针对安全生产事故的人员伤残损失统计,除直接经济损失外,还包括因死亡和伤残而导致的间接经济损失。为了计算我国安全生产事故导致的人员伤残损失,DALY(伤残调整寿命年)是目前国际疾病负担应用较多的统计指标,其将因伤残导致的健康寿命损失和死亡寿命损失综合计算。笔者首次应用DALY来计算2005年我国工矿商贸企业伤亡事故导致的伤残寿命损失,2005年因事故伤亡导致的健康寿命损失至少有3 651 862人年,折合成静态经济损失约878亿元。通过DALY计算健康寿命损失可以从一个全新的角度发现事故造成的间接损失,在调查处理安全生产事故时,除了直接损失外,还应该重视安全生产事故带来的间接损失。  相似文献

不同雨强下黄土裸坡水-沙-氮磷流失耦合模拟   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用室内人工模拟降雨试验研究6种雨强3种坡度下黄土裸露坡面水沙及氮磷养分流失规律.结果表明:1)降雨强度与土壤入渗速率,坡面产流产沙量的线性拟合决定系数均大于0.8,有较好的正相关关系;2)25°黄土坡面下:NO3--N初始浓度较高,随降雨历时呈波动性减少,具有明显的初期冲刷效应;NH4+-N初始流失浓度由90mm/h雨强下0.6057mg/L增至120mm/h的1.3076mg/L,但其浓度随降雨历时均不断减小;TN流失浓度在雨强为90,105和120mm/h时分别为0.6056,0.8011和1.3076mg/L,随雨强增大而增大;TP初始流失浓度在105mm/h时最大,90mm/h时最小,且不同雨强下TP流失浓度相互交错,不稳定;3)养分流失与坡面产流量具有较强的线性相关性,与产沙量呈显著的幂函数关系.15°坡面时,氮素流失在6种雨强下均以颗粒态为主,平均约占72%,但在雨强增大过程中,颗粒态所占比例先减少后增加;而磷素流失颗粒态所占比例均大于90%,与降雨强度和坡度均没有直接关系.  相似文献

We aspired to set conservation priorities in ways that lead to direct conservation actions. Very large‐scale strategic mapping leads to familiar conservation priorities exemplified by biodiversity hotspots. In contrast, tactical conservation actions unfold on much smaller geographical extents and they need to reflect the habitat loss and fragmentation that have sharply restricted where species now live. Our aspirations for direct, practical actions were demanding. First, we identified the global, strategic conservation priorities and then downscaled to practical local actions within the selected priorities. In doing this, we recognized the limitations of incomplete information. We started such a process in Colombia and used the results presented here to implement reforestation of degraded land to prevent the isolation of a large area of cloud forest. We used existing range maps of 171 bird species to identify priority conservation areas that would conserve the greatest number of species at risk in Colombia. By at risk species, we mean those that are endemic and have small ranges. The Western Andes had the highest concentrations of such species—100 in total—but the lowest densities of national parks. We then adjusted the priorities for this region by refining these species ranges by selecting only areas of suitable elevation and remaining habitat. The estimated ranges of these species shrank by 18–100% after accounting for habitat and suitable elevation. Setting conservation priorities on the basis of currently available range maps excluded priority areas in the Western Andes and, by extension, likely elsewhere and for other taxa. By incorporating detailed maps of remaining natural habitats, we made practical recommendations for conservation actions. One recommendation was to restore forest connections to a patch of cloud forest about to become isolated from the main Andes. Abstract

The present study was under taken to demonstrate the effect of some commonly used insecticides on the activity of cytochrome P450 system including cytochrome b5, aryl hydrocarbon [benzo(a)pyrene] hydroxylase (AHH), N-nirosodimethylamine N-demethylase I [NDMA-dI] and NADPH-cytochrome c reductase as phase I of drug oxidation. In addition, the activity of glutathione S-transferase (GST), glutathione reductase (GR), and the level of glutathione (GSH) were determined in the liver of male mice after oral administration of sumithion, dursban, chlordane, methoxychlor, heptachlor epoxide, and lindane as single (24 h) or as repeated doses for six consecutive days. Oral administration of sumithion, dursban, chlordane, methoxychlore, and heptachlor epoxide as repeated doses decreased: (i) the hepatic content of cytochrome P450 by 36, 37, 47, 37, and 67%, respectively, (ii) AHH activity by 28, 29, 70, 31, and 79%, respectively, (iii) NDMA-dI activity by 43, 44, 32, 27, and 31, respectively. On the other hand, sumithion, chlordane, and methoxychlore induced the activity of NADPH-cytochrome c reductase by 45, 62, and 43 respectively after repeated dose treatments. In addition, single and repeated-dose treatments of mice with lindane induced; (i) cytochrome P450 by 23 and 65%, respectively, (ii) cytochrome b5 by 49 and 131%, respectively, (iii) AHH activity by 64 and 50%, respectively. Repeated-dose treatments of mice with chlordane, methoxychlore, and heptachlor epoxide decreased the GSH level by 42, 38, and 68%, respectively and GST activity by 44, 44, and 55% respectively. Moreover, single- and repeated-dose treatments of mice with lindane decreased the GSH levels by 40 and 54%, respectively, and induced GST activity by 25 and 41%, respectively. Interestingly, single-dose treatments with chlordane, methoxychlore, and heptachlor epoxide decreased the activity of GR by 32, 38, and 31, respectively whereas repeated doses of these compounds induced such activity by 83, 50, and 64%, respectively. It is concluded that modifications in cytochrome P450 system by pesticides could potentiate the toxicity and carcinogenicity of environmental carcinogens such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and N-nirosodimethylamine (NDMA).  相似文献

生态系统服务价值损失评估是流域突发水污染事件生态损害定量、污染事故责任认定的重要依据.针对流域突发污染事件损失定量问题,基于生态系统服务价值理论,构建了包含不同主导服务偏好的生态系统服务价值损失指标评估方法,提出了受损服务识别、评估指标筛选、损失价值核算三步评估程序,并以浙江省某河段苯酚泄漏事件造成的流域生态系统服务损失为例进行实际测算,结合实例以1-9标度层次分析法(AHP)验证了该方法偏好系数计算方法的可靠性.结果表明,本方法与AHP法的水体生态系统服务损失评估额相对偏差为2.5%,单项指标损失额排序相同,并且在保证评估结果可靠性的前提下更具易操作性优势.  相似文献

A full-scale compost biofilter system (CBS) was built to treat vapor losses emitted from three analogous vertical fixed roof p-xylene (p-X) liquid storage tanks of 7500 m3 total working volume. The CBS showed a stable and efficient treatment of standing loss (LS) and working loss (LW) with an average removal efficiency of 95.4% through 18-month standing storage and filling operation of the tanks. The weight of activated carbon employed in the concentration buffer influences the CBS performance for LW treatment under high organic loads. The daily average pressure drops across biofilter bed displayed very low with a maximum of 7.6 mm-H2O. This reflects that the CBS can be operated without stress and compression of biofilter bed and thus reduce maintenance frequency. No additional inputs of chemicals and fuels along with low electricity and water usage helped in its prolonged operation and increased its cost effectiveness. These advantages make the CSB become a promising control technology of vapor losses emitted from fixed roof organic liquid storage tanks.  相似文献

This study investigated a 2010 fire and explosion that occurred at a polypropylene (PP) and copper-clad laminate high-tech plant in Taiwan. Liquid acetone leakage caused the fire and explosion. One person was killed and five were injured; property damage was estimated at US$20 million. In contrast to conventional plants, high-tech plants have sophisticated instrumentation, highly complex pipelines, and confined spaces. In addition, the floor area in a high-tech plant is large and frequently contains a channel through the ground floor to the second or third floor. This channel design enables the fire compartment to be destroyed. Therefore, the system cannot confine the fire to a specific area, thus hindering fire-relief operations. In this study, the original fire outbreak occurred in the PP processing area on the ground floor. The acetone storage tank was located on the third floor. The investigation conducted at the fire site of the situations of the burning (bursting) loss determined that the acetone liquid leaked and dripped from floor cracks and tunnel oven to the PP processing area. Because the PP manufacturing process rapidly generates static electricity, the flammable liquids made contact with the source of ignition, which caused the explosion and fire. Various procedures, such as those involving the operating environment of production, packaging, and processing in a high-tech plant, are likely to produce static electricity in a workplace. Improved electrostatic management can prevent the loss of property and lives, liquid acetone leakage, and loss of equipment caused by static electricity fire.  相似文献
