Safety performance is comprised of two components, safety compliance and safety participation. However, relationships between safety performance and unsafe behavior have not been thoroughly investigated. In this work, scales for safety compliance and safety participation were revised for use in the oil industry, and job burnout scale was developed on the basis of the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS). A structural equation model was then employed to investigate the interactions of these factors for 238 front-line oil workers from the PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company in China. From the results, it was determined that workers' unsafe behavior could not be reduced significantly solely from these two dimensions of safety performance. Compared with safety participation, safety compliance was found to have a greater influence on unsafe behavior. However, job burnout was found to be a significant moderator between these two components and unsafe behavior. Furthermore, it was determined that oil workers' occupational psychological health conditions must be taken into account to improve organizational safety management and reduce workers’ unsafe behavior.  相似文献

Swimmers and users of motor boats frequenting old, water-filled gravel pits in Kiiminki, Northern Finland, found in August 1993 that they were suffering from painful irritation of the eyes and that their boats had developed a finely polished surface on their aluminium hulls, evidently due to the corrosive action of the water. Subsequent measurements carried out by the water authority showed that the pH of the water in some of the pits was extremely low, reaching a value of 3.4 at its lowest. To find out the causes of the abnormally low pH values, the present authors began systematic measurements of the pH and determination of the chemical composition (Si, Al, Ca, Mg, K, Na, Fe, Mn, Cu, Pb, Ni, Cd, Cl-, NO3 -, SO4 2-) of the water in 23 gravel pits. In addition, a series of laboratory experiments was carried out to examine the interaction of water with samples of the soil and bedrock of the area to evaluate the role of this process as a possible cause of the acidification. The results show that the reaction of water with the moderately to intensively weathered sulphide and jarosite-bearing black schists, typical of the bedrock of the area, can bring about aqueous solutions similar in pH and sulphate--nitrate ratios to those found naturally in the gravel pits. The contribution of other possible mechanisms, e.g. acidic precipitation as such or combined with enhanced evaporation, the possible use of the pits as dumping sites for acidic waste or the flow or seepage of acidic peat-bog waters into the pits from the surrounding wetlands, cannot be ruled out entirely, but their contribution seems to be of minor importance. Since the concentrations of several heavy metals (notably Pb, Cd, Ni, Fe and Mn) and of sulphate and aluminium has increased in the pit water as a result of the acidification process and exceed the norms laid down in the EU Drinking Water Directive, acidification of water in gravel pits due to the oxidation of sulphides must be regarded as a new, serious environmental and geomedical threat which has so far remained poorly known or unrecognised.  相似文献

This overview summarises the present knowledge on major sources of pollution, which are of concern for the Mediterranean Sea. Eutrophication, red tides, organic loads, hydrocarbon spills, heavy metal contamination and their biological effects are described on the light of the ecological characteristics of the Mediterranean. In particular special attention is paid to the "new pollution" processes; i.e. , the introduction of novel substances with biological activity that might have synergetic effects with "classical pollutants". Different compartments and marine ecosystems are considered and compared. The degree of anthropogenic impact and its apparent trends are discussed. Possible monitoring plans and remedial actions for a sustainable management of coastal zones subjected to increasing pollution are also suggested.  相似文献

用中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞(V_(79)),进行次黄嘌呤—鸟嘌呤磷酸核糖转移酶位点(HGPRT Locus)试验,检测了上海市若干环境污染物的诱变性。结果发现,污染物量与诱变性之间呈剂量—反应关系。所有样品经代谢活化后(加S_9),其诱变性均有增高的趋势。卷烟焦油、油烟冷凝物的T/C值均>3,而不加S_9的黄浦江水和自来水样,则对V_(79)细胞可能具有间接的诱变作用(T/C值<3)。  相似文献

利用油田采用废水中原有微生物种群分离驯化出的高效原油降解菌,通过单一菌种高效原油降解菌降解性能实验,高效混合菌正交实验,最佳组合菌株的连续生物处理油田采出水实验,都取得了处理低浓度含油废水的良好效果。这表明在常规物理,化学法处理油田采出水的基础上,利用生物再空度处理是可行的。  相似文献

利用模拟淋溶实验测定了中国几种土壤(砖红壤,赤红壤,红壤,黄棕壤和紫色土)的风化速率,并研究了土壤pH值和降水量对土壤风化速度的影响,结果表明,土壤的风化速度在pH≥4时随pH值的下降而显著增加,但是当pH值低于4时,风化速率却急剧下降,造成这种现象的原因可能是在低pH值时盐基阳离子和铝离子大量溶出,过高的产物浓度限制了风化反应的进行。土壤的风化速度与淋溶速率之间近似成线性关系。用淋溶液pH值和淋溶液量两个因素对实验结果进行了校正。  相似文献

采用PCR-DGGE技术直接从水解酸化和缺氧反应器中的污泥样品提取DNA,测定部分菌种的16S rDNA V3区片段序列,通过NCBI基因库比对,初步确定不同生物反应器内优势菌种,并进行了多样性指数分析.结果表明,水解酸化反应器中的生物膜与缺氧反应器中悬浮污泥微生物种群结构存在较大的差异,显示了在不同环境条件下,微生物群落结构的连续动态变化过程.  相似文献

苏州澄湖湖底硬粘土地球化学特征及其成因意义   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
位于太湖平原的苏州澄湖,湖底十分平坦,主要由硬粘土组成。在湖底获得18.00m长的柱样,0~6.00m为长江三角洲东部平原区的第一硬粘土层。通过AMS14C测年、元素含量测定及物源判别函数DF、n(Na)/n(K)与CIA指数计算和A-CN-K三角模型图等分析,探讨了该硬粘土的成因及堆积后的后期改造作用。研究结果表明,该硬粘土形成于大约29~10kaB.P,为晚更新世晚期的风成堆积物。湖底硬粘土自堆积后至澄湖形成,长期暴露于地表,经历了强烈的风化成土作用,为中等风化强度。且3.50m上下段化学风化过程明显不同,3.50m以下硬粘土段为早期去Na、Ca阶段;3.50m以上硬粘土段已经进入中期去K阶段,经历了比前期更加强烈的化学风化和成土作用。反映了对全球气候变化及区域气候条件的响应。与典型风成堆积物相比,化学风化强度从洛川黄土→洛川古土壤、西峰红粘土→镇江下蜀土→澄湖SC6硬粘土→宣城风成红土依次增强。  相似文献

中国中东部地区地表水环境锶元素地球化学特征研究   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
水环境中锶的含量及其变化、地理分布及其控制因素等特征的研究有助于认识区域水文地球化学特征及流域盆地岩石风化速率等地球化学行为,因此河流环境中锶的地球化学行为是地球化学研究的重要课题之一。对我国中东部地区部分河流水体中溶解态锶含量进行了分析研究发现,与世界上主要河流溶解态锶含量平均值0.078 mg/L相比,中国中东部地区河水中的锶含量(0.139 mg/L)明显偏高。分析研究表明,中国中东部地区河水中的锶主要源于蒸发盐岩和碳酸盐岩的风化作用,流域锶含量从南向北逐渐增加的现象主要受流域岩石或沉积物类型的控制,化学风化作用越强烈,河流锶含量越高。除了受区域岩性的影响外,气候条件对流域河水中的锶含量水平及地理分布起到一定的控制作用。  相似文献

Muhlbauer评分法在输油管道风险评价中的应用及分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
与其它运输方式相比,管道运输在正常运行情况下,其环境污染小。但是,产生事故后其环境风险大。本文利用Muhlbauer评分法对天津-北京航空煤油输送管道进行了风险评价,经过模拟计算后,定量分析了该输油管道的相对风险数,并提出了提高管道运行安全性的措施。评价结果表明:该管道的相对风险数为59,存在一定风险,但风险可接受。相对风险数中可变因素占66.5%,在不增加项目基建投资基础上,通过加强管理等措施,可提高可变因素的指数分值和相对风险数,使管道安全性能提高16.1%。  相似文献
