以徐州某矿塌陷湿地为研究对象,通过对该矿塌陷湿地水体水质监测数据的分析,采用综合营养状态指数法(TLI)对该塌陷湿地水体的富营养化水平进行了评价。研究结果表明:①该矿塌陷湿地水体水质总体优于GB3838-2002Ⅳ类标准,TN和TP的平均含量分别为0.31 mg/L和0.024 mg/L,可达到Ⅱ类标准;②整个塌陷湿地水体的综合营养状态指数TLI为47.46,处于中营养状态,有向富营养化状态变化的趋势;③在水质监测数据的基础上,分析了水体营养状态变化的原因,并提出了针对该矿塌陷湿地水体的富营养化控制措施和建议。  相似文献

2010年1月~2011年1月,在杭州湾南岸滩涂湿地5个断面(S1~S3为排水区,S4~S5为非排水区。)10个采样站进行桡足类群落结构的周年调查,分析了不同生态环境下桡足类群落的种类组成、密度、生物量和种类丰富度等时空变化特征。共发现桡足类19种,剑水蚤和猛水蚤各7种、哲水蚤5种,其中,8种为淡水种,11种为咸淡水种。根据种群的年平均密度和出现频度,淡水种类的优势种为汤匙华哲水蚤(Sinocalanus dorrii)、台湾温剑水蚤(Thermocyclops taihokuensis)和三角大吉猛水蚤(Tachidius triangularis),半咸淡水种类的优势种为中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)和球状许水蚤(Schmackeria forbesi)。群落年平均密度变幅2.64~39.16/L,平均13.54/L;生物量0~2.078 mg/L,平均0.164 mg/L。哲水蚤的群落密度和生物量分别占总桡足类的29.32%和79.88%。密度季节变化以春季>秋季>夏季>冬季,水平变化以S3>S2>S1>S5>S4,S2断面中潮位比高潮位多67.00%。Margalef种类丰富度在1.20~6.20,平均3.35。污对中潮位桡足类群落的影响大于高潮位。  相似文献

Here we report N2O emission results for freshwater marshes isolated from human activities at the Sanjiang Experimental Station of Marsh Wetland Ecology in northeastern China. These results are important for us to understand N2O emission in natural processes in undisturbed freshwater marsh. Two adjacent plots of Deyeuxia angustifolia freshwater marsh with different water regimes, i.e., seasonally waterlogged (SW) and not- waterlogged (NW), were chosen for gas sampling, and soil and biomass studies. Emissions of N2O from NW plots were obviously higher than from the SW plots. Daily maximum N2O flux was observed at 13 o′clock and the seasonal maximum occurred in end July to early August. The annual average N2O emissions from the NW marsh were 4.45 μg m−2 h−1 in 2002 and 6.85 μg m−2 h−1 in 2003 during growing season. The SW marsh was overall a sink for N2O with corresponding annual emissions of −1.00 μg m−2 h−1 for 2002 and −0.76 μg m−2 h−1 for 2003. There were significant correlations between N2O fluxes and temperatures of both air and 5-cm-depth soil. The range of soil redox potential 200–400 mV appeared to be optimum for N2O flux. Besides temperature and plant biomass, the freeze–thaw process is also an important factor for N2O emission burst. Our results show that the freshwater marsh isolated from human activity in northeastern China is not a major source of N2O.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this article is to discuss the importance of uncertainty analysis in water quality modeling, with an emphasis on the identification of the correct model specification. A wetland phosphorus retention model is used as an example to illustrate the procedure of using a filtering technique for model structure identification. Model structure identification is typically done through model parameter estimation. However, due to many sources of error in both model parameterization and observed variables and data, error-in-variable is often a problem. Therefore, it is not appropriate to use the least squares method for parameter estimation. Two alternative methods for parameter estimation are presented. The first method is the maximum likelihood estimator, which assumes independence of the observed response variable values. In anticipating the possible violation of the independence assumption, a second method, which coupled a maximum likelihood estimator and Kalman filter model, was presented. Furthermore, a Monte Carlo simulation algorithm is presented as a preliminary method for judging whether the model structure is appropriate or not.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Constructed wetlands have recently gained popularity as an alternative method for wastewater treatment. This paper compares two design methodologies currently used for constructed wetlands; Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) methods. A discussion of parameters for both methods is given and a wetland treatment system is designed for an individual residence with typical BOD5 loads and flow rates. Calculation results revealed significant discrepancies in the required constructed wetlands volume, and thus detention time, stemming from inherent differences in the design methodologies. The EPA method relies heavily on plug flow kinetics, and is therefore sensitive to changes in the reaction rate constant and media porosity. Conversely, TVA determines the surface area by sizing in accordance with a recommended hydraulic loading criterion and is affected only by the hydraulic flow rates. This study concluded that a constructed wetland is a viable option under design considerations that are not favorable for traditional on-site wastewater treatment methods. However, it is recommended that conservative values for flow and loading rates be assumed to assure complete treatment for either of the design methods.  相似文献

东北地区是我国沼泽湿地的主要分布区,了解东北沼泽湿地景观格局及气候变化特征对东北地区沼泽湿地研究及区域沼泽湿地生态系统保护具有重要意义。本文利用东北地区沼泽湿地分布数据集及1980~2015年东北地区年均气温、年均降水量数据集,分析东北地区沼泽湿地景观格局及气候变化特征。研究结果表明,近36年,东北地区沼泽湿地退化显著,但沼泽湿地斑块数量明显增多。1980~2015年东北沼泽湿地面积减少了30.81%,斑块数量增加了69.76%,景观破碎度指数增加了0.15,沼泽湿地退化特征体现为湿地斑块的破碎化。在东北不同的生态功能区,沼泽湿地退化及斑块破碎化均非常明显,其中,三江平原沼泽湿地面积在1980~2015年减少了高达53.27%,内蒙古东部及大兴安岭沼泽湿地破碎化程度最大,湿地斑块数量在近36年分别增加了163.80%和119.51%。在气候变化方面,东北沼泽湿地年均气温在1980~2015年总体呈现显著升温趋势(P<0.05),气温上升幅度为每十年上升0.29℃。在降水变化方面,东北沼泽湿地年均降水量在1980~2015年总体呈现下降趋势(-5.70 mm/10a),但下降趋势并不显著(P>0.05);在不同生态功能区,辽河平原沼泽湿地年均降水量在1980~2015年呈现显著的下降趋势(-29.50 mm/10a),而其他生态功能区降水变化并不显著。  相似文献

提高人工湿地对养殖废水的处理效果是当前人工湿地需要解决的重要问题。本文以绿狐尾藻(Myriophyllum aquaticum Gaudich)为湿地植物,在野外构建三级表面流人工湿地,以高污染养猪废水为处理对象,分析废水中铵态氮(NH4+-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和化学需氧量(COD)在人工湿地中的去除效应,并解析它们与水体温度、溶解氧(DO)、pH和氧化还原电位(Eh)等指标的关联性。结果表明,绿狐尾藻人工湿地对NH4+-N、TN、TP和COD平均去除率分别为88.3%、86.4%、76.3%和82.3%,出水平均浓度分别为45、86、14和188 mg/L。人工湿地进水负荷与人工湿地去除负荷呈显著的正相关关系(R2 ≥ 0.80,P< 0.01),去除负荷随进水负荷增加而增加。根据Pearson相关分析,人工湿地对NH4+-N、TN、TP的去除率与水体DO、Eh和温度有显著相关性(P<0.01),而对COD的去除率仅与温度存在显著的相关关系(P < 0.05),说明人工湿地对不同污染物的去除机制存在差异。主成分分析发现水体温度是人工湿地对NH4+-N、TN、COD去除的主要影响因素,水体Eh对人工湿地去除TP的关联性最大。这对改善人工湿地对污染物的去除效应至关重要。  相似文献

Most landscape design models have been applied to the problem of maximizing species richness in a network of nature reserves. This paper describes a combined hydrologic simulation and landscape design model designed to prioritize sites for wetlands restoration, where the objective is to maximize the amount of nutrients in non-point-source runoff attenuated in the restored wetlands. Targeted site selection in four small watersheds in the Central Valley resulted in predicted levels of nitrogen attenuation two to eight times greater than that from maximizing wetland area without consideration of the location of the restoration sites.
