城市化与国民经济发展之关系的理论分析

城市化水平与人均国民生产总值的统计关系在８０年代被建立,从理论上分析这个统计关系能加深对城市与经济发展之关系的理解。从经济学的要素替代和需求收入弹性原理概括了城市化的发展机制,认为任何一个国家或地区的城市化都遵从它。并构造了全国人均国民生产总值与城市人均国民生产总值、乡村人均国民生产总值、城市化水平的关系,它是普适的。如果假设城市、乡村人均国民生产总值的增长分别引起的全国人均国民生产总值的增长总是占据了一个不变的份额,同时,城市人均国民生产总值与乡村人均国民生产总值之差与全国人均国民生产总值成正比,那么,就可以据此演绎出这个统计关系。第二个前提暗示了一个城乡发展差距的倒“Ｕ”字型过程     

Chromosome preparations of both direct and long-term cultures from the same fragment of chorionic villi

A simplified method is described for processing both direct preparations and long-term cultures from the same fragment of chorionic villi. Enzyme separation of the outer trophoblast layers (used for direct preparations) from the inner mesenchymal core (used to initiate long-term cultures) facilitates the utilization of the same fragments for the two procedures, without jeopardizing the success of either method. This has proved useful in cases where the sample was so small that only one method of chromosome preparation may have been possible using other techniques.

富营养化水体治理与修复的环境生态工程——利用明矾浆和鱼类控制桥墩水库蓝藻水华

1997年和 1998年夏季桥墩水库相继发生大面积蓝藻水华 .1998年 9月 1m2 水面喷洒 38 8g改性明矾浆应急除藻 ,当年蓝藻水华基本消失 .1998年底和 1999年初 ,1hm2 水面放养尾重 2 0g左右鲢、鳙鱼种 12 0 0尾 .1999年仅局部发生蓝藻水华 ,8月份水库浮游蓝藻数量比 1998年同期下降 77 7% ,透明度提高 1 5m ;2 0 0 0和 2 0 0 1年水库不再出现蓝藻水华 ,水体表观质量明显提高 ,与 1998年 8月同期比较 ,透明度提高 2 4m ,总氮下降 6 1 1% ,总磷下降 5 9.4 % ,浮游蓝藻总量由 1998年的 10 4 35 5× 10 4个细胞 L下降至 14 3 3× 10 4个细胞 L ,蓝藻个体数量比例从 1998年的 99 2 %下降至 31 5 % .水体富营养状况从治理前的中—富营养类型恢复到中—贫营养类型 .     

纳米TiO_2-CS微球光催化降解亚甲基兰的研究

将用化学方法改性后的纳米TiO2与壳聚糖(CS)共混,通过反相悬浮、交联制备了纳米TiO2-CS微球光催化剂,以亚甲基兰为对象,紫外灯为光源,研究了亚甲基兰的初始浓度、光照时间、不同pH值、纳米TiO2的含量、催化剂用量对亚甲基兰光降解率的影响。结果表明:纳米TiO2-CS微球能显著地降解亚甲基兰,且易于回收、能重复使用,为其实际应用提供了有价值的参数。     

Detection of Escherichia coli in wastewater based on enzyme immunoassay

This research describes a fast detection method on the basis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for Escherichia coli in drainage of wastewater treatment plants. Optimized conditions such as the reaction format (sandwich or direct), the concentrations of diluted horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-E. coli conjugate, and anti-HPR antibody and pretreatment of E. coli were studied. Those results showed that the linear range of detection for E. coli was 10 cfu/mL-6 × 10⁴ cfu/mL. Compared with conventional methods, it is a convenient and sensitive detection method with low cost. Hamburgers and the Rainforest – a Review of Issues and Evidence

This paper examines the relationship between North American beef consumption and deforestation in South and Central America. Some writers have argued that consumption of hamburgers in North America, particularly hamburgers consumed in fast food restaurants, contributes to the depletion of the rainforest in South and Central America. We survey the published policy literature on the causes of rainforest depletion in the region. We also review the published estimates of the rate and extent of clearing of rainforest that has occurred in South and Central America since 1970. Finally, we review the data on beef imports and consumption in Canada and the United States in a effort to assess the importance of South and Central America as suppliers of beef to the North American market. We conclude that the relationship between beef consumption in North America should not be considered an important cause of forest depletion in South and Central America. Domestic policies and market forces in the countries where rainforests are located are the leading causes of rainforest depletion in this region. This lesson seems to have been lost on some popular and even some textbook writers on this subject. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

硅藻土负载型非均相芬顿催化剂制备及其降解苯酚的实验研究

以硅藻土为载体,采用直接蒸发法负载铁的氧化物,制备了一种新型负载型非均相芬顿催化剂,通过SEM、EDS和XRD等对催化剂进行了表征,并以苯酚去除率考察了催化剂性能。结果表明:铁氧化物可成功负载于硅藻土上;催化剂制备时最优铁离子浓度和固液质量比分别为0.5 mol/L和1∶10;催化剂重复使用性高,耐酸碱性良好,对苯酚的去除率可达99%以上。催化剂利用了硅藻土优异的物化性质,对难降解有机废水具有良好的应用前景。

目的细化军用飞机部队使用保障阶段每飞行小时直接维修工时评估的实施方法。方法界定评估条件、确定数据范围和来源,结合部队信息收集工作实际,通过制定各类表格收集数据并分析加工,最终得出评估结论。结果较客观地反映了某型飞机相关维修性特征。结论评估方法贴近部队工作实际,可操作性强,可为各类装备开展相关维修性评估工作提供借鉴。
