The effect of additional organic carbon sources on the production of nitrous oxide (N2O) in anaerobic-aerobic (low dissolved oxygen) real wastewater treatment system was investigated. In this paper, three laboratory-scale sequencing batch reactors (SBRs) (SBR-1, SBR-2 and SBR-3) were operating under an anaerobic-aerobic (low dissolved oxygen, 0.15–0.45 mg·L-1) configuration. The SBRs were ‘long-term cultured’ respectively with a single municipal wastewater sample, sodium acetate, and a waste-activated sludge alkaline fermentation liquid as the additional carbon sources of real wastewater. Off-gas analysis showed that N2O was emitted into the atmosphere during the aerobic (low dissolved oxygen) period in the three SBRs, and the order of N2O emission rate was SBR-2>SBR-1>SBR-3. It was observed that the higher poly-β-hydroxyvalerate fraction of polyhydroxyalkanoates, the lower glycogen transformation and less nitrite accumulation was in SBR-3, while the opposite behavior was observed in SBR-2. Further research indicated that the interaction of the factors above potentially affected the N2O emission in the anaerobic-aerobic (low dissolved oxygen) system.  相似文献

本文研究了影响气相色谱法测定室内空气中TVOC(总挥发性有机化合物)浓度的主要因素。采样过程中如流量达不到0 . 5L min ,可通过延长采样时间使最终采样体积达到10L ;采样前延长通风时间使室内外空气充分对流,有利于室内残留污染物质的扩散,能反映重新封闭后有机挥发物1h时段内释放的实际浓度。TVOC各组分的热解吸率与该组分的分子量和极性有关;热解吸率随解吸时间的延长而降低,操作中以1~3min比较合适。将初始柱温从5 0℃提高到70℃,不设停留时间,终止温度从2 5 0℃降为2 30℃,可以将样品分析时间由5 5min缩短到32min而对分析结果几乎没有影响。  相似文献

了解北京市城区和郊区大气细颗粒物中的四种水溶性阴离子F-、Cl-、SO42-、NO3-的浓度水平,并分析影响其水平高低的因素。使用聚四氟乙烯滤膜分别采集北京市城区和郊区大气中的PM2.5,用纯水提取后采用离子色谱法测定水溶性阴离子质量浓度。采样期间北京市大气PM2.5、F-、Cl-、SO42-和NO3-质量浓度几何均数分别为55.36、0.02、0.46、6.72和1.09μg·m-3,四种水溶性阴离子质量浓度总和占PM2.5质量浓度的19.14%;同一季节(春季)郊区监测点大气PM2.5、SO42-和NO3-质量浓度显著高于城区监测点;城区大气PM2.5与四种水溶性阴离子质量浓度秋季高于春季,但差异无统计学意义;大气PM2.5与Cl-、SO42-和NO3-质量浓度均高度相关。Cl-、SO42-、NO3-是北京市大气PM2.5的重要组成成分。  相似文献

采用离子交换树脂XAD-7吸附-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中乙二醇,结果表明,该方法在0 mg/L~1 116 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.88 mg/L,当采样体积为7.5 L时,最低检出质量浓度为0.11 mg/m3。乙二醇标准溶液测定结果的RSD为1.3%,空白加标回收率为80.1%~107%,方法的采集效率为98.0%。  相似文献

基于2019年12月1日—2020年11月30日渤海及其西岸地区能见度观测和数值模拟,研究了该区域海岸陆能见度演变特征及其预报方法,并通过引入PM2.5浓度及建立相应的消光方程,提升该地区能见度预报准确率.结果表明:渤海及其西岸地区海岸陆能见度演变特征存在差异,就年平均能见度而言,海上(含港口)高于陆地,并且前者的能见度日变化较后者更趋平缓,低能见度(<3 km)天气陆地主要出现在0:00—8:00,海上(含港口)则全天均有可能出现,海上(含港口)0~500 m低能见度天气多于陆地,500~3000 m低能见度天气少于陆地.渤海及其西岸地区能见度预报需要考虑气溶胶消光的影响,欧洲数值模式(ECMWF)和天津气象台主观能见度预报产品,在该区域预报与实况的相关系数为0.2~0.3,相对误差为40%~50%.引入天津环境模式PM2.5浓度预报,基于ECMWF相对湿度和环境模式液态水含量,通过消光方程可以较好地改进预报该区域能见度的效果,其产品陆地和港口能见度预报与实况的相关系数分别为在0.8和0.5以上,相对误差分别为20%和40%左右,小于...  相似文献

Forest productivity is strongly affected by seasonal weather patterns and by natural or anthropogenic disturbances. However weather effects on forest productivity are not currently represented in inventory-based models such as CBM-CFS3 used in national forest C accounting programs. To evaluate different approaches to modelling these effects, a model intercomparison was conducted among CBM-CFS3 and four process models (ecosys, CN-CLASS, Can-IBIS and 3PG) over a 2500 ha landscape in the Oyster River (OR) area of British Columbia, Canada. The process models used local weather data to simulate net primary productivity (NPP), net ecosystem productivity (NEP) and net biome productivity (NBP) from 1920 to 2005. Other inputs used by the process and inventory models were generated from soil, land cover and disturbance records. During a period of intense disturbance from 1928 to 1943, simulated NBP diverged considerably among the models. This divergence was attributed to differences among models in the sizes of detrital and humus C stocks in different soil layers to which a uniform set of soil C transformation coefficients was applied during disturbances. After the disturbance period, divergence in modelled NBP among models was much smaller, and attributed mainly to differences in simulated NPP caused by different approaches to modelling weather effects on productivity. In spite of these differences, age-detrended variation in annual NPP and NEP of closed canopy forest stands was negatively correlated with mean daily maximum air temperature during July-September (Tamax) in all process models (R2 = 0.4-0.6), indicating that these correlations were robust. The negative correlation between Tamax and NEP was attributed to different processes in different models, which were tested by comparing CO2 fluxes from these models with those measured by eddy covariance (EC) under contrasting air temperatures (Ta). The general agreement in sensitivity of annual NPP to Tamax among the process models led to the development of a generalized algorithm for weather effects on NPP of coastal temperate coniferous forests for use in inventory-based models such as CBM-CFS3: NPP′ = NPP − 57.1 (Tamax − 18.6), where NPP and NPP′ are the current and temperature-adjusted annual NPP estimates from the inventory-based model, 18.6 is the long-term mean daily maximum air temperature during July-September, and Tamax is the mean value for the current year. Our analysis indicated that the sensitivity of NPP to Tamax was nonlinear, so that this algorithm should not be extrapolated beyond the conditions of this study. However the process-based methodology to estimate weather effects on NPP and NEP developed in this study is widely applicable to other forest types and may be adopted for other inventory based forest carbon cycle models.  相似文献

UV H2 O2 氧化对硝基酚实验表明 ,H2 O2 光解产生·OH自由基是对硝基酚降解的直接原因 ,12min内 2 5mg L的对硝基酚去除率达到98%以上。溶液中TOC变化与对硝基酚的去除并不同步 ,说明对硝基酚的降解中生成了一系列的中间产物 ,然后再达到完全矿化的。体系中H2 O2 浓度变化显示产生的中间产物对H2 O2 光解没有明显影响。研究中还对对硝基酚起始质量浓度、H2 O2 浓度及pH影响进行了考察。研究认为UV H2 O2 是对硝基酚脱毒的一种有效方法  相似文献

The PEMMC-Biobarrel (packed-bed of entrapped mixed microbial cells with Bio-barrel) process and MEMMC-Biobarrel (moving EMMC-Biobarrel) process were investigated for enhancing concurrent organic and nitrogen removal with applied intermittent aeration. For the PEMMC-Biobarrel process, the EMMC-Biobarrel carriers were employed at a packing ratio of 20%. In the MEMMC-Biobarrel process, the EMMC-Biobarrel carriers with a packing ratio of 10% were added along with the activated sludge (AS) in the bioreactor. Three different hydraulic retention times (HRTs) of 9, 6 and 4 h were applied. Aeration was provided intermittently at time schedules of 1 h air on/1 h air off, 1 h on/1.5 h off and 1 h on/2 h off. Nitrogen removal in the PEMMC-Biobarrel system was not improved by increasing the intermittent non-aeration time period. On the other hand, the MEMMC-Biobarrel process enhanced nitrogen removal with increasing non-aeration time even though the SCOD/N(TIN) ratio decreased from 6 to 4. Significant denitrification during the aeration cycle was observed in the MEMMC-Biobarrel process. The MEMMC-Biobarrel process demonstrated the most efficient organic and nitrogen removal at an HRT of 6 h with an intermittent aeration time schedule of 1 h on/2 h off. Nitrogen removal of 80% was achieved, which was about 15% higher compared to the AS system. TCOD and SCOD removal efficiencies were 80% and 75%, respectively.  相似文献

研究了加速溶剂萃取(ASE)、固相萃取柱净化(SPE)、高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)联合测定土壤中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法,选择以正己烷/丙酮(1+1,V/V)作为ASE提取溶剂,提取液经SPE硅胶小柱净化,正己烷/二氯甲烷(1+1,V/V)进行洗脱,洗脱体积为10 m L,洗脱液经旋转蒸发浓缩至近干,过0.22μm有机滤膜,用乙腈定容至1 m L,最后用HPLC-紫外检测器对提取液中16种PAHs进行定量分析。土壤中16种PAHs的方法检出限为2.8~4.9μg/kg,加标回收率为81.9%~102%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~6.2%,完全满足土壤中PAHs分析的质量控制要求,该法稳定性好、准确度高、可操作性强,适合于土壤样品中16种PAHs的准确测定。  相似文献
