双毛细管柱气相色谱法测定环境水体中取代苯

本文使用 GDX- 10 2大孔树脂对水中微量烷基苯类、硝基苯类、卤代苯类进行了同时富集 ,富集后的水样用两根极性不同的毛细管柱进行气相色谱双柱定性 ,外标法定量。本方法对十四种取代苯的加标回收率为 92 %～ 98% ,相对标准偏差在 5 %以下 ,最低检测限达 3.2 5× 10 -9g。采用的双毛细管柱定性方法操作简便 ,结果可靠

Seasonal variability of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polychlorinated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) congener profiles in butter in Poland: Dietary risk evaluation

Various statistical methods have been employed to analyse in details seasonal diversification of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)/polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) congener profiles found in butter fat. The variability of the PCB/PBDE congener profiles indicates the presence of various sources of the milk fat contamination. The obtained results suggest that the environmental chemical background has the highest share in the contamination sources pattern. Ion trap mass spectrometry coupled to high-resolution gas chromatography with semi-permeable membrane dialysis sample cleanup was used for determination of PCBs and PBDEs in milk fat. Determined butter fat PCB profiles were similar to the profiles characteristic for Aroclor 1254 technical mixture. Our data indicate that dietary intake of PCB/PBDE with milk and milk products may be estimated to be about 717.5 pg kg b.w.^?1 day^?1 for six-indicator PCBs, 0.329 (equivalent toxicity, TEQ) pg kg b.w.^?1 day^?1 for 12 DL PCBs and 50 pg kg b.w.^?1 day^?1 for PBDEs (sum of 14 congeners).     

水解酸化-好氧法处理油田废水机理研究

采用水解酸化-好氧法对经物化预处理的油田废水进行试验研究.当进水COD为190～220 mg·L^-1时,水解酸化段和好氧段停留时间均为10h的条件下,出水COD为65～75 mg·L^-1,达到GB3550-83第一级Ⅰ类标准.运用GC/MS技术分析油田废水有机污染物在工艺流程中相对组分变化的规律,揭示了水解酸化-好氧法处理油田废水过程中的污染物迁移和降解规律.并运用PCR-DGGE技术,考察不同生物反应器内微生物种群及其分布特征,初步确定水解酸化和好氧反应器内的优势菌种.     

GC／MS对一起死鱼事故的监测分析

利用ＧＣ／ＭＳ对一起死鱼事故中的鱼塘水样，鱼肉样进行了监测，检出的６个化合物均与某化工厂的原料，产品，中间体及其衍生物相吻合，迅速判定了污染事故的责任者。     

城市河流,湖库中痕量有机污染物的测试方法

采用ＧＤＸ－５０２大孔树脂和ＧＣ－ＭＳ等仪器对城市河流，湖库中的痕量有机污染物进行测试分析，共检出５８种有机污染物，其中含有多种美国ＥＰＡ公布的重点污染物。因而为痕量有机污染物的研究建立了灵敏度高，分辨率好的测试方法。     

气相色谱法测定环境空气和废气中乙酸

以蒸馏水吸收环境空气或工业废气中的乙酸,用5%PEG20M+0 5%H3PO4ChromosorbHP80目～100目、2m×2mm玻璃填充柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,样品直接进气相色谱仪测定。方法最低检出质量浓度为0 16mg/m3,相对标准差为2%～5%,加标回收率在85%～106%之间。方法操作简便、快速。     

等温气相色谱法测定土壤中甲基汞

样品采用碱消化，室温下在pH＝4．9时进行乙基化反应，氢气为载气，Carbotrap富集有机态汞，等温气相色谱（GC）分离，用冷原子萤光仪（CVAFS）测定。方法检出限20pg。线性范围100～600pg。回收率在95％～105％之间。     

Determination of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) in Chinese fuels by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and gas chromatography/flame ionization detector

A method was developed to determine the concentration of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) in gasoline,diesel and heating oil by gas chromatography(GC) with mass spectrometry(GC-MS) or flame ionization detection(FID). The diluted gasoline was directly injected into the GC, and the complete separation of MTBE from co-eluting hydrocarbons was not required. GC/MS or GC/FID method can be used to analyze MTBE in different concentration range and have good consistency.     

Characterization of fine organic particulate matter from Chinese cooking

PM2.5 samples were collected by a three-stage cascade impactor at two kinds of Chinese restaurants to characterize fine organic particulate matter from Chinese cooking sources. Major individual organic compounds have been quantified by GC/MS, including series of alkanes, n-alkanoic acids, n-alkanals, alkan-2-0nes and PAHs.Alkanes and ketones make up a significant fraction of particle-phase organic compounds, ranging from C11 to C26,and (C9 to C19, respectively. In addition, other organic compound classes have been identified, such as alkanols,esters, furans, lactones, amides, and nitriles. The mass concentrations of fine particles, alkanes, n-alkanoic acids and PAHs in air emitted from the Uigur style cooking are hundreds times higher than ambient PM2.5in Beijing.
