In this study, zerovalent iron nanoparticles (Fe0) were synthesized by chemical reduction method using ferric chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3?·?6H2O) as a starting material. Sodium borohydride (NaBH4) was used as a reducer. The synthesized nanozerovalent iron (NZVI) was separated using magnets. The X-ray diffraction pattern of iron (Fe) nanoparticles showed that the presence of intensive diffraction peak at 2θ value of 45.33° from the lattice plane of face-centered cubic Fe unequivocally indicates that the particles are made of pure Fe. The size of the synthesized NZVI was found to be 16.64?nm. The scanning electron micrograph revealed that the particles have a hexagonal and spherical shape in nature. EDX showed the surface atomic distribution and chemical composition of NZVI. The decolorization efficiency rose with increasing concentration of nanoparticles as well as with time. Maximal color removal efficiency was 90.72% when using 0.5?g/100?mL Fe nanoparticle for acridine orange. Data revealed that the function of NZVI on color removal efficiency was statistically significant. The correlation coefficient between NZVI concentration and time showed a strong negative correlation for dyes used in the experiment.  相似文献

Acetonitrile is a commonly used solvent in both industry and research. The treatment of acetonitrile wastes in dilute aqueous solutions with visible light offers advantages to chemical treatment and ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. This study presents the degradation of acetonitrile via a photoinduced electron transfer reaction in the presence of a photosensitizer (dye) and a sacrificial reductant under visible light. Acetonitrile photodegradation (photoreduction) was investigated utilizing a variety of sacrificial reductants and photosensitizers. Optimal results were observed in the presence of methylene green and tri-isopropanolamine with a decrease of acetonitrile in solution to 86% in 24 hours. The only photoreaction product observed was acetaldehyde and a plausible mechanism for the photochemical degradation of acetonitrile is proposed.  相似文献

Ozonolysis combined with photocatalysis was used as a new approach for the treatment of textile dye wastewater containing azo dyes. The color reduction was very fast when only ozone was used for the treatment, but a 90% Total Organic Carbon (TOC) reduction was obtained only during a combined treatment. Reactive Black 5 dye containing two different percentages of NaCl was used for the experiment. The color reduction was fast in the neutral and basic pH. However for a fast TOC reduction acidic pH was found to be more effective. On‐line UV‐Vis spectrophotometry was used to measure the color reduction.  相似文献

以一株对偶氮染料红30(AR30)具有较强降解脱色作用的菌株Streptomyces sp.FX649为研究对象,在单因素实验基础上,选择染料初始浓度、培养时间、pH与培养温度为主要因素,采用Box-Benhnken组合实验和响应面分析法对降解条件进行了精确优化.经实验修正,获得了最佳降解脱色条件,即在染料浓度110 mg.L-1、培养时间36 h、pH 7.3与培养温度31.3℃时该菌对染料AR30的降解脱色率为95.1%.  相似文献

NaOH改性落叶松锯木屑对活性染料的吸附性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过间歇式试验研究NaOH改性落叶松锯木屑对活性染料KN-B、K-2BP和KN-R的吸附脱色性能。结果表明,酸性条件下该改性木屑对3种染料均具有较好的脱色效果。在初始pH值为3时,3种染料的吸附脱色率均表现为随温度升高而逐渐降低,随改性木屑用量的增加而增加的趋势;而随染料初始浓度的增大,表现出先升高后降低的趋势。在初始pH值为3、温度为298 K条件下,3种染料在改性锯木屑上的等温吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,KN-B、K-2BP和KN-R的最大饱和吸附量分别为22.32、10.47和14.93 mg.g-1,吸附自由能ΔG298 K分别为-12.61、-9.77和-14.45 kJ.mol-1,均为物理性自发吸附过程。试验条件下,KN-R、KN-B和K-2BP的吸附动力学均符合准二级动力学吸附方程,吸附速率常数依次减小。综合等温吸附和吸附动力学研究结果表明,3种染料的脱色效果以KN-R为最好,KN-B次之,K-2BP最差。  相似文献

以溶胶-凝胶法、液相沉淀法和机械混合法制备了Cu-Fe双金属掺杂的TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂,采用XRD、FTIR对其进行了结构表征,以紫外光和可见光催化降解直接天蓝染料废水为模型,考察了制备方法对催化剂光催化性能的影响。结果表明:各催化剂中均有锐钛矿型TiO2生成,且部分TiO2进入了膨润土的蒙脱石层间,改变了其层间的有序性,生成了Ti—O—Si键,实现了TiO2粒子与膨润土的复合。溶胶-凝胶法制备的催化剂中TiO2与膨润土的复合程度最高,Cu2+和Fe3+成功掺入了TiO2晶格,形成了复合半导体,拓宽了TiO2的光谱响应范围,使该催化剂表现出最优的光催化活性,并且该催化剂性能稳定,易于沉降分离,经高温活化再生后仍具有良好的催化活性,可重复多次使用,表现出良好的再生性能。  相似文献

The use of an abundant and widely distributed seagrass species, Posidonia oceanica, as a biosorbent for the direct dye Yellow 44 was successfully shown. The studies were performed on the single dyestuff dissolved in water and in a dyebath containing agents commonly used in the textile industry, i.e. a surfactant (Lavotan TBU), a sequestring agent (Meropan DPE), a softening agent (Eurosoft CI10) and a salt (NaCl). The colour reduction results showed that P. oceanica was found to be more efficient for removal of Yellow 44 from an aqueous solution (162 mg g?1) than from a dyebath solution (135 mg g?1), according to the Langmuir isotherm model. For the single dyestuff sorption, Fourier transform infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy studies highlighted chemical sorption between the dye alcohol function and the sorbent acid function. The chemical oxygen demand removal percentages were found to be 54.9 and 76.6% for Yellow 44 dissolved in aqueous solution and in dyebath solution, respectively. This confirmed the both sorption of the chemical auxiliaries and the dye on P. oceanica.  相似文献

以水性油墨废水絮凝污泥为原料、采用一步炭化活化法制备了吸附剂,并将其用于阳离子蓝X-GRRL溶液(300 mg/L)的吸附处理。考察了吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度和吸附pH对吸附效果的影响,并对吸附动力学进行了探讨。结果表明:所制得吸附剂的总孔体积为0.5 cm~3/g,平均孔径为7.12 nm;在吸附剂投加量0.6g/L、吸附时间420 min、吸附温度25℃、吸附pH 5.4的条件下,吸附量高达486.21 mg/g,脱色率达97.24%;该吸附剂对于阳离子蓝X-GRRL的吸附过程可用准二级动力学模型和颗粒内扩散效应模型很好地描述。  相似文献

采用脱硫、混合初沉、微电解、中和沉淀、催化氧化、混凝沉淀、生化工艺,可以对蒽醌染料生产废水进行有效的处理,COD(平均值)可从66000mg/L以上降至96mg/L左右,色度(平均值)可从8000倍降至90倍以下,基本可以实现达标排放。  相似文献
