双极液膜法可见光光催化降解染料废水   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Bi2O3-TiO2/Ti膜电极,X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射(DRS)和光电性能测试进行了表征,结果表明,Bi元素掺杂进入了TiO2催化剂,拓展了催化剂的光响应波长,使其在可见光下有较明显的光电响应.将Bi2O3-TiO2/Ti光阳极与Cu阴极组装成双极液膜反应器,在可见光下光催化处理活性艳红X-3B,得出当初始pH值为2.52,废水流量为80mL/min时,处理20mg/L活性艳红X-3B 150min,脱色率可达88%.双极液膜法可见光光催化的初步机理考察表明,光生电子自发由Bi2O3-TiO2表面转移到Cu电极表面,并在Cu电极表面直接还原染料,或与其表面液膜中的溶解氧反应生成H2O2,进而参与染料的氧化,由此可实现Bi2O3-TiO2/Ti的直接氧化和Cu阴极的直接还原和间接氧化的双极双效效果.  相似文献

The photocatalytic degradation of the herbicide isoproturon under solar light was investigated in aqueous solution containing a Bi–TiO2/zeolite photocatalyst. The catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The effect of Bi–TiO2 loading onto the zeolite support and influence of the parameters such as catalyst amount, pH, and initial concentration of isoproturon on the degradation rate were evaluated. The recycling ability of the catalyst was found to be sustainable for elongated periods. The high activity of the Bi–TiO2/zeolite was attributed to its absorptivity of visible light and its high adsorption capacity for the pollutant molecules.  相似文献

ZnS-loaded TiO2 (ZnS–TiO2) was synthesized by a sol–gel method. The catalyst was characterized by using different techniques (XRD, HR-SEM, EDS, DRS, PL, XPS, and BET methods). The photocatalytic activity of ZnS–TiO2 was investigated for the degradation of Sunset Yellow FCF (SY) dye in an aqueous solution using ultraviolet light. ZnS–TiO2 is found to be more efficient than prepared TiO2, TiO2–P25, TiO2 (Merck), and ZnS at pH 7 for the mineralization of SY. The effects of operational parameters such as the amount of photocatalyst, dye concentration, and initial pH on photo mineralization of SY have been analyzed. The mineralization of SY has been confirmed by chemical oxygen demand measurements. The catalyst is found to be reusable.  相似文献

CuCl2 does not cause Trp+ reversion in E. coli WP2. However, when the bacteria are exposed to CuCl2 and UV‐irradiated, a greater than 3‐fold enhancement of mutagenesis (compared to UV alone) is seen at 30 μMCuCl2, and significant enhancement is seen even at 3 μM. The mechanism for this comutagenic effect was studied using a restriction fragment of the E. coli gpt gene. Whereas UV or CuCl2 alone caused few strand breaks, UV + CuCl2 induced breaks at every site. This reaction was blocked by KI, a free radical scavenger. While UV alone induced alkali‐labile sites, UV+ CuCl2 induced many more such sites and altered the sequence specificity. We suggest that at least some of the comutagenic effect might be due to hydroxyl radical formed via a Fenton reaction.  相似文献

近年来,海洋石油开采与运输泄漏、石油及产品离岸排放等事故逐年增多,对近海海域生态环境产生了巨大破坏。为探究重质原油和轻质原油对紫贻贝(Mytilus edulis)毒理效应,测定了不同浓度重质原油和轻质原油暴露下紫贻贝鳃和外套膜中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及体内石油烃的含量变化。结果显示,石油污染暴露下,紫贻贝腮和外套膜中CAT和SOD活性变化明显,与暴露浓度和暴露时间有关。CAT活性在轻质原油组随着浓度的增大,呈现下降趋势,且随着暴露时间的延长呈现先下降后上升趋势;在重质原油暴露组,随着浓度的增大,呈现先上升后下降趋势,且随着暴露时间的延长呈现先下降后上升趋势。SOD活性在轻质原油与重质原油暴露组,随着浓度的增大,呈现下降趋势,且随着暴露时间的延长呈现上升趋势并存在一定的剂量-效应关系。重质原油和轻质原油暴露168 h后紫贻贝体内总石油烃含量呈线性递增,生物富集系数(BCF)随着暴露浓度的增加不断减小并最终趋于平稳。结果表明,以紫贻贝腮和外套膜中SOD和CAT活性作为石油烃污染的生物标志物具有一定应用前景,紫贻贝对原油溶液中石油烃的生物富集作用可用来判断污染原油的来源和性质。  相似文献

在利用沉水植被对湖泊进行生态修复过程中,当营养盐有所降低,水体透明度增加有利于沉水植物生长时,丝状绿藻——刚毛藻会大量生长,从而影响生态修复效果.为了研究光照强度和磷浓度对寡枝刚毛藻(Cladophora oligoclona)生长的影响,本实验用含有不同磷浓度(0.005,0.02,0.1,0.6mg/L)的BBM培养基,在不同光照强度[10,30,50μmol/(m2·s)]下培养寡枝刚毛藻16d.结果发现,在光照强度为10μmol/(m2·s),初始P浓度0.1mg/L以上时,刚毛藻鲜重增加(约0.05g),其余处理条件下,刚毛藻鲜重均减少,其中光强为50μmol/(m2·s),初始磷浓度为0.005mg/L时,刚毛藻鲜重减少量最大(约0.49g).叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm值的变化表现为光强越大,Fv/Fm的值越低.在光强为10μmol/(m2·s)时,Fv/Fm值在0.75左右.光强为50μmol/(m2·s)时,Fv/Fm值仅为0.3.在相同光强下,不同磷浓度对Fv/Fm值变化无显著影响.相对于磷浓度对刚毛藻生长的影响,光强对刚毛藻的生长影响更大,且高光强不利于刚毛藻的生长.  相似文献

采用正交试验的方法,研究了废砖、废聚苯粒及天然砂的不同配比对利废型轻质墙材性能的影响,配制出了抗压强度5.0 MPa以上,表观密度1 100 kg/m3以下,导热系数0.2 W(/m.K)以下,50次冻循环强度损失率20%以下,质量损失率5%以下的利废型轻质墙材,并讨论了骨料的不同配比与性能的关系。  相似文献

Objective: The conflicts among motorists entering a signalized intersection with the red light indication have become a national safety issue. Because of its sensitivity, efforts have been made to investigate the possible causes and effectiveness of countermeasures using comparison sites and/or before-and-after studies. Nevertheless, these approaches are ineffective when comparison sites cannot be found, or crash data sets are not readily available or not reliable for statistical analysis. Considering the random nature of red light running (RLR) crashes, an inventive approach regardless of data availability is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of each countermeasure face to face.

Method: The aims of this research are to (1) review erstwhile literature related to red light running and traffic safety models; (2) propose a practical methodology for evaluation of RLR countermeasures with a microscopic traffic simulation model and surrogate safety assessment model (SSAM); (3) apply the proposed methodology to actual signalized intersection in Virginia, with the most prevalent scenarios—increasing the yellow signal interval duration, installing an advance warning sign, and an RLR camera; and (4) analyze the relative effectiveness by RLR frequency and the number of conflicts (rear-end and crossing).

Results: All scenarios show a reduction in RLR frequency (?7.8, ?45.5, and ?52.4%, respectively), but only increasing the yellow signal interval duration results in a reduced total number of conflicts (?11.3%; a surrogate safety measure of possible RLR-related crashes). An RLR camera makes the greatest reduction (?60.9%) in crossing conflicts (a surrogate safety measure of possible angle crashes), whereas increasing the yellow signal interval duration results in only a 12.8% reduction of rear-end conflicts (a surrogate safety measure of possible rear-end crash).

Conclusions: Although increasing the yellow signal interval duration is advantageous because this reduces the total conflicts (a possibility of total RLR-related crashes), each countermeasure shows different effects by RLR-related conflict types that can be referred to when making a decision. Given that each intersection has different RLR crash issues, evaluated countermeasures are directly applicable to enhance the cost and time effectiveness, according to the situation of the target intersection. In addition, the proposed methodology is replicable at any site that has a dearth of crash data and/or comparison sites in order to test any other countermeasures (both engineering and enforcement countermeasures) for RLR crashes.  相似文献

采用全玻璃针筒取样/保存、双通道双毛细管柱测定非甲烷总烃分析方法,以甲烷标准气体样品、标准气体样品(TO-14、TO-15),以及3种实际环境空气样品为例,考察了全玻璃针筒注射器取样保存影响检测结果的若干因素。结果表明,样品的保存时间取决于以下因素:(1)样品性质,不同类型样品的保存时间差异大,化学反应活性强的样品,其总烃含量呈现先升高后降低趋势,甲烷则相对稳定;(2)样品浓度水平,相同条件下相同类型样品,浓度高的保存时间短于低浓度样品,如与环境空气浓度相仿的样品保存时间可超过60 h;(3)保存环境的避光程度,对于同一种VOCs标准气体样品,避光、半避光、非避光保存样品回收率迥异,趋势差别极大,对于部分样品即便是避光保存仍发现回收率变化极大;(4)全玻璃材质注射器的气密性,需对照技术规范要求,进行气密性的检查。  相似文献
