通过玉米盆栽试验,研究了不同水分条件下菌肥对土壤微生物生物量碳、氮的影响.结果表明:土壤含水量范围在9%~20%时,施用生物菌肥对提高土壤微生物量碳、氮有显著效果;不同的水分条件下菌肥发挥的肥效不同,土壤含水量为13%-16%时,菌肥对土壤中微生物量碳、氮的影响最大,且玉米的生长状况良好.图2表6参4  相似文献

Various cultivars of four cool-season grass types (tall fescue, fine fescue, perennial ryegrass, and Kentucky bluegrass) were seeded in 0.34-liter plastic pots containing either composted sewage sludge [Com-Til2 (CT), Soil Magic2 (SM)] or composted yard mulch (YM). Plants were grown in the greenhouse for four weeks prior to measuring shoot biomass. White most tall fescue cultivars showed more shoot growth on YM, perennial ryegrass cultivars generally grew better on SM. Cultivars of fine fescue and bluegrass grew about the same on YM or SM, and slightly less on CT. With very few exceptions, shoot biomass of individual cultivars was greater on either YM or SM than it was on CT. Within individual grass types, Pennlawn (fine fescue), Pennant (perennial ryegrass), and Victa (Kentucky bluegrass) averaged consistently better growth on all three composted media. For tall fescue, Aquara, Rebel II, and Monarch performed best on YM, SM, and CT, respectively. Bioaccumulation of heavy metals did not occur in selective samples of shoot tissues collected from the grass types used. Abstract

The aim of the research was to evaluate the effect of consumption of selenium-enriched pork on selected health indicators of probands. The intake of feed mixture with increased organic selenium at the dose of 0.3?mg.kg?1 probably increases selenium concentration in MSM (musculus semimembranosus). In the pork enriched with organic selenium, the concentration was higher by 1.045?±?0.10?mg.kg?1 compared with the control group 0.701?±?0.05?mg.kg?1 at significance P?<?0.001. Sixteen participants in the experiment were represented by 8 men at the average age of 41.5?±?11.9?years and 8 women at the average age of 41.4?±?7.9?years. All the probands consumed meat enriched with selenium three times a week during one month. By consumption of the enriched pork, there was an increase of the selenium concentration in blood serum of probands traced with selenium increase from 73.19?±?15.68?μg.L?1 to 73.73?±?15.13?μg.L?1 (P?>?0.05). From the results we can see that consumption of enriched pork with selenium was significantly manifested in lowering of total cholesterol levels, which was associated with LDL cholesterol lowering (P?<?0.05). Differences among the HDL cholesterol and triglycerides samples were not significant.  相似文献

The distillation of acidified coal tars for up to 50 years has given rise to a phenol plume approximately 500 m long, 50 m deep and containing up to 15 g l(-1) dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in the Triassic Sandstones aquifer. A conceptual biogeochemical model based on chemical and microbiological analysis of groundwater samples has been developed as a preliminary to more detailed studies of the controls on natural attenuation. While the development of redox zones and the production of methane and carbon dioxide provide evidence of natural attenuation, it appears that degradation is slow. The existence of sulphate in the plume indicates that this electron acceptor has not been depleted and that consequently methanogenesis is probably limited. Based on a simple estimate of sulphate input concentration, a half-life of about 15 years has been estimated for sulphate reduction. Geochemical modelling predicts that increased alkalinity within the plume has not led to carbonate precipitation, and thus within the limits of accuracy of the measurement, alkalinity may reflect the degree of biodegradation. This implies a loss of around 18% of the DOC over a 30-year period. Despite limited degradation, microbial studies show that there are diverse microbial communities in the aquifer with the potential for both anaerobic and aerobic biodegradation. Microbial activity was found to be greatest at the leading edge of the plume where DOC concentrations are 60 mg l(-1) or less, but activity could still be observed in more contaminated samples even though cells could not be cultured. The study suggests that degradation may be limited by the high phenol concentrations within the core of the plume, but that once diluted by dispersion, natural attenuation may proceed. More detailed studies to confirm these initial findings are identified and form the basis of associated papers.  相似文献

在试验的基础上研究了消化液回流比与有机负荷率(OLR)对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化的影响.试验通过改变OLR、消化液回流比等参数来控制其运行.研究发现,当回流比从零提高到180%时,OLR分别为9.933、14.900 g/(L·d)的厌氧消化系统COD去除率分别从79.45%、80.13%上升到81.98%、83.33%;当OLR为19.866 g/(L·d)时,提高回流比会造成COD去除率的下降.系统在较低负荷运行时,回流比的提高使系统的产气率有明显的增加.研究认为,180%的回流比仅适用于低OLR(9.933、14.900 g/(L·d)),当系统处于高OLR(19.866 g/(L·d))时,高回流比会造成挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)和钠离子的积累,进而影响消化系统的性能.  相似文献

有机肥施用量与蔬菜硝酸盐和重金属关系初探   总被引:11,自引:2,他引:11  
为控制施肥对蔬菜和土壤的负面影响,探讨蔬菜合理的有机肥施用量,在不同质地土壤上,田间试验小白菜、苦瓜、豇豆三种蔬菜施不同量有机肥,收获时测定其产量、品质、硝酸盐、重金属及试验前后土壤有机质含量。结果表明,(1)在施适量无机NPK的条件下,每造蔬菜的有机肥施用量(禽畜粪便,下同),砂土上小白菜为4500kg/hm2、苦瓜和豇豆为3000kg/hm2;壤土上,小白菜和苦瓜均宜施3000kg/hm2,豇豆则宜施4500kg/hm2;粘土上,小白菜每造只宜施1500~3000kg/hm2的有机肥。(2)有机肥必须与无机肥合理配合施用,才能获得最佳的产量和品质效果,在砂土上有机肥施得越多,蔬菜的硝酸盐含量越高,其它土壤也有类似趋势。(3)施高量(7500kg/hm2)有机肥的小白菜重金属含量最高,其次是施中量(3000kg/hm2)有机肥的,尤其是Cd。(4)施有机肥3000~4500kg/hm2 适量无机肥可使土壤有机质水平保持在种植蔬菜前的含量水平,该施肥量和方式不仅可使蔬菜高产、优质,还有利于保护土壤肥力。  相似文献

Budget estimate for carbonaceous aerosols including black carbon (BC) and organic carbon, emitted from the combustion of various fuels, is very important for regional climate studies. Emission factors for carbonaceous aerosols from bio-fuels and soft coke were determined in a controlled combustion study. The emission factors thus obtained along with those available for other fossil fuels consumed in different sectors have been applied to assess the budget for carbonaceous aerosols from India. Preliminary calculations give a range of 1.6–1.8 Tg of carbonaceous aerosols that include 0.4–1.4 Tg of BC. A major (80%) portion of carbonaceous aerosols emitted from India is found to originate from the use of biomass for energy as 70–80% of energy requirement in rural India is met by combustion of traditional bio-fuels.  相似文献

以新鲜鸡、牛粪为材料 ,研究了不同堆制方法对粪便发酵温度与脱水率的影响。结果表明 :牛粪中添加 10 0g·kg-1的稻草在堆制开始 5d ,温度较高 ,但第 3 0天时脱水率反而低于添加 5 0g·kg-1稻草的处理 ;覆盖薄膜降低了粪便脱水速率 ;分批添加物料方法发酵 12d ,堆肥含水量由开始的 5 2 0g·kg-1下降到 5 0 3g·kg-1,而同期 1次添加物料方法发酵 ,堆肥水分含量为 5 5 4g·kg-1。  相似文献
