以事故隐患为研究对象,对当前各类事故隐患评价方法进行研讨,指出在事故隐患风险评价中存在的4个问题;提出把事故隐患风险评价分为事故隐患形成过程和事故隐患发展过程两个阶段进行;引入事故隐患可控性、事故隐患危害性等评价指标,建立新的评价指标体系,从而更为准确地评价事故隐患的风险性。将该评价方法在交通建设行业中应用,依据行业特征,将交通建设行业事故隐患分为5个风险等级。 相似文献

针对建筑业安全事故率居高不下的现状,找出事故频发的主要原因。基于主要原因中人、机、环境和管理4方面数据和信息的复杂性、不确定性,提出采用信息融合技术的D-S证据理论法对建筑施工全过程中的人、机、环境、管理4方面的数据和信息进行分析和预测,并构建建筑施工安全预警管理预测模型。该预测模型能判断建筑施工项目的"安全状态",能解决建筑施工中安全事故及危险源的预测问题;同时针对具体情况采取防范措施,及时矫正安全隐患和确保安全施工。将D-S证据理论法应用于建筑施工安全预警管理中,扩展了建筑施工安全管理的手段。 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to predict quantitative changes in evaporation from bare soils in the Mediterranean climate
region of Turkey in response to the projections of a regional climate model developed in Japan (hereafter RCM). Daily RCM

and soil wetness, with some simplified assumptions. Input parameters of the model are simple and easily obtainable such as
climatic parameters used to compute the potential soil evaporation, average diffusivity for the drying soil, and volumetric
water content at field capacity. The combination of Aydin and Aydin and Uygur models appeared to be useful in estimating water
potential of soils and E
a from bare soils, with only a few parameters. Unlike ET

p projected to increase by 92 and 69 mm (equivalent to 8.0 and 7.3% increases) due to the elevated evaporative demand of the
atmosphere, respectively, E

Dissolved organic matter (DOM) and its potential to form disinfection by-products (DBPs) during drinking water treatment raise
challenges to water quality control. Understanding both chemical and physical characteristics of DOM in source waters is key
to better water treatment. In this study, the DOM from four typical source waters in China was fractionated by XAD resin adsorption
(RA) and ultrafiltration (UF) techniques. The trihalomethane formation potential (THMFP) of all fractions in the DOM were
investigated to reveal the major THM precursors. The fraction distributions of DOM could be related to their geographical
origins in a certain extent. The dominant chemical fraction as THM precursors in the DOM from south waters (East-Lake reservoir
in Shenzhen and Peal rivers in Guangzhou) was hydrophobic acid (HoA). The size fraction with molecular weight (MW) <1 kDa
in both south waters had the highest THMFP. The results of cluster analysis showed that the parameters of fractions including
DOC percentage (DOC%), UV254%, SUVA254 (specific UV254 absorbance) and THMFP were better for representing the differences of DOM from the studied waters than specific THMFP (STHMFP).
The weak correlation between SUVA254 and STHMFP for either size or XAD fractions suggests that whether SUVA254 can be used as an indicator for the reactivity of THM formation is highly dependent on the nature of organic matter. 相似文献

Five monolithic catalysts with low noble metal content were prepared by irnmerge method (Pt/γ=Al2O3, Pt/La-Al2O3, Pt/YSZ-AI203, Pt+Pd/La-Al2O3 and Pd/La-Al2O3) and their activity measurements were carried out in a conventional fixed-bed flow reactor. The results show that La-Al2O3 can promote activity of the prepared catalysts and can decrease the complete conversion temperature of cooking fume. The Pt/La-Al2O3 catalyst has the highest activity and can be applied in wide range of gas hourly space velocity (GHSV). Some characterizations (XRD, TPR) were carried out with the objective to explain differences in catalytic behaviors. The prepared catalyst showed a great potential for application. 相似文献

在实验室通过模拟土壤柱研究了人工地下水回灌过程中溶解性有机物的去除及其三卤甲烷生成势和三卤甲烷生成活性的变化.利用XAD树脂将回灌水中的溶解性有机物分为3个部分:疏水性有机酸、过渡亲水性有机酸和亲水性有机物.疏水性有机酸的三卤甲烷生成活性高于过渡亲水性有机酸和亲水性有机物.土壤含水层处理(SAT)对亲水性有机物的去除率为68.51%,对疏水性有机酸和过渡亲水性有机酸的去除率分别为58.64%和41.86%.经SAT系统处理后,溶解性有机物及各有机组分的三卤甲烷生成势减少,而三卤甲烷生成活性升高.疏水性有机酸是生成三卤甲烷的主要有机组分.亲水性有机物在SAT系统进水中的三卤甲烷生成活性较低,但由于含量高,三卤甲烷生成势也较大.而过渡亲水性有机酸由于含量和三卤甲烷生成活性较低,三卤甲烷生成势也较低. 相似文献
