流动注射-分光光度法测定工业废水中的Fe^2＋和Fe^3＋

将Fe^2 与邻菲啰啉的显色反应引入流动注射系统，用盐酸羟胺将Fe^3 预先还原，0～6μg/ml的Fe^2符合比耳定律，检测出限0．11μg／ml。0．25μg／mlFe^2 经5次测定的标准偏差为2．2％，进样频率为120次／h，回收率98．5～104％。对工业废水中铁的测定取得了满意的效果。     

不同环境下包装容器内温湿度变化试验研究

目的 探究不同环境下密闭容器内微环境的变化规律.方法 通过连续采集室内存放、户外遮盖、户外暴露3个包装容器内外11个监测点的温湿度数据,对比分析不同容器内温度、湿度的分布与变化规律.结果 户外容器日间温度梯度大,昼夜温差高达30℃,温度波动远大于室内容器的1.1℃,篷布遮盖能降低20％的温度波动.容器内相对湿度不受环境湿度影响,但与温度强烈负相关.结论 太阳辐射的热效应对包装容器内温湿度的变化与分布有决定性影响,应加强防护措施.     

Trace metal emissions from co-combustion of refuse derived and packaging derived fuels in a circulating fluidized bed boiler

Energy recovery from refuse derived fuels (RDF) and packaging derived fuels (PDF) is one option in integrated waste management. Nine RDF and PDF co-combustion tests with peat and coal in a circulating fluidized bed boiler were carried out in this work. Heavy metal emissions in flue gas and fly ash were measured. Multivariate data analyses were used to find out the most important parameters affecting metal emissions in the flue gas.

The results showed that total heavy metal emissions were low. Although RDF and PDF had more heavy metals than peat and coal, the multivariate data analysis showed that an increase of the RDF or PDF share in the fuel mixture up to 20% did not correlate directly with the metal emissions in the flue gas. Distribution of Cd, Cu, Zn and Sn between flue gas and fly ash correlated with each other. Injection of limestone to bind sulphur and chlorine did not have a significant effect on heavy metal emissions in the flue gas. Heavy metals concentrated on the fly ash, but all fly ashes passed the EPA-TCLP tests.     

Ecotoxicological and chemical evaluation of phenolic compounds in industrial effluents

The aim of this paper was to evaluate the ecotoxicological response of industrial effluents containing phenolic compounds. All complex effluents collected from a chemical plant and then after both a chemical–physical and biological treatment were characterised with chemical analysis, biodegradability tests and four ecotoxicological tests (Daphnia magna, Artemia salina, Brachionus plicatilis and Vibrio fisheri with Microtox^®). The evaluation of the chemical and ecotoxicological data was useful for predicting the effect of the raw effluent on the treatment plant and the impact of the final treated effluent on the receiving water. Besides the toxicity of the effluent from the chemical plants, the acute toxicity of its main components was also determined. The results of the tests and toxicity data from literature were transformed in Toxic Units (TUs). Effluent toxicity was under- or over-estimated by calculating the sum of the TUs of the individual components, depending on which toxicity data and test organisms were used.     

机械工业废水中重金属离子的处理工艺研究

研究了过氧化钙处理剂对机械工业废水中重金属离子锰、铜、锌、铬的处理工艺，以及过滤方法对重金属离子去除率的影响。处理的最佳条件为：过氧化钙用量0．1％～0．2％，处理时间30min，处理温度为室温，处理过程中不需调整pH。     

产业生态学的技术方法研究及应用

介绍了产业生态学的兴起,阐述了作为一门交叉学科,产业生态学广泛吸取了其他学科的理论和方法,例如生态学中的系统演化理论、经济学中的投入产出分析方法等,并在这些理论和方法的基础上,形成了自身的理论和方法体系,其中包括物质和能量流分析、生态效率、生产者责任延伸制、产品导向的环境政策等。提出随着这些理论和方法研究的不断完善和深入,产业生态学将广泛用于企业、区域、国家甚至全球层面上,在更广的领域和范围内发挥积极作用。     

Drivers and barriers to engage enterprises in environmental management initiatives in Suzhou Industrial Park, China

Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in sustainable development not only for their significant contribution to China’s economy, but also for their large share of total discharged pollutants. Therefore, this research takes the enterprises in Suzhou Industrial Park, China as the case study to investigate the environmental management practices of SMEs, and identify drivers and barriers to engaging businesses in environmental management initiatives. It is shown that, as in other countries, SMEs are less active in adopting environmental management initiatives than larger companies. Legislation remains the key driver to engage SMEs in environmental management initiatives. Based on the analysis, policy recommendations are also presented.     

Airsolution液体在净化有机废气方面的应用

Airsoluton是一系列植物提取液复配而成的,这些植物提取液是含有气味的有机物,它们是从树、草和花等植物中提取的。这些有味的液体含有大量复杂的化合物,它们是绝大多数植物油的主要成分。本文根据Airsolution液体的氧化性,对处理含苯、甲苯和二甲苯的有机工业废气进行了净化研究,结果表明:Airsolution液体用于处理有机废气是可行的,处理后的苯、甲苯和二甲苯可实现达标排放。且该工艺具有运行费用低,投资少的特点。     

综合类工业园环境系统动力学仿真与调控

综合类工业园由不同行业企业组成,比单一行业类工业园在经济发展和污染排放方面具有更高的多样性与复杂性。徐州经济开发区是以装备制造业、光伏产业、医药食品电子等行业组成的综合类工业园,以徐州经济开发区为例,将系统动力学应用于工业园的管理与调控研究。针对园区的人口、经济、环境三大子系统,识别内在联系做出因果反馈图,在此基础上构造综合类生态工业园的系统动力学模型。通过仿真预测园区未来的产业发展趋势,最后设计经济型、环保型、协调发展型三种方案,通过系统仿真,对徐州经济开发区的管理和建设提出建议。     

含氚硅胶密封包装实验研究

文章针对含氚硅胶,设计了双层桶密封包装容器,即以镀膜铝桶为初始包装,内衬高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)不锈钢桶为外包装容器。含氚硅胶在镀膜铝桶内用环氧树脂浇注固定,密封;铝桶放入衬HDPE不锈钢外桶,间隙蛭石填充,垫圈密封。含氚硅胶包装桶氚释气率测量结果表明,20天内日均释氚率为4.62×10-5%;浸出实验结果表明,108天内氚日均浸出率远小于10-3%,满足氚废物包装的相关要求。
