不同尺度下温室气体的空间分布及变化趋势是研究气候变化的基础,也是评估相关减排政策实施效果的重要依据。当前碳排放核算主要基于排放清单,不确定性较大。基于监测数据的碳排放核算能够有效评估和修正排放清单结果,是对当前方法的有效补充。国内温室气体的监测主要针对污染源和环境浓度,对于人为源温室气体排放通量的监测研究较少。该文分析了近年来国内外基于地基监测的人为源温室气体排放通量研究,主要的研究方法可分为2类:柱浓度空间分布结合三维风场数据反演排放通量;结合实测体积分数、大气扩散模型和统计优化模型修正先验排放通量结果,以获取更准确的后验排放通量。通过分析和对比2种方法的优势和局限,讨论不同通量反演方法的适用场景。建议我国未来应构建适用于不同空间尺度的温室气体通量监测反演体系,综合利用多种监测手段,以校核验证排放清单,并为制定温室气体减排策略和评估应对气候变化工作成效提供技术支撑。 相似文献

Evolution of the internal solitary waves (ISWs) in the northern South China Sea (SCS) has recently attracted the attention
of many oceanographers in Taiwan and the United States. These ISWs are believed to have been induced by a branch of the Kuroshio
current over Luzon Strait, which propagates westward over two ridges in the Luzon Strait between Taiwan and the Philippines,
and further onto the continental margin with a shelf-slope in the SCS. This paper presents some preliminary results for the
evolution of a depression ISW across two triangular obstacles using numerical modelling and laboratory experiments. The experimental
results confirm that the intervals and relative height between the two obstacles are important factors in the interaction
of an ISW with the obstacles. However, in the case of the movement of an ISW of depression-type across the Luzon Strait, the
effect of the two ridges on the characteristics of the ISW might be less significant than that from the shelf-slope, due to
the variations in relative water depth. Results from numerical experiments also show that the amplitude of an ISW can be augmented
once the wave commences its contact with a shelf-slope, where an internal hydraulic jump and wave breaking with vortex motion
are evident in the laboratory experiments. Eventually, an ISW of depression-type could become an elevation-type at the edge
of the continental shelf landwards beyond the turning point, where the upper layer is larger than the bottom layer in a stratified

Wastes are usually stocked in waste disposals without any pre-treatment. Runoff waters lead to the formation of leachates containing mineral and organic pollutants. In order to prevent groundwater contamination, a double barrier is placed on the landfill bottom. The first one is an active barrier made up of a draining system and a geomembrane, and the second one, consisting of a clay liner allowing pollutant retention, is considered as a passive system. The aim of this work is to evaluate the complexation impact on the organic and inorganic retention. Percolations on columns filled with clay are performed, which allow a better knowledge of the transfer of metallic pollutants, complexed or not, through a model porous media, considering charge and conditional stability of complexes. 相似文献

Coffee beans were treated with the fungicide chlorothalonil (2,4,5,6‐tetrachloro‐1,3‐benzene‐dicarbonitrile) and the residues were determined by high‐performance liquid Chromatograph (HPLC). Several techniques including Soxhlet extraction (SE), microwave‐assisted extraction (MAE) and accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) were compared for the extraction of residues. A column clean‐up procedure was developed to remove the co‐extractives in the extract before HPLC analysis. The overall mean recoveries from extracts obtained by SE, MAE and ASE were 89.2 ±3.9, 88.4 ±1.9 and 82.8 ±0.3, respectively. The results show that MAE followed by HPLC is a viable alternative to the commonly used SE and gas Chromatographic analysis for the determination of chlorothalonil in coffee. 相似文献

Laboratory experiments on a lead-contaminated soil were carried out to test the effects of chelant addition on metal leachability using column tests. Tests were aimed at studying metal mobilisation upon application of two different chelating agents (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid [EDTA] and ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid [EDDS]). Column operation was arranged to simulate a flushing treatment in which the chelating agent is applied in a pulse mode to the soil for one bed volume, while deionised water was continuously introduced for the rest of the experiment. Two different concentrations (3 and 5 mmol·kg ?1 respectively) of the two chelating agents and a control solution (deionised water) were tested in separate experiments; pH, total organic carbon and the total concentrations of Pb, Zn, Fe, Cd, Cu and Ni were monitored during each run. A seven-step sequential extraction procedure was used to evaluate metal partitioning and concentration in the contaminated soil after treatment as a function of depth. The results showed the effect of the nature of flushing solution on the hydraulic behaviour of the columns. Metal concentrations in the leachate increased considerably upon the application of chelants, thus indicating their suitability for metal extraction from contaminated soils. In view of full-scale application of soil flushing, particular concern should also be devoted to ensuring a homogeneous distribution of the solution within the contaminated area and an efficient collection of the exhausted extracting solution, as well as to recovering and recycling the chelating agent used. 相似文献

Sewage sludge from four publicly-owned treatment works was sampled and characterized in terms of parameters affecting transport at the 106-mile deep ocean disposal site as part of the US Environmental Protection Agency's site monitoring programme. Samples from treatment plants in Passaic Valley, Rahway, and Elizabeth, New Jersey and New York City were characterized in terms of dynamic size distribution, suspended solids and density. the transport characteristics of sludge particles were measured using a 2 metre computer-interfaced laboratory settling column. Experiments were conducted at constant salinity (35 ppt) while varying hydrodynamic mixing, sludge type and concentration using a modified factorial experimental design. Hydrodynamic power dissipation was varied so that the vertical dispersion and rms fluid shear rate ranged between 0-6 cm2S-1 and 0-30s-1 respectively. Results indicate that at least 80% of suspended sludge particles will eventually settle under mixed conditions. the average settling velocities ranged between 0.05-4.05 × 10-3 cm s-1. Shear rates above 15 s-1 inhibited sludge settling due to aggregate breakup and boundary effects, but at a lower shear rate, differential settling and fluid shear were the dominant transport mechanisms. Sludge dilution (1/500-1/5000) had a limited effect on the settling rate. Results from this study can be used to calibrate particle transport models to determine the fate of sludge disposed at an ocean disposal site. 相似文献

ABSTRACT. Treatment of a high strength acidic industrial chemical waste, which had a COD of about 3000 mg/1 and a pH of 3, was attempted by activated carbon adsorption to evaluate the feasibility of yielding effluents of reusable qualities. The experimental methods which were employed in this investigation included batch and column studies. The former was used to evaluate the rate and equilibrium of carbon adsorption while the latter was used to determine treatment efficiencies and performance characteristics. Parallel operations of fixed-bed and expanded-bed adsorbers were contrasted in the column study. Results of this investication indicate that activated carbon was very efficient in removing the COD of the chemical waste. Initial pH adjustments for the wastewater to 7.0 or 11.4 did not increase the COD removal efficiency. Turbidity and nitrogen (total Kjeldahl- and ammonia-N) were removed to some extents by the carbon bed adsorbers while phosphorus (total-and ortho-P) was totally unaffected by the carbon treatment. 相似文献

The National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) was initially interpreted as requiring full disclosure of the environmental impact of a federal action. Because of the limitations of time, money, and manpower, the requirement that all impacts be considered has led to superficial analysis of many important impacts. Data collection has largely been limited to the enumeration of species because this information can be applied to the analysis of any problem. The President's Council on Environment Quality (CEQ) has provided a solution to this problem by reinterpreting NEPA as requiring analysis of those impacts that have significant bearing on decision making. Because assessment resources can now be concentrated on a few critical issues, it should be possible to perform field perturbation experiments to provide direct evidence of the effects of a specific mixture of pollutants or physical disturbances on the specific receiving ecosystem. Techniques are described for field simulation of gaseous and particulate air pollution, polluted rain, soil pollutants, disturbance of the soil, and disturbance of wildlife. These techniques are discussed in terms of their realism, cost, and the restrictions that they place on the measurement of ecological parameters. 目的设计碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料低温环境适应性试验,分析低温环境中材料性能变化特征和老化规律,研究该材料在低温条件下的环境适应性。方法选取碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料的冲击强度为主要表征指标,对制备的缺口冲击试样开展-50℃低温试验和寒冷低温气候的自然环境试验,定期测试其冲击强度性能,分析各试验条件下力学性能特征和老化趋势。结果低温条件下碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料会发生明显脆化,表现为冲击强度下降达40%以上,而从低温恢复到常温状态,该材料性能亦会恢复到稳定值附近。结论针对碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料在低温环境下的环境适应性,其低温使用时抗冲击能力会明显下降,出现"脆化"现象,但该材料低温贮存性能较为优异,结合自然环境试验结果,可认为,低温环境下该材料具有较好的环境适应性。 相似文献

基于美国Aura卫星臭氧观测仪(OMI)提供的对流层NO_2垂直柱浓度数据,分析2015年北京世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年纪念活动期间和2016年杭州G20峰会期间NO_2柱浓度变化趋势,发现NO_2柱浓度能灵敏地捕捉到地面NO_x排放量的变化状况.因此,本文利用OMI NO_2柱浓度评估"十二五"期间及"十三五"初期我国NO_x排放量的变化状况,结果表明,"十二五"期间我国NO_2柱浓度降幅为24.98%,NO_x减排取得显著成效."十三五"初期,2016年全国NO_2柱浓度相比2015年下降3.18%,NO_x排放量继续下降. 相似文献
