试论水质管理与饮水安全

随着生活水平的不断提高，人们对饮用水质量提出了更高的要求，而水环境质量的普通恶化又使人们不得不考虑饮用水的安全性。在简介了我国水资源现状的基础上，文中阐述了水质问题的重要性和我国水体环境质量的严峻性，指出了水质问题不仅制约着社会经济的发展，更直接地丰人们饮用水的安全性，已成为进入21世纪我国水资源问题的主要矛盾；在分析了我国水资源水质管理存在问题的基础上，从法律、法规、政策、经济等方面，着重探讨了加强水质管理与解决水资源供需矛盾和保证饮用水安全的关系。     

Acid resistance of methanogenic bacteria in a two-stage anaerobic process treating high concentration methanol Wastewater

In this study, the two-stage upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) system and batch experiments were employed to evaluate the performance of anaerobic digestion for the treatment of high concentration methanol wastewater. The acid resistance of granular sludge and methanogenic bacteria and their metabolizing activity were investigated. The results show that the pH of the first UASB changed from 4.9 to 5.8 and 5.5 to 6.2 for the second reactor. Apparently, these were not the advisable pH levels that common methanogenic bacteria could accept. The methanogenic bacteria of the system, viz. Methanosarcina barkeri, had some acid resistance and could still degrade methanol at pH 5.0. If the methanogenic bacteria were trained further, their acid resistance would be improved somewhat. Granular sludge of the system could protect the methanogenic bacteria within its body against the impact of the acidic environment and make them degrade methanol at pH 4.5. The performance of granular sludge was attributed to its structure, bacteria species, and the distribution of bacterium inside the granule. EM菌强化SBR处理生活污水的试验研究

研究了EM-SBR处理生活污水的工艺特征和EM菌的最佳投加周期.结果表明:EM-SBR反应器在非限制性曝气方式下处理低浓度生活污水,有机负荷宜控制在0.22～0.40kgCODCr/kgMLSS·d,氨氮负荷宜控制在0.030kgNH3-N/kgMLSS·d以下,泥龄可控制在5～28d之间.EM菌的最佳投加周期为15个周期.     

光电化学法处理水体中腐殖酸的初步研究

结合９０年代欧美学者提出了高级化学氧化过程（Ａｄｖａｎｃｅｄｃｈｅｍｉｃａｌｏｘｉｄａｔｉｏｎｐｒｏｃｅｓｓ，ＡＯＰ）原理，提出了并建立了一套光电化学联用的新用于处理难以生物降解的腐殖酸废水，实验表明，在通电１ｈ加光条件下（Ｉ＝０．２Ａ）总有碳（ＴＯＣ）去除率达到９０％，色度去除率达到９５％。     

灰色生长曲线与万元产值废水量预测

基于ＧＩＭ（１）灰色线性幂函数曲线，研究开发出ＧＰＭ（１）这一新的灰色生长曲线，并建立了ＧＰＭ（１）简捷的参数辨别方法。研究表明，ＧＰＭ（１）概念明确，结论可信，精度令人满意，比传统的皮尔生长曲线在应用上有着更大的优越性。为具有生长规律的非线性灰色环境系统的分析、预测和决策提供了新途径。     

废渣──Al(OH)_3凝胶再利用研究

研究了对处理铝材加工含Al3＋的酸性废液过程中产生的二次污染物Al（OH）3凝胶废渣的应用。含水分约90％、80％左右的Al（OH）3凝胶200g分别与14～16mL、22～24mL95％的工业浓硫酸酸反应，可制得浓度为20％～23％的Al（SO4）3溶液，经稀释可用作造纸原料。     

饮用水中五种有机磷农药的快速检测法

本文介绍了使用Ｗａｔｅｒｓ ＯＡＳＩＳ－ＨＬＢ固相萃取小柱从水中分离富集敌百虫、敌敌畏、乐果、甲基对硫磷，对硫磷五种有机磷农药的快速检测法。     

The association between alpha-fetoprotein and βhcg levels prior to and following chorionic villus sampling in cases that spontaneously miscarried

Maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (βhCG) measurements taken prior to chorionic villus sampling (CVS) in 21 patients who subsequently miscarried were compared with measurements in a control group of 113 patients with uneventful pregnancies. Patients with AFP levels of 10 iu/ml or more prior to the CVS had a 4·3 times greater risk of miscarriage (95 per cent confidence interval 1·3–13·6). AFP levels obtained 1 week after the CVS in the 13 patients with late miscarriages were higher than in the control group (P = 0·06). Patients miscarrying had a greater rise in AFP (P = 0·06) and a greater fall in βhCG levels (P = 0·04) following the CVS procedure, compared with the control subjects. Each 10-unit change in the difference between AFP or βhCG levels prior to and 1 week following the CVS was associated with a significantly increased risk for late miscarriage. Elevated maternal serum AFP levels early in pregnancy and changes in AFP and βhCG levels following CVS may predict an increased risk for subsequent miscarriage.     

Use of the chemical cleavage of mismatch method for prenatal deficiency diagnosis of alpha-1-antitrypsin

The most common mutation in alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency, conversion of a G to an A at base 9989 (PI-Z), was detected with the chemical cleavage of mismatch method, demonstrating the power of the method for prenatal diagnosis. Exon V of the gene was amplified using the polymerase chain reaction and heteroduplexes were formed to test for the presence of the mutation. The predicted C mismatch was readily detectable with hydroxylamine, and by making the probe from the chorionic villus sample it was possible to determine that the fetus was heterozygous, not homozygous, for the mutation.     

熔池高度对双辊薄带凝固组织影响的模拟预测

在已建立的理论数学模型的基础上,以1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢为研究对象,模拟预测了薄带厚度保持不变条件下熔池高度对薄带凝固组织的影响。研究结果表明:随着熔池高度增加,1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢双辊薄带凝固组织中柱状晶区比例首先增大,然后又逐渐减小。而柱状枝晶取向度和枝晶间距则随着熔池高度的增加而增大,但在较低的熔池高度条件下,柱状枝晶间距在凝固结束时有突然增大的趋势。
