环境保护经济手段在经济合作与发展组织国家中的应用

提出了收费、补贴、押金、建立市场和强制刺激等五项环境保护经济于段的定义和分类,介绍了这些经济手段在经济合作与发展组织(OECD)国家中的应用情况,并初步讨论了它们的发展趋势和应用前景。     

“苏南模式”与可持续发展

“苏南模式”是我国目前经济发展模式之一，取得了巨大的成就，也面临着严峻的挑战。实施可持续发展战略是“苏南模式”摆脱传统再创辉煌的必然选择，可将苏南地区建成我国可持续发展示范区。

本文分析了内蒙古河套灌区面源污染现状及其成因，并从政策、管理、技术上提出了相应的防治初步设想。     

Community richness and stability in agricultural landscapes: The importance of surrounding habitats

In this paper, the role played by habitat diversity in the landscape on species richness and on the stability of farmland bird communities was investigated. Species richness was estimated on 374 samples monitored in farmland by the French breeding bird survey during the 2001–2005 period. A capture–recapture approach was used to estimate species richness accounting for the variation in detection probability among species of the 100 most common species detected in farmland. Landscape structure and composition were measured both in farmland and in adjacent habitats. The independent effect of each variable on community richness and stability was further assessed using hierarchical variance partitioning and taking spatial autocorrelation into account. A strong matrix effect was detected: non-cropped land deeply influenced richness and stability of bird assemblages.     

长寿区饮用水源地保护对策

在分析长寿区水资源开发利用现状的基础上,按照水功能区划结果和水质目标,计算出龙溪河水源地保护区的污染物控制总量和削减量,并提出龙溪河水源地的保护对策。     

试行高校学生体质健康标准的情况分析

本文通过对我校试行高等学校《学生体质健康标准》，对04级827人的身高体重指数、分数、耐力指数、握力指数等测试结果进行统计学分析和总结评价，从而得出了对《学生体质健康标准》的几点初步认识。     

Prenatal diagnosis of fragile X in a heterozygous female fetus and postnatal follow-up

An apparently normal female infant was born after the prenatal diagnosis of fragile Xq27×28 present in about 4 per cent of amniocytes. The mildly retarded mother had been found in early pregnancy to be heterozygous for fragile X. The child, now 9 months old. showed about the same level of fragile X expression as her mother. Variations in the proportion of cells with fragile X appeared to be related to cell type and laboratory techniques. The infant's growth and development have been normal. Different techniques to induce or increase the expression of fragile X are discussed.
