代森锰锌在柑橘橘肉、橘皮及土壤中的残留分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
确立了柑橘橘肉、橘皮及土壤中代森锰锌残留量的气相色谱分析方法,采用反应后恒温处理以及代森锰锌工作曲线法进行测定并计算,消除了由于CS2-代森锰锌的质量转换系数不确定所带来的困难.结果表明,柑橘样品中代森锰锌平均回收率为86.46%~95.82%,变异系数为1.04%~7.69%,最小检出量为1.8×1010g,最低检测浓度为0.025mg/kg.  相似文献

The degradation products of polymers are identifiable by chromatography. The degradation product patterns (or fingerprints) formed depend on the type of polymer, the degradation mechanism(s), and also the type of additive present in the material. The chromatographic fingerprint of biotically aged degradable low-density polyethylene (i.e., LDPE+starch+prooxidant) shows, in particular, the absence of low molecular weight carboxylic acids, which suggests an assimilation of these carboxylic acids by the microorganisms. The degradation products of natural polymers are usually intermediates that are used again in the anabolic cycles. It is possible to transfer the terminology from the natural polymers, where the catabolism of natural polymers consists of three stages, and apply this also to the degradable synthetic polymers. During stage I the natural polymers degrade to their major building blocks (e.g., amino acids, glycerol, hexoses, pentoses, etc.), during stage II these products are collected and converted to a smaller number of even simpler molecules [e.g., acetyl-coenzyme A (CoA)]. In stage III, finally, the acetyl-CoA enters the citric acid cycle, where energy is gained in parallel with the release of CO2 and H2O.Presented at the international workshop,Polymers from Renewable Resources and their Degradation, Stockholm, Sweden, November 10–11, 1994.  相似文献

The X-linked Hunter syndrome or mucopolysaccharidosis II was diagnosed in a male fetus by demonstrating a severe deficiency of iduronate 2-sulphate sulphatase activity in fetal plasma obtained by umbilical fetal blood sampling at 23 weeks of pregnancy. INTENTION, GOAL, SCOPE, BACKGROUND: Cyanobacteria have the natural ability to degrade moderate amounts of organic pollutants. However, when pollutant concentration exceeds the level of tolerance, bleaching of the cells and death occur within 24 hours. Under stress conditions, cyanobacterial response includes the short-term adaptation of the photosynthetic apparatus to light quality, named state transitions. Moreover, prolonged stresses produce changes in the functional organization of phycobilisomes and in the core-complexes of both photosystems, which can result in large changes in the PS II fluorescence yield. The localization of ferredoxin-NADP+ reductase (FNR) at the ends of some peripheral rods of the cyanobacterial phycobilisomes, makes this protein a useful marker to check phycobilisome integrity. OBJECTIVE: The goal of this work is to improve the knowledge of the mechanism of action of a very potent pesticide, lindane (gamma-hexaclorociclohexane), in the cyanobacterium Anabaena sp., which can be considered a potential candidate for bioremediation of pesticides. We have studied the effect of lindane on the photosynthetic apparatus of Anabaena using fluorescence induction studies. As ferredoxin-NADP+ reductase plays a key role in the response to oxidative stress in several systems, changes in synthesis, degradation and activity of FNR were analyzed. Immunolocalization of this enzyme was used as a marker of phycobilisome integrity. The knowledge of the changes caused by lindane in the photosynthetic apparatus is essential for rational further design of genetically-modified cyanobacteria with improved biorremediation abilities. METHODS: Polyphasic chlorophyll a fluorescence rise measurements (OJIP) have been used to evaluate the vitality and stress adaptation of the nitrogen-fixing cyanobacterium Anabaena PCC 7119 in the presence of increasing concentrations of lindane. Effects of the pesticide on the ultrastructure have been investigated by electron microscopy, and FNR has been used as a marker of phycobilisome integrity. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Cultures of Anabaena sp. treated with moderate amounts of lindane showed a decrease in growth rate followed by a recovery after 72 hours of pesticide treatment. Concentrations of lindane below 5 ppm increased the photosynthetic performance and activity of the cells. Higher amounts of pesticide caused a decrease in these activities which seems to be due to a non-competitive inhibition of PS II. Active PS II units are converted into non-QA reducing, so called heat sink centers. Specific activity and amount of FNR in lindane-treated cells were similar to the values measured in control cultures. Release of FNR from the thylakoid after 48 hours of exposure to 5 ppm of lindane towards the cytoplasm was detected by immunogold labeling and electron microscopy. CONCLUSIONS: From these results, we conclude that the photosynthetic performance and activity of the cells are slightly increased in the presence of lindane up to 5 ppm. Moreover, in those conditions, lindane did not produce significant changes in the synthesis, degradation or activity of FNR. The high capability of Anabaena to tolerate lindane makes this cyanobacterium a good candidate for phytoremediation of polluted areas. RECOMMENDATION AND OUTLOOK: The results of this study show that cultures of Anabaena PCC 7119 tolerate lindane up to 5 ppm, without significant changes in the photosynthetic vitality index of the cells. However, a slight increase in phycobiliprotein synthesis is observed, which is related to total protein content. This change might be due to degradation of proteins less stable than phycobiliproteins. An identification of the proteins with altered expression pattern in the presence of the pesticide remains the subject of further work and will provide valuable information for the preparation of strains which are highly tolerant to lindane.  相似文献

Protonated form (Hy) of yeast was subjected to thermal analysis (TGA and DTG) in the temperature range 60–800 °C. Chemically bound water volatilizes around 200 °C and the matrix undergoes extensive oxidative decomposition at 450 °C, the weight loss reaching 75% at 800 °C. The sorption capacity of the matrix for nickel(II) ion increases on heat treatment from 60 to 200 °C (from 16.9 to 25.0 mg/g), but was reduced on heating to higher temperatures at an initial nickel(II) ion concentration of 1200 mg/g. The FTIR spectra of Hy and nickel(II) ion saturated yeast, indicated that biosorption occurs on the sugar and nucleic acid regions, possibly involving –COOH and –NH groups.  相似文献

The prenatal diagnosis of achondrogenesis in association with cystic hygroma is described. Ultrasound findings of severe short-limbed dwarfism, decreased vertebral ossification, and normal ossification of the calvarium were all consistent with achondrogenesis type II. Although the unusual finding of associated cystic hygroma raised the suspicion of a concurrent chromosome abnormality, the karyotype of both fetal lymphocytes and fetal fibroblasts was normal. Autopsy confirmed dilated lymphatic channels in the basal endothelial layer of the skin, cystic hygroma, and coarctation of the aorta. Although previously unreported, we suggest that the features of this case of achondrogenesis indicate an association with lymphatic stasis and jugular lymphatic obstruction sequence in this syndrome.  相似文献

Different natural sphalerites have a range of photocatalytic properties that can potentially be exploited for environmental remediation purposes. To develop value in the exploitation of sphalerite, samples were collected from 19 ore deposits in China and characterized for their mineralogical and photocatalytic properties. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron probe micro analysis (EPMA) measurements indicated that all the natural sphalerites from various localities crystallized in cubic phases with various chemical compositions. The substitution of Fe for Zn ranged from 0.235% to 14.826% by weight, Mn from 0.004% to 4.868%, Cu from 0.009% to 5.529% and Cd from 0.133% to 1.576%. As Fe became more abundant, the color of natural sphalerite darkened, becoming almost black; and higher Fe content was associated with stronger visible light absorption. Photoluminescence spectra showed emission mainly related to S-vacancies and progressively decreasing fluorescence intensity with increasing Fe content. Tests of the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange indicated that the sample with the highest Cd content but moderate Fe content had the highest photocatalytic activity. Specifically, the degradation of Methyl Orange (30 mg/L) attained 82.11% efficiency under visible light irradiation for 4 hr of natural sphalerite with 4.262% Fe and 1.576% Cd. Overall, the Fe content in sphalerite was found to contribute to the visible light absorption ability and the recombination rate of photo-generated electrons and holes, while substitution by Cd was observed to have a greater effect on the photocatalytic properties. These findings provide a scientific basis for the profitable utilization of base metal resources like sphalerite.  相似文献
