菌根真菌侵染对植物生物量累积的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

为了从生态系统尺度探讨菌根资源与植物生物量累积的关系,调查了鼎湖山不同成熟度的三个森林群落主要优势树种的菌根侵染情况.综合分析各森林群落优势树种的个体数、生物量和菌根侵染率发现:1)菌根侵染率与径向生长速率相关,植物生长迅速的阶段菌根侵染率更高.中径级(胸径15-30 cm)的马尾松(Pinus massoniana)和锥(Castanopsis chinensis)的侵染率比小径级(胸径1-15 cm)个体的侵染率高,而大径级个体(胸径30 cm 以上)的侵染率略低于中径级个体的侵染率.木荷(Schima superba)则表现出侵染率随着胸径增大而增高的趋势.2)树种在群落内的侵染率越高,其对群落生物量的贡献率越大.如马尾松在马尾松林和混交林的侵染率分别为(77.30±18.02)%和(40.50±14.42)%,其对马尾松林群落生物量的贡献率达到87.43%,是对混交林生物量贡献率(17.51%)的5 倍.混交林和阔叶林的共有优势树种锥的侵染率和生物量贡献率也有存在相同规律.3)根系碳储量占群落总碳储量比例较高的群落其优势树种平均侵染率相对较高.马尾松林、混交林和季风常绿阔叶林中,根系碳储量占群落总碳储量的比例分别为55%、54%、42%,群落优势树种平均侵染率分别为(66.73±10.55)%、(46.97±27.28)%、(54.22±25.45)%,马尾松林的根系碳储量和平均侵染率均高于混交林和季风常绿阔叶林.以上结果表明,菌根真菌侵染对于植物个体生长速率以及群落水平的生物量累积具有-定的促进作用.  相似文献

为了探明种植皇竹草(Pennisetum hydridum)对土壤阿特拉津降解的促进作用,通过盆栽试验研究了皇竹草对土壤阿特拉津的降解动态、转移特征以及土壤阿特拉津残留浓度与土壤相关酶活性的关系。结果表明:与未种植皇竹草相比,种植皇竹草土壤阿特拉津降解率明显提高,皇竹草对未灭菌和灭菌土壤阿特拉津的降解率分别提高52.84和42.38百分点;与未种植皇竹草处理相比,灭菌和未灭菌条件下种植皇竹草处理阿特拉津在土壤中的半衰期可分别缩短64.35和53.21 d;土壤中阿特拉津被皇竹草吸收后逐步由地下部分向地上部分转移,随着培养时间的延长,转移系数变大;土壤中阿特拉津残留浓度与土壤过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、转化酶和多酚氧化酶活性呈显著负相关(P0.05或P0.01)。认为种植皇竹草有助于阿特拉津的降解。  相似文献

This study compared the growth and lipid accumulation properties of two oleaginous microalgae, namely, Scenedesmus sp. LX1 and Chlorella sp. HQ, under different nutrient conditions. Both algal species obtained the highest biomass, lipid content and lipid yield under low-nutrient conditions (mBGll medium). The biomass, lipid content and lipid yield of Scenedesmus sp. LX1 were 0.42g·L^-1, 22.5% and 93.8mg·L^-1, respectively. These values were relatively higher than those of Chlorella sp. HQ (0.30g·L^-1, 17.1% and 51.3mg·L^-1, respectively). These algae were then cultivated in an SE medium that contained more nutrients; as a result, the biomass and lipid yield of Scenedesmus sp. LX1 reduced more significantly than those of Chlorella sp. HQ. Opposite results were observed in lipid and triacylglycerols (TAGs) contents. The cell sizes of both algal species under low-nutrient conditions were larger than those under high-nutrient conditions. Chlorella sp. HQ cells did not aggregate, but Scenedesmus sp. LX1 cells flocculated easily, particularly under low-nutrient conditions. In summary, low-nutrient conditions favour the growth and lipid production of both algae, but Scenedesmus sp. LX1 outperforms Chlorella sp. HQ.  相似文献

Many substances react with water in such a way that flammable gases are formed. For transport issues this reaction may possess a considerable hazard especially if the cargo is wetted by rain or by water from other sources. In the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods these kinds of problems are addressed. The UN test N.5 “Test method for substances which in contact with water emit flammable gases” corresponds to this hazard. Classification according to the test method is done by measurement of the gas evolution rate of the flammable gas by any suitable procedure. At BAM a gravimetric approach is used to measure the gas evolution rate. In this paper we present the evaluation of the apparatus by means of an absolute calibration routine utilizing a reaction where a known amount of gas is produced as well as the evaluation of important parameters influencing the gas evolution rate using different substances. It can be shown that the apparatus is capable of measuring absolute gas volumes as low as 6 mL with an acceptable error of about 17% as determined from the reaction of Mg with demineralized water.  相似文献

制定合理的行业差别费率对于工伤保险基金的稳定、促进企业改善安全生产状况具有积极作用.我国工伤保险制度处于起步阶段,有些地区对行业差别费率厘定进行了探索,但费率与风险的关联性不强,影响了低风险企业参加工伤保险统筹的积极性.本文针对工伤统计数据缺乏的现状,分析了现阶段工伤保险行业差别费率确定方法的研究现状,重点讨论了确定行业风险等级的3种方法,即聚类分析法、风险系数测评和模糊风险评估法的应用过程以及优缺点;另外,强调了在确定行业风险指数时,应注意根据不同事故类别的严重度来确定各风险因素指标的权重大小.最后,应用风险评估理论分析工伤保险行业差别费率的运作机理,提出应用工伤赔付支出费用计算行业差别费率的数学公式,此公式原理清晰、操作方便,且有利于各统筹地区根据实际情况划分行业差别费率.  相似文献

An anaerobic contact reactor (ACR) system comprising a continuous flow stirred tank reactor (CSTR) with settler to decouple the hydraulic retention time (HRT) from solids retention time (SRT) was developed for fermentative hydrogen production from diluted molasses by mixed microbial cultures. The ACR was operated at various volumetric loading rates (VLRs) of 20–44 kgCOD·m-3·d-1 with constant HRT of 6 h under mesophilic conditions of 35°C. The SRT was maintained at about 46–50 h in the system. At the initial VLR of 20 kgCOD·m-3·d-1, the hydrogen production rate dropped from 22.6 to 1.58 L·d-1 as the hydrogen was consumed by the hydrogentrophic methanogen. After increasing the VLR to 28 kgCOD·m-3·d-1 and discharging the sludge for 6 consecutive times, the hydrogentrophic methanogens were eliminated, and the hydrogen content reached 36.4%. As the VLR was increased to 44 kgCOD·m-3·d-1, the hydrogen production rate and hydrogen yield increased to 42.1 L·d-1 and 1.40 mol H2·molglucose-consumed-1, respectively. The results showed that a stable ethanol-type fermentation that favored hydrogen production in the reactor was thus established with the sludge loading rate (SLR) of 2.0–2.5 kgCOD·kgMLVSS-1·d-1. It was found that the ethanol increased more than other liquid fermentation products, and the ethanol/acetic acid (mol/mol) ratio increased from 1.27 to 2.45 when the VLR increased from 28 to 44 kgCOD·m-3·d-1, whereas the hydrogen composition decreased from 40.4% to 36.4%. The results suggested that the anaerobic contact reactor was a promising bioprocess for fermentative hydrogen production.  相似文献

The decomposition of chloroform (CHCl3) diluted in air was studied. The experiment was carried out by using a gliding arc plasma. Different values of initial concentrations of chloroform, total gas flow rates, and input power frequencies have been used to investigate this effects on the conversion reaction products both qualitatively and quantitatively. Experimental results indicate that the maximum conversion of chloroform was 97% at a total gas flow rate of 180?L?h?1 containing 1% chloroform. Using air as carrier gas, decomposition of CHCl3 produces CCl4, CO2, CO, and Cl2 as the main products. Small amounts of HCl and COCl2 are also detected. Liquid products were also produced.  相似文献

Microalgae require several essential metals for optimum growth, which at elevated concentrations may interfere with biochemical and physiological processes, one of them being copper (Cu). The aim of this study is to raise Cu-loaded Parachlorella kessleri as feed for mussels. In order to spike the algae with Cu without lowering their nutritional quality, it is important to know the highest Cu-concentration at which the main parameters remain unaffected, especially in respect to proteins and polysaccharides. The dependence of growth rate, biomass, chlorophyll-a and -b, pheophytin-a, protein, and polysaccharide contents on Cu concentrations are determined. The tests show that P. kessleri is largely unchanged in its nutritional value when exposed to Cu at levels of up to 6?µmol?L?1. Above 10?µmol?L?1, toxic effects become obvious, with chlorophyll contents and growth rate being the most sensitive indicators.  相似文献

Male albino rats were fed for 28 days from weaning on diets containing 5% (group 1), 10% (group 2) and 21% (group 3, normal protein) protein as casein. At the end of dietary period, HCH was administered daily for 30 days to investigate the interaction between protein deficiency and pesticide toxicity. The results indicated that rats fed a lower protein diet and HCH had a higher mortality, lower rate of growth, increased liver weight and deposition of the pesticide in blood and tissues in larger amounts. Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) was significantly increased and the heart rate showed tachycardia in low protein exposed animals. A significant increase of total lipids, cholesterol, triglycirides, free fatty acids in serum and tissues of animals exposed to low protein was observed. A close correlation existed between lipid accumulation and storage of HCH in tissues and dietary protein seemed to play an important role in detoxification.  相似文献

以厌氧氨氧化污泥(AAOB)和各种有机物混合,AAOB分别与异养甲醇反硝化菌和城市污水处理厂活性污泥相混合为研究对象,考察了多种基质(醇类、糖类)时自养、异养反硝化菌群的活性及其相应的抑制特征.结果表明,醇类有机物对AAOB的活性有明显抑制作用,甲醇的抑制性最强,当甲醇为5.48mmol/L时,AAOB活性了损失2/3.而乙酸钠对AAOB有一定的促进作用,另外,葡萄糖、乳糖和蔗糖等糖类有机物对AAOB的影响较小.此外,试验发现经驯化的甲醇反硝化菌能利用各种醇类完成异养短程反硝化.对于活性污泥,利用乙酸钠实现短程反硝化的能力优于甲醇、乙醇、葡萄糖和乳糖.混合试验中,正丙醇导致AAOB和甲醇反硝化菌混合菌群中AAOB活性下降,并且在与甲醇反硝化菌的竞争中处于劣势.乙酸钠对于AAOB和活性污泥混合菌群中AAOB的影响较小.  相似文献
