Lowell Center Indicator Framework, the authors suggest a new methodology of core and supplemental indicators for raising companies' awareness and measuring their progress toward sustainable production systems. Twenty-two core indicators are proposed and a detailed guidance for their application is included. An eight-step model provides a context for indicator implementation. The paper concludes with a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of the methodology as well as recommendations for testing the indicators.     

Waste minimization and its ecological evaluation A case study in printed circuit board manufacture

The printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers face several problems regarding the waste they generate. In Austria, a detailed study for waste minimization was carried out with three PCB manufacturers and one electroplating company. In this project a lot of ecologically and economically effective options were found and implemented. The ecological evaluation of processes is still an unsolved problem. Several evaluation models are tested on selected processes of the project.     

浅淡大阻力配水系统的技术改造

大阻力配水系统滤池由于采用穿孔钢管配水 ,而穿孔钢管容易腐蚀、结垢 ,导致孔眼堵塞 ,再若高位水箱反冲强度掌握不当 ,会使承托层和滤料冲洗混乱 ,滤池不能正常运行。针对这一问题 ,湖州市自来水公司与浙江省玉环净化厂联手 ,利用该厂滤板、滤头及有关专利新技术 ,对自来水公司的 6万t/d快速滤池进行改造 ,运行半年来 ,取得了满意的结果。     

循环经济与上海可持续发展

介绍了近年来循环经济在德国等国家的崛起，勾勒了循环经济的基本理论和行原则，指出循环经济该成为上海实施可持发展战略的突破口提出了上海发展循环经济的必然性，目标，领域和行动举措。

对垃圾填埋场渗滤液的主要有机污染物、水质影响因素及水质特性进行了较系统的分析     

微孔膜生物反应器在港口含油洗涤废水处理工程中的应用

介绍了微孔膜生物反应器在港口含油洗涤废水处理工程中的应用，进行了设计参数的选取、工程设计和运行效果分析，设计污水处理量为30.0m^3/d。运行结果表明，微孔膜生物反应器具有运行效果稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强、硝化能力强、操作运行简便等优点。     

电化学法烟气脱硫制取浓硫酸

利用电化学脱硫生产硫酸是一种自然资源再利用的新型大气环保技术 ,它通过电解I- /I2 体系生成I2 来吸收氧化烟气中的SO2 ,其脱硫率可达 95%～ 99% ,并生成 85%以上的高浓度硫酸和纯氢。以期获得废渣废液的零排放。
