三维电极法用于处理含酚废水的影响因素研究报道较多,但并未充分在理论上阐述其影响方式及机理。采用自制的实验室小试电化学反应器对含酚自配废水进行了处理。试验结果表明:体系中苯酚降解遵循一级反应模式;通过电流效率的核算确定60min作为最佳反应时间,得到的苯酚去除率为64.3%,吨水处理能耗为14.29kW·h·t-1,实际电流效率与理论电流效率相等为0.68。对体系进水控制不同的苯酚起始质量浓度,当反应时间不变时,实际试验结果与法拉第定律一致,即电流密度与去除的污染物的量以及COD去除率与电量和进水质量浓度的比值均呈线性关系;体系中羟基自由基的产生量能够采用式[?OH]=0.1218×EC0进行计算。采用最佳反应时间t=60min、电流密度I=20A,在苯酚质量浓度为500mg·L-1时改变极板间距进行的试验结果表明电压随极板间距的增大而降低,最佳极板间距为0.21m时可获得最大去除率为78.5%,体系的启动电压为0.25V。  相似文献

以泛影酸盐(DTZ)的高效还原脱碘为目标,通过硼氢化钠还原法制备钯负载有序介孔碳(Pd/OMC)作为粒子电极,以碳纤维(CFP)电极作为主阴极,建立了三维电极电催化还原体系.该体系在低阴极电位下(-0.6~-0.8 V)可实现电化学/感应电化学的耦合还原,其脱碘速率是单独阴极体系的2.38~3.65倍;在阴极电位高于析氢电位(-1.5 V)时,可实现电化学/感应电化学/化学催化加氢多还原过程协同去除碘代有机物,其反应速率为单独阴极体系的1.27~4.69倍.进一步研究了DTZ初始浓度、Pd/OMC投加量及Pd的负载量对DTZ还原去除的影响.电化学测试结果表明三维电化学体系具有良好的电子传递能力与电还原性能.利用自由基淬灭实验与ESR自由基捕获对活性还原物种分析,表明原子H~*在三维电化学还原脱碘过程中起重要作用.  相似文献

• EC modified with BPEs enhances pollutant removal and reduce energy consumption. • Increasing BPE number cannot increase flocculants yield exponentially. • Simulations help to predict the distribution of electrochemical reactions on BPEs. The design of electrodes is crucial to electrocoagulation process (EC), specifically, with respect to pollutant removal and energy consumption. During EC, the mechanisms for interaction between different electrode arrangement and electrode reactions remain unclear. This work presents an integrated EC process based on horizontal bipolar electrodes (BPEs). In the electrochemical cell, the graphite plates are used as driving cathode while either Fe or Al plates serves as driving anode and BPEs. The BPEs are placed horizontally between the driving electrodes. For municipal wastewater treatment, the pollutant removal efficiency and energy consumption in different configurations of two-dimension electrocoagulation (2D-EC) system with horizontal BPEs were investigated. The removal efficiency of turbidity, total phosphorus and total organic carbon increased significantly with the number of BPEs. Noted that the energy consumption for TP removal decreased by 75.2% with Fe driving anode and 81.5% with Al driving anode than those of 2D-EC, respectively. In addition, the physical field simulation suggested the distributions of potential and current in electrolyte and that of induced charge density on BPE surface. This work provides a visual theoretical guidance to predict the distribution of reactions on BPEs for enhanced pollutant removal and energy saving based on electrocoagulation process for municipal wastewater treatment.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法制备了L-组氨酸-赤藓红复合膜修饰玻碳电极(L-His-Erythrosine/GCE).采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察修饰电极的表面形貌结构,并用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、循环伏安法(CV)表征修饰电极的电化学性能.在此基础上用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了对苯二酚(HQ)和邻苯二酚(CC)混合物在该电极上的电催化氧化,结果表明,L-His-Erythrosine/GCE对HQ及CC的电化学氧化具有显著的催化作用,两种异构体在该修饰电极上的氧化过电位明显降低,峰电流显著增大,二者氧化峰电位间隔达108m V,表明制备的修饰电极可用于HQ和CC的同时检测.在最佳实验条件下,HQ与CC浓度在1.2×10-6~1.1×10-4mol·L-1范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好线性关系,检出限分别为0.19μmol·L-1(HQ)和0.16μmol·L-1(CC)(S/N=3).另外,此修饰电极具有较好的重现性和较强的抗干扰能力,将修饰电极用于实际水样品中HQ和CC的测定,其加标回收率分别为99.9%~100.6%(HQ)、99.2%~100.2%(CC).  相似文献

Water quenching blast furnace slag(WQBFS) is widely produced in the blast furnace iron making process. It is mainly composed of CaO, MgO, Al_2O_3, and SiO_2 with low contents of other metal elements such as Fe, Mn, Ti, K and Na. In this study, WQBFS was treated with grinding, hydrochloric acid acidification, filtration, filtrate extraction by alkali liquor and a hydration reaction. Then BFS micropowder(BFSMP), BFS acidified solid(BFSAS) and BFS acid-alkali precipitate(BFSAP) were obtained, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller(BET)specific surface area. The decoloration efficiency for Methyl Orange(MO) was used to evaluate the adsorptive ability of the three absorbents. The effects of adsorptive reaction conditions(p H and temperature of solution, reaction time, sorbent dosage and initial concentration) on MO removal were also investigated in detail. The results indicated that BFSAP performed better in MO removal than the other two absorbents. When the p H value of MO solutions was in the range 3.0–13.0, the degradation efficiency of a solution with initial MO concentration of 25 mg/L reached 99.97% for a reaction time of 25 min at 25°C.The maximum adsorption capacity of BFSAP for MO was 167 mg/g. Based on optimized experiments, the results conformed with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetics. Among inorganic anions, SO_4~(2-)and PO_4~(3-)had significant inhibitory effects on MO removal in BFSAP treatment due to ion-exchange adsorption.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to investigate the significance of the effects and interactions for during competitive sorption of soluble microbial products (SMP). Batch experiments were conducted to assess the competitive sorption characteristics and individual affinity of glucose (carbohydrate) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) (protein) as two representative fractions of SMP. The influence of surface availability was investigated by using carbon particles with different particle sizes (5-75 μm, 75-850 μm, and 850-1000 μm) and different carbon amounts. Competitive effects and interactions were evaluated for each adsorbate and surface availability. Competitive sorption mechanisms were quantified in relation to surface affinity of the SMP fractions. Sorption capacity profiles of the SMP fractions at equilibrium were developed using second-degree polynomial models for the experimental data and compared with the estimates obtained from the modified Langmuir-like model which uses single parameter sorption data to estimate competitive sorption profiles of systems with two adsorbates. Adequacy limitations of the modified Langmuir-like model for each SMP fraction were evaluated based on the significance of the synergistic and antagonistic effects between the two SMP fractions and the carbon surface availability.  相似文献

Polyaluminum chloride modified clay (PAC-MC) is a safe and efficient red tide control agent that has been studied and applied worldwide. Although it is well known that the distribution of hydrolytic aluminum species in PAC affects its flocculation, little is known about the influence of particulars aluminum species on the microalgae removal efficiency of PAC-MC; this lack of knowledge creates a bottleneck in the development of more efficient MCs based on aluminum salts. The ferron method was used in this study to quantitatively analyze the distributions of and variations in different hydrolytic aluminum species during the process of microalgae removal by PAC-MC. The results showed that Ala, which made up 5%–20% of the total aluminum, and Alp, which made up 15%–55% of the total aluminum, significantly affected microalgae removal, with Pearson's correlation coefficients of 0.83 and 0.89, respectively. Most of the aluminum in the PAC-MC sank rapidly into the sediments, but the rate and velocity of settlement were affected by the dose of modified clay. The optimal dose of PAC-MC for precipitating microalgae was determined based on its aluminum profile. These results provide guidance for the precise application of PAC-MC in the control of harmful algal blooms.  相似文献

利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)改性蒙脱土处理含酚废水.了解不同改性量有机蒙脱土吸附苯酚的能力。结果表明.改性蒙脱土按照分配机理吸附苯酚.改性蒙脱土改性量高和水溶液中苯酚浓度高.其吸跗的苯酚数量大。1.0CEC(阳离子交换容量)改性蒙脱土对水溶液中苯酚去除率达到76%。改性蒙脱土中有机物对苯酚的吸附存在协同作用.因此.改性蒙脱土吸附苯酚的增加速率要超过其中HDTMA增加的速率。在试验的苯酚浓度下.改性蒙脱土对苯酚吸附符合Freundlich吸附模式.不符合Langmuir吸附模式。  相似文献

为改善普通石墨电极的电催化性能,将以溶胶-凝胶法合成的钙钛矿氧化物LaNiO3混合其它原料做成气体扩散电极,用于电化学降解活性艳红X-3B,以脱色率来考核催化剂的氧还原活性.采用星点设计-效应面曲线法对催化剂制备工艺进行了优化,得出最佳工艺参数为:柠檬酸含量为金属离子物质的量的1.54倍,pH值为9.94,焙烧温度为824.39℃.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、动电位扫描等检测分析方法对所制备的催化剂进行表征和分析.结果表明,制备的催化剂晶相纯净、晶型完整、衍射峰强度较高,是较完整的钙钛矿结构;相比于普通石墨电极,掺杂催化剂的气体扩散电极极化阻力高,氧还原性能良好,有利于有机物的降解.  相似文献
