The influence of a single water molecule on the reaction mechanism and kinetics of hydrogen abstraction from methanol(CH_3OH) by the ClO radical has been investigated using ab initio calculations. The reaction proceeds through two channels: abstraction of the hydroxyl H-atom and methyl H-atom of CH_3OH by ClO, leading to the formation of CH_3O + HOCl(+H_2O) and CH_2OH + HOCl(+H_2O), respectively. In both cases, pre-and post-reactive complexes were located at the entrance and exit channel on the potential energy surfaces. Results indicate that the formation of CH_2OH + HOCl(+H_2O) is predominant over the formation of CH_3O + HOCl(+H_2O),with ambient rate constants of 3.07 × 10-19 and 3.01 × 10~(-23) cm~3/(molecule·sec), respectively, for the reaction without water. Over the temperature range 216.7–298.2K, the presence of water is seen to effectively lower the rate constants for the most favorable pathways by 4–6 orders of magnitude in both cases. In this study, two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy integrated with synchronous fluorescence and infrared absorption spectroscopy was employed to investigate the interaction between humic acids and aluminum coagulant at slightly acidic and neutral p H. Higher fluorescence quenching was produced for fulvic-like and humic-like fractions at p H 5. At p H 5, the humic-like fractions originating from the carboxylic acid, carboxyl and polysaccharide compounds were bound to aluminum first, followed by the fulvic-like fractions originating from the carboxyl and polysaccharide compounds. This finding also demonstrated that the activated functional groups of HA were involved in forming the Al-HA complex, which was accompanied by the removal of other groups by co-precipitation.Meanwhile, at p H 7, almost no fluorescence quenching occurred, and surface complexation was observed to occur, in which the activated functional groups were absorbed on the amorphous Al(OH)3. Two-dimensional FT-IR correlation spectroscopy indicated the sequence of HA structural change during coagulation with aluminum, with IR bands affected in the order of COOH COO-NH deformation of amide Ⅱ aliphatic hydroxyl C\OH at p H 5, and COO-aliphatic hydroxyl C\OH at p H 7. When a recombinantEscherichia coli XL1-Blue harboring pSYL105 was cultured in a complex medium, a poly(3-hydroxybutyric acid) (PHB) concentration of 7.16 g/L was obtained in 48 h. However, a PHB concentration of only 0.91 g/L was obtained in 60 h by culturing in a defined medium. Also, fed-batch culture in a defined medium resulted in considerably lower PHB accumulation than in a complex medium. With the aim to produce a high concentration of PHB at a reduced medium cost, we examined 10 complex nitrogen sources for their ability to promote PHB synthesis in a defined medium. Tryptone, casamino acids, and casein hydrolysate promoted PHB synthesis to a higher extent than the others tested. PHB synthesis was also enhanced during fedbatch cultures when a defined medium was supplemented with various complex nitrogen sources. With tryptone supplementation a PHB concentration of 66.7 g/L could be obtained in 44 h. Yeast extract was less effective for promoting PHB synthesis than tryptone. Corn steep liquor, which did not enhance PHB synthesis significantly, could promote PHB synthesis considerably when supplemented together with yeast extract in both flask and fed-batch cultures. 相似文献

为提高大型城市综合体火灾风险评估准确性,建立“双主线”火灾风险评估模型,运用贝叶斯网络计算火灾发展主线与人员疏散主线各节点可靠性,并通过改进的火灾关联度法对“双主线”进行协调整合,确定各风险节点动态权重。结果表明:2条主线对于整体火灾风险相互独立又相互联系,“双主线”模型得到的火灾风险值更精确,有效解决传统火灾风险评估模型无法协调统一评价火灾发展与人员疏散的问题。研究结果为定量评估大型城市综合体火灾风险提供新的思路。 相似文献

初试条件下系统的考察了优势复合菌剂对西洋河黑臭河水水体的处理效果,实验结果表明:(1)优势复合菌剂能有效降低黑臭河水的COD、氨氮和总磷,去除率达到80%以上;(2)好氧条件下的处理效果要优于自然条件下的处理效果;(3)不同的接种量(V菌/V水)、温度、pH值及摇床转速对处理效果均有不同的影响,由正交试验得到的最佳降解条件为接种量10/10000、温度35℃、pH值9、转速100r/min。在优化条件下对COD、氨氮和总磷的去除率分别达到67.83%、70.29%、70.59%。 相似文献

基于野外观测和室内试验相结合的方法,研究了内蒙古典型草原小叶锦鸡儿灌丛化过程对土壤和土壤水文过程的影响,旨在为干旱半干旱区环境保护和恢复提供理论基础。结果表明,斑块尺度上,灌丛斑块土壤有机质和全氮含量分别是草地斑块的1.54倍和1.16倍;灌丛斑块平均沙粒、粉粒和粘粒含量是草地斑块的0.87倍、1.34倍和1.35倍;灌丛斑块土壤容重是草地斑块的0.97倍;灌丛斑块钙积层上表面出现深度是草地斑块的1.27倍。地形等自然条件也是形成土壤异质性的重要因子,坡面尺度上,灌丛和草地斑块土壤有机质、全氮、土壤容重、土壤钙积层上表面出现深度呈自坡顶向坡下方向增加的趋势。染色示踪实验表明,灌丛斑块土壤剖面湿润锋和土壤水分入渗速率分别是草地斑块的1.36倍和5.16倍,草地斑块0~10cm土层对水分的响应较敏感,而灌丛斑块25 cm以下土层对水分的响应较敏感。研究认为,灌丛化过程增强了土壤空间异质性,灌丛斑块能将土壤水分快速输送并存储于深层土壤中,灌丛斑块是土壤养分和水分富集区,灌木植物的定居和发展过程与土壤形态之间形成了正反馈。 相似文献
