ABSTRACT: Flood control operations are generally complex in nature, as they are often associated with a large quantity of uncertain factors in combination of noncommensurable criteria. It has been found that the use of fuzzy set theory coupled with multicriterion decision making (MCDM) methods is very promising. In this paper, a multicriterion fuzzy recognition model is established for flood control operations. A subjective preference and iterative weights method is proposed for weight assessment. First, an initial solution of criteria weights, which is directly analyzed from the selected alternatives, is obtained by using the proposed fuzzy recognition model. Then, according to their knowledge related to real time flood operations, operators may modify the initial weights if necessary. When the relative membership grades of alternatives belonging to all rankings are fixed, a defuzzification equation is used to calculate the rank feature value vector. Based on the rank feature value vector, one can evaluate the alternative set. Two flood operation cases are provided to illustrate the application of the proposed model. With the incorporation of the operator's knowledge related to flood operations, the proposed model is flexible in giving weights and realizes more practical flood control operations.  相似文献

Water Resources Research, 45. doi:10.1029/2008WR007118., a series of laboratory-scale 2D tank experiments were conducted and accurately simulated for density driven flow problems on homogeneous porous media. In the present work, we extended the numerical and experimental studies to heterogeneous problems. The heterogeneous porous medium was constructed with a low permeability zone in the centre of the tank and had well-defined parameters and boundary conditions. Concentration distributions were measured in high resolution using a photometric method and an image analysis technique. The numerical model used for the simulations was based on efficient advanced approximations for both spatial and temporal discretizations. The Method Of Lines (MOL) was used to allow higher-order temporal discretization. Three different boundary conditions, corresponding to different localizations of the inflow and the outflow openings at the opposite edges of the tank, were applied to investigate different flow scenarios in the heterogeneous porous medium flow tank. Simulation results of all three density coupled experiments revealed a density-dependent behavior of dispersion. Thus, a reduction of dispersivites was required to obtain a good matching of the experimental data. The high quality of the experiments enabled a detailed testing of numerical variable-density flow codes under heterogeneous conditions. Therefore, the experiments were considered to be reliable benchmark tests.  相似文献

Tensions between amenity- and timber-based economies in the U.S. and Canadian Pacific Northwest motivated a study of scenic beauty inside mature forests and timber harvests. A diverse sample of regional forests, measures of forest structure, and large, representative samples of photographs and public judges were employed to measure scenic beauty inside un-harvested mature and old-growth forests, and timber harvests. The latter varied systematically in down wood levels and retention level and pattern. Scenic beauty tended to be optimized at a basal area of 110–155 m3/ha and/or 700–900 trees/ha. Older forests and those with larger trees were perceived to be more beautiful. In harvests, greater retention levels, less down wood, and dispersed rather than aggregated retention patterns contributed to aesthetic improvements. Green-tree retention harvests offer considerable potential gains in perceived scenic beauty compared to perceived very ugly clearcuts, particularly at higher retention levels. These gains are more reliable from dispersed retention patterns. The silvicultural parameters studied change strength in affecting scenic beauty with changes in retention level. These interactions are explored in relation to a range of scenic quality objectives as an aid to planners, visual impact analysts, and silviculturists.  相似文献

基于灰色关联分析和IAHP的CNG加气站安全评价方法研究   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
建立了压缩天然气(CNG)加气站安全评价的指标体系和安全等级的评分标准,运用改进的层次分析法(IAHP)计算CNG加气站安全指标权重序列,运用灰色关联法计算参评序列与标准序列的关联度。最大关联度所对应的标准向量等级,即为CNG加气站所属的安全等级。IAHP采用"三标度"法确定判断矩阵,相对于层次分析法中的"九标度"法来说,更易于保持矩阵的一致性。应用笔者提出的理论与方法,对北京某CNG加气站的实际案例计算,验证该方法的有效性。计算结果表明:售气系统安全、气体储存和压缩系统安全、人员的违章操作情况、司机或加气站人员是否在站内抽烟、站内设施与站外建筑物防火距离等是CNG加气站安全的主要影响因素,应对其进行重点管理。  相似文献

集对分析是一种处理不确定性问题的系统分析方法,利用该方法对系统危险性进行了评价,指出了多元联系数集对分析方法在系统危险性评价中存在的不足,探讨了其应用条件,提出了与系统级别特征值相结合来判断系统危险性级别的方法,并给出了多元联系数集对分析的评价程序。实例表明,该方法科学、可行,为系统危险性评价提供了一种新的思路。  相似文献

针对在烟尘测试中滤筒的称重存在天平显示不稳、恒重难的现象进行了探讨。比较了2种称量方法,提出在平衡室中冷却、称量滤筒,并采用标准滤筒来减小由于称重条件不同而产生的系统误差。结果表明,改进方法具有称量稳定、易恒重、失重少的优势。  相似文献

将可拓工程方法与聚类分析相结合,以矿岩的可崩性等级和影响因子构造经典域物元和节域物元,应用物元理论和可拓集合中的关联函数,建立了可拓聚类预测的简单物元模型.通过与RQD法,RMR法,MRMR法以及Q系统分级法的矿岩可崩性分级评价结果相比较,可拓聚类预测方法所获得的结果与其他评价方法的结果具有一致性,说明该方法的可行性.可拓聚类预测结果具有不仅反映事物从属级别的绝对性,而且还能反映其相对性的优点.  相似文献

结合我国客运索道安全运行状况,针对国内尚未建立健全客运索道安全评价体系的现状,以单线循环固定抱索器索道为例,依据现行的客运索道安全规范及其监督检验规程,创建客运索道的安全状况综合评价模型,并应用层次分析法确定评价模型各级因素的权重,然后将模糊评价方法应用到客运索道安全状况的综合评价中,最终得到评价模型的安全等级,即安全状况综合评价的结果,从而建立一种新的客运索道安全评价方法。笔者通过该方法的工程实践,并将该方法与常规安全检查方法进行对比分析,认为该方法具有实用性强,可操作性好,结果准确以及适合我国现有索道等优点,具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献
