Changes in the activities of △5-3β-hydroysteroid dehydrogenase (HSD) in testis and adrenal gland, 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in testis, acid and alkaline phosphatase in testis, prostate and seminal vesicle were observed in noise exposed mature rats at the intensity of 85 dB for 8 h/day for 45 days. The results indicated that noise exposed group showed a significant diminution in the activities of androgenic key enzymes △5-3β and 17β-HSD, acid phosphatase in testis, prostate and seminal vesicle. There was a significant elevation in the activities of adrenal △5-3β-HSD, alkaline phosphatase in testis and other accessory sex organ in noise exposed group. Gonadosomatic, prostatosomatic and seminal vesiculo-somatic indexes were decreased significantly in noise exposed group. Therefore, it is evident that noise exposure at 85dB exerts a deleterious effect on testicular and adrenocortical activities.  相似文献

生物流化床A/O2工艺处理焦化废水过程中有机组分的GC/MS分析   总被引:30,自引:8,他引:30  
在自行设计的2000m3·d-1规模的生物流化床A/O2工艺中,以实际焦化废水为研究对象,采用GC/MS法分析各单元工艺的有机物组分,解析了污染物的降解规律.结果发现,焦化废水中酚类物质占有机物总量的90%以上;厌氧阶段对废水COD的去除率为10%~15%,主要为大分子复杂有机物分解为有机酸、有机醇类,此过程使废水BOD/COD值由0.30提高到0.45;一级好氧阶段可去除大部分的酚、胺、喹啉、吡啶、呋喃、吲哚、萘等组分,COD的去除率达到65%~70%;二级好氧阶段的COD去除率为40%~50%.间甲苯酚、哌嗪、哌啶、长链烃类、苯类等在生物处理出水中可被检出,属于难降解成分,有必要对其进行深度处理.采用TTC脱氢酶法测试了不同工艺段废水对酶活的影响,在相同的TOC浓度时,厌氧出水和一级好氧出水的酶活达26~29μg·h-1,滤池出水的酶活为几个工艺段水质的最低值7.02μg·h-1,显示其中可被微生物利用的有机物急剧减少.  相似文献

We have performed prenatal diagnosis for glutaryl-CoA dehydrogenase (GDH) deficiency in 16 pregnancies at risk by measuring the enzyme activity in chorionic villus samples. In most cases, GDH activity was measured both in uncultured chorionic villus samples and in cultured chorionic cells. In 4 of the 16 cases, an affected fetus was predicted, while the remaining cases were found to be normal. In three of the four affected cases, GDH activity was measured in both uncultured and cultured chorionic cells and the correct diagnosis established by both measurements. In the fourth case, only cultured cells were investigated because the chorionic villus sample was too small for the direct assay. All four pregnancies predicted to be affected were interrupted and the diagnoses confirmed on the aborted material in three of the cases. In the fourth case, no material was available for investigation. Of the 12 pregnancies predicted to be unaffected, ten cases resulted in the birth of healthy unaffected babies while two pregnancies are still in progress.  相似文献

与其它微生物相比,用大肠杆菌进行发酵生产乳酸有许多优势,但大肠杆菌没有L乳酸脱氢酶基因,不能利用糖发酵生产L乳酸.本文采用PCR技术,以乳酸片球菌(Pediococcusacidilactici)基因组DNA为模板,克隆得到L乳酸脱氢酶(Llactatedehydrogenase)基因,将该基因的ORF连接到表达质粒pET22b( ),获得重组质粒pETldhL.将pETldhL质粒转化大肠杆菌BL21株,实现了ldhL基因的表达;对含有ldhL基因的重组菌株进行表达研究,在30℃以IPTG诱导8h后,SDSPAGE分析可见明显特异性条带,酶活力达到6.49u/mL,是野生菌酶活力(2.82u/mL)的2.3倍.对重组表达的L乳酸脱氢酶生物学特性研究显示,它们的最适反应温度为27~30℃,最适反应pH为5.0~5.3.图5参15  相似文献

以土壤脲酶和脱氢酶为探针物质,室内培养条件下较为系统地研究了重金属(Cd、Zn、Pb)和多环芳烃(菲、荧蒽、苯并a芘)复合污染对土壤酶活性的影响及其定量表征、结果表明,复合投加上述污染物能使土壤酶活性受到不同程度的抑制,其中,脱氢酶最为敏感,其活性是表征重金属和多环芳烃复合污染的一项重要的参考指标.对复合污染模型的建立与分析表明,土壤环境中,重金属和多环芳烃复合污染的类型和强度与污染物的浓度和复合污染时间密切相关.影响土壤脲酶活性的主要因子依次为:Cd〉Zn与苯并a芘的交互作用〉Zn〉Pb〉Zn和菲的交互作用,影响土壤脱氢酶活性的主要因子依次为:Cd和Zn的交互作用〉Cd〉Zn〉苯并a芘〉Cd和菲的交互作用,其中,Zn和苯并a芘相互作用对脲酶活性以及Cd和Zn交互作用对脱氢酶活性的影响均表现为拮抗作用,Zn和菲,Cd和菲之间的交互作用,无论是对脲酶还是脱氢酶均表现为协同作用,图1表3参18  相似文献

从氧化葡萄糖酸杆菌细胞质中分离纯化出L 山梨糖脱氢酶 (SDH) ,其分子量为 46× 10 3 ,表观分子量为 190× 10 3 ;在测试范围内 ,最适pH是 7.4,温度为 5 5℃ ,最稳定的 pH是 7.0 ,温度为 30℃以下 ;FeCl3 促进酶活 ,CoCl2 抑制酶活 .该酶活力与发酵产物 2 酮基 L 古龙酸的合成呈正相关 ;伴生菌促进产酸菌生长和代谢 ,并使该酶比活力增加 ,从而提高发酵系统中该酶的总活力 .图 11表 5参 9  相似文献

Octenyl succinate starch of degree of substitution (ds) 0.03, 0.07, and 0.11 was synthesized in an aqueous medium. These compounds were then tested for the susceptibility to enzymatic degradation. The multiple-enzyme regime of -amylase, amyloglucosidase, and pullulanase was chosen for the evaluation. This combination of enzymes had been proven to degrade 99.5% of unmodified starch to glucose and hence was chosen for this study. It was found that even small amounts of subsituent caused a considerable decrease in the extent of degradation. The net extent of degradation decreased with increasing ds. Surprisingly, the amount of glucose from all three substituted substrates was quite similar, suggesting the effect small amounts of subtituent had on the enzymatic activity.  相似文献

The biochemical response of Mediteranean Crab (Carcinus maenas) collected at five stations of Monastir Bay and from Kuriat station as control was studied using a set of complementary biomarkers. The catalase, glutathione S-transferase, lactate dehydrogenase, acetycholinesterase activities; and metallothionein and malonediladehyde levels in gills were evaluated. Results revealed differences among sites in relation to each specific biomarker. Hence, a suite of biomarkers can be used to discriminate sampling sites according to types of pollution, reflecting differing conditions of anthropogenic impact. Based on Integrated Biomarker Response, the highest values and critical biochemical alteration were observed at Khniss and Ksibat in response to urban and industrial discharges and the lowest IBR value was found at reference site. The current study has shown clearly that a biomarker-based index is usefulness tool in the monitoring Tunisian coast using C. maenas as sentinel specie. Further studies in progress to investigate the seasonal variations of IBR levels and its relationship to pollutants concentrations in the sediment, gills and digestive gland of Carcinus maenas from Monastir Bay.  相似文献

为揭示不同阴离子在生物质发酵产氢中的作用规律,以混合菌群发酵产氢为研究对象,采用正交试验设计的方法考察了6种不同的阴离子及添加尿素对发酵产氢过程的影响.通过对不同阴离子浓度及相互关系对发酵产氢的影响的综合比较,获得以下结论:促进混合菌群发酵产氢的阴离子组成为:SO42-1.5 g·L-1,Cl-0 g·L-1,NO3-0 g·L-1,Mo7O246-0.1 g·L-1,C2O42- 1g·L-1,C6H5O73- 5g·L-1,(H2N)2CO 0 g·L-1;以PDB(马铃薯水解液)为基质发酵原料,H2最高含量和平均含量分别比对照组提高了21.4%和24.1%;平均产氢速率由对照组的36.79 mL·L-1·h-1提高到96.25 mL·L-1·h-1;氢气产率由对照组的0.76 mol·mol-1提高到1.17 mol·mol-1.研究同时证明,尿素对H2的产生具有显著的抑制作用,Mo7O246-则可促进混合微生物对原料的利用和转化;阴离子C2O42-和C6H5O73-的交互作用显著,说明两者同时使用可改善发酵产氢.从理论上对上述结果进行了分析探讨.  相似文献
