为深入探索可获得光资源量(light availability)与水华鱼腥藻(Anabaena flos-aquae)浮沉关键因子——细胞比重、藻丝长度,以及水华鱼腥藻沉降损失的关系,开展了纯培养试验.在温度(25±1)℃,光照度分别为100,500,1000,3000,5000lx的条件下,培养时间35d,结果显示:在1~10d内鱼腥藻细胞比重随光照度增大而增大,在10d左右达到最大值,随后各光照组下鱼腥藻细胞比重较稳定且相差不大;光照越强,水华鱼腥藻的藻丝越短,其变化趋势是先增大到最大值再减小;光照越强,水华鱼腥藻的藻丝长度越快增大到最大值;实验结束时高光照度下水华鱼腥藻沉降损失比率较小,均低于10%,低光照下水华鱼腥藻沉降性能较好,最高可达到57.3%.实验结果表明:可获得光资源量下降直接影响鱼腥藻比重和藻丝长度并进一步导致鱼腥藻的沉降损失比率增大,这为持续型垂直混合导致蓝藻消亡的原因提供了新解释.  相似文献

建立闽江干流下游河段二维非稳态水质水量模型,根据2004年实测资料对模型中的水质参数进行率定;对各排污口进行概化,应用模型模拟出闽江干流下游河段浓度场,并得出排污口混合带长度与排污量的响应关系;根据概化排污口在限定混合带长度下的平均纳污能力扩展到有效纳污能力计算长度后得到整个水体的纳污能力。经计算,闽江干流下游河段对COD的纳污能力为58195t/a。  相似文献

为研究人工植被恢复后消落带土壤放线菌群落多样性特征,以三峡库区典型城市消落带重庆江北嘴大剧院消落带和乡村消落带忠县汝溪河流域消落带为研究区域,于2015年6月原位采集0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm土壤,利用限制性末端长度多态性(terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism,T-RFLP)方法,对消落带人工恢复植被土壤不同土层的放线菌群落多样性进行研究.结果发现:(1)三峡库区城乡消落带人工植被恢复后的土壤放线菌多样性有差异,表现为城市消落带土壤放线菌多样性高于乡村消落带土壤(P0.05),特别是在表层土壤.(2)在城乡消落带中,林地土壤放线菌多样性高于草地,且在土层之间放线菌多样性无显著性差异.(3)三峡库区城乡消落带人工植被恢复后的土壤放线菌优势种有差异.(4)冗余分析(redundancy analysis,RDA)和蒙特卡罗置换检验(Monte-Carlo permutation test)表明,城市消落带中含水量、速效氮含量显著影响放线菌群落多样性;乡村消落带中土壤含水量、有机质、速效氮和速效钾含量显著影响放线菌群落多样性.结论表明在消落带人工植被修复后,城市消落带土壤放线菌多样性均高于乡村消落带,这有可能是人为干扰和土壤养分增加所致.  相似文献

利用球形发展火焰研究了常温常压下不同当量比,不同相态时2,5-二甲基呋喃-空气的层流燃烧速度和马克斯坦长度,分析了火焰拉伸对火焰传播速度的影响。研究结果表明:随着当量比的增加,2,5-二甲基呋喃-空气混合气的马克斯坦长度减少,火焰的稳定性减弱。并且分别计算出当量比为1.25和1.5的层流燃烧速度,分别为:1.189m/s,1.135m/s.。对于同一当量比1.5的情况下,不同相态的2,5-二甲基呋喃-空气混合物,在相同时刻的气液两相混合物的火焰半径已经拉伸火焰传播速度远远大于纯气相的混合物。  相似文献

Many environmental problems are linked to multiphase flows encompassing ecological issues, chemical processes and mixing or diffusion, with applications in different engineering fields. The transition from a supercritical flow to a subcritical motion constitutes a hydraulic jump. This flow regime is characterised by strong interactions between turbulence, free surface and air–water mixing. Although a hydraulic jump contributes to some dissipation of the flow kinetic energy, it is also associated with increases of turbulent shear stresses and the development of turbulent eddies with implications in terms of scour, erosion and sediment transport. Despite a number of experimental, theoretical and numerical studies, there is a lack of knowledge concerning the physical mechanisms involved in the diffusion and air–water mixing processes within hydraulic jumps, as well as on the interaction between the free-surface and turbulence. New experimental investigations were undertaken in hydraulic jumps with Froude numbers up to Fr = 8.3. Two-phase flow measurements were performed with phase-detection conductivity probes. Basic results related to the distributions of void fraction, bubble frequency and mean bubble chord length are presented. New developments are discussed for the interfacial bubble velocities and their fluctuations, characterizing the turbulence level and integral time scales of turbulence representing a “lifetime” of the longitudinal bubbly flow structures. The analyses show good agreement with previous studies in terms of the vertical profiles of void fraction, bubble frequency and mean bubble chord length. The dimensionless distributions of interfacial velocities compared favourably with wall-jet equations. Measurements showed high turbulence levels. Turbulence time scales were found to be dependent on the distance downstream of the toe as well as on the distance to the bottom showing the importance of the lower (channel bed) and upper (free surface) boundary conditions on the turbulence structure.  相似文献

Bottom surges generated from dredged material discharges in the open ocean have been observed using high frequency acoustic concentration profilers in several field studies during the past five years. the locations, water depths, bottom slopes, oceanographic conditions, and dredged material composition differed from study to study. Observed surges at three dredged material disposal sites may develop more than one surge peak for a single discharge. for water depths of the order of 10 m, surge height of the leading peak was estimated to be about one quarter of the water depth. for water of greater depth, of the order of 100 m, surge height reached 70 m, about 70% of the water depth. Surge height is established instantaneously when dredged material hits the bottom, and remains relatively constant as the surge advances horizontally. Total surge length reached 150 m for water depths of 10 m when measured from the impact point to the leading edge. for water depths of more than 100 m, the surge length reached more than 100 m. Length of the leading surge peak was as large as 45 m at this water depth.

Dimensional analysis was applied to relate the surge height of the leading surge peak to discharge parameters and oceanographic conditions. Results showed that the ratio of surge height to water depth was proportional to 1/10 power of the ratio of discharge volume to the third power of water depth.  相似文献

为研究软弱围岩基于微台阶法连拱隧道合理的掌子面纵向间距、仰拱一次开挖长度和开挖进尺施工参数,确保隧道安全和高效施工,以云南省元蔓高速公路风口山隧道为研究对象,从力学机理上分析了施工参数对隧道稳定的影响,采用数值模拟方法,分析纵向间距对中隔墙水平位移和开挖面叠加效应的影响、仰拱一次开挖长度对拱腰水平位移和中隔墙受力的影响、开挖进尺对围岩变形特征和掌子面剪应力的影响,对连拱隧道微台阶法进行最优化设计。结果表明,掌子面纵向间距2D、仰拱一次开挖长度4 m、开挖进尺2m为宜,可为类似连拱隧道的施工提供指导。  相似文献

Methodologies of API 579 have been widely accepted as the de-facto standard guideline for fitness for service assessment on crack-like flaws in pressure equipment. For different purposes and needs, the evaluation is divided into three levels, from critical length estimation in level 1, use of the failure analysis diagram (FAD) in level 2, to performing finite element stress analysis in level 3, that is from simplified to accurate. It is generally considered safe as long as the crack is smaller than the critical crack, but not all of them are actually the case. Therefore, it is very important to study the physical meaning behind the critical crack and understand the conservativeness of it.In this study, numerous examples of critical cracks determined according to API 579 Level 1 were put into Level 2 analysis for comparison. Each case is mapped onto the FAD of level 2 analysis to see its position and distance from the borderline between safe and danger zones. A huge amount of examples covering the majority of possible scenarios, including the geometry, thickness, inner diameter, pressure and half-length of the flaw, depth of the crack, crack tip and crack bottom, as a whole, there are 960 cases to be analyzed.Results show that cracks on the circumferential direction of the cylindrical and spherical vessels are distributed tightly in a small area far from the borderline on the FAD diagram. In these cases, the vessel is actually not as dangerous as the critical crack implies, since most of the points lie quite far from the danger zone. As for the longitudinal cracks of a cylindrical vessel, the results are scattered around, and three data points are located outside the allowable zone. The peculiar results are partly due to a discrepancy of interpolating procedure as the influence coefficient is being computed. Through this study, it is also found that the cumbersome process of estimating the critical crack length can be greatly simplified for longitudinal cracks in a cylindrical vessel.  相似文献
