Several ABC transporters have been characterized from many aquatic organisms, but no information is yet available for Antarctic fish. The aim of this work was to identify the expression of genes for ABC proteins in Trematomus bernacchii, a bioindicator species of the Southern Ocean. Partial cDNA sequences of ABCB1, ABCC1, ABCC2, ABCC4 and ABCC9 were cloned from liver. Using RACE technology, 3.5 and 2.2 kb contigs were obtained for ABCB1 and ABCC2. Considering the elevated natural bioavailability of cadmium at Terra Nova Bay, responsiveness of ABCB1 and ABCC2 to this element was investigated under laboratory conditions. ABCB1 and ABCC2 mRNA levels were approximately four-fold higher in Cd-exposed fish compared to the controls. Induction of ABCB1 protein was also found by western blot. This study provides the first identification of five ABC genes in the liver of an Antarctic key species, some of which may be involved in cellular detoxification. 相似文献

Leakage diagnosis of hydrocarbon pipelines can prevent environmental and financial losses. This work proposes a novel method that not only detects the occurrence of a leakage fault, but also suggests its location and severity. The OLGA software is employed to provide the pipeline inlet pressure and outlet flow rates as the training data for the Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI) system. The FDI system is comprised of a Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Network (MLPNN) classifier with various feature extraction methods including the statistical techniques, wavelet transform, and a fusion of both methods. Once different leakage scenarios are considered and the preprocessing methods are done, the proposed FDI system is applied to a 20-km pipeline in southern Iran (Goldkari-Binak pipeline) and a promising severity and location detectability (a correct classification rate of 92%) and a low False Alarm Rate (FAR) were achieved. 相似文献

在低磷(1mg L-1)和适磷水平(10mg L^-1)下,分别以混合培养方式研究了粳稻京系17(Oryza sativa ssp.japonica)(JX17)和粘稻窄叶青8号(Oryza sativa ssp.indica)(ZYQ8)对磷营养的反应。结果表明,低磷胁迫下,JX17较ZYQ8吸收更多磷素,干物重也显著增加。相反,ZYQ8则受到更强的磷胁迫,吸磷量和干物重降低,主要是因为JX17具有较高的吸磷速度,单位根长吸磷量大,即根系高亲和力磷酸盐转运蛋白表达强,最大限度地吸收可能利用的磷素,从而改善植株营养状况,同时又有较多的磷被分配到根系,使根第,根表面积和根干重相应提高,进一步增加了其在低磷胁迫条件下的竞争磷营养的优势。图3表2参17 相似文献

As Green Corporate Social Responsibility spreads across the globe, the construction industry is under pressure to reduce the carbon emissions across their building projects. Between maximum profit and environment management, mathematical programming can be used as a decision support tool concerning the optimal green building projects portfolio. This environment strategic decision problem is addressed in this study where an activity-based costing decision model incorporating carbon tax costs and construction resources constraints is developed from the perspectives of capacity expansion and green technology outsourcing. The results illustrate the positive contribution of the mathematical programming approach to achieve viable green building projects portfolio solutions. Sensitivity analyses are carried out to analyse the impact of carbon footprint emission variation on maximum profit, and the corresponding results are discussed. 相似文献

酸缓冲容量对污泥屏障重金属再溶出控制研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
借助污泥中的厌氧微生物活动,污泥屏障可用来固定尾矿堆场的重金属.针对尾矿风化淋滤形成的酸性采矿废水(acidmine drainage,AMD)与污泥屏障相互作用,可能会引起已固定重金属再次溶出问题,通过酸滴定实验,研究了不同厌氧培养时间的污泥悬液的酸缓冲容量及其对重金属再溶出的影响.结果表明,污泥悬液酸缓冲容量与悬液固液比成正比,并随着厌氧还原程度的加深而增加.碳酸盐缓冲体系和有机质缓冲体系对污泥悬液酸缓冲有重要意义.酸滴定实验发现,随着pH降至6.2以下,重金属Zn、Pb和Cu开始快速溶解释放,且释放量符合ZnCuPb.基于实验结果,建立了污泥屏障在AMD渗透条件下酸缓冲容量消耗的数学模型.模拟计算结果表明,对于厚度2.0 m的污泥屏障,即使在10.0 m水头的AMD渗透酸化条件下,有效酸缓冲容量经历666 a之后才能被耗尽,在此时间内污泥屏障具备对重金属的生物化学固定能力. 相似文献

传统的氮循环模式认为,土壤有机氮只有经过微生物分解转化为无机氮(NH4++NO3-)后才能为植物吸收利用。然而,近年来许多研究证实多种陆地植物具有从土壤中获取小分子有机物质(如自由态氨基酸)的能力,对传统的氮循环模式形成巨大的挑战。论文从土壤中氮素的形态、植物吸收有机氮的证据、有机氮吸收的机制、以有机氮为重要氮源的生态系统类型以及根系吸收与分泌有机氮之间的平衡等5个方面进行了综述,分析了当前研究方法的优缺点,针对本领域内核心科学问题,提出了未来植物吸收有机氮的改进方法及研究方向,为进行植物利用有机氮的研究提供方法基础。 相似文献
