MAP沉淀法目标产物最优形成条件及分析方法   总被引:14,自引:1,他引:13  
为了确定鸟粪石(MAP:MgNH4PO4·6H2O)形成的最优条件,引入化学剖析法,利用酸溶液将鸟粪石沉淀法中所得沉淀物溶解后进行相应的元素分析;提出一种根据沉淀物中的NH+4-N含量间接计算确定鸟粪石含量(即纯度)的分析方法.根据这种计算分析方法,分别得出了不同pH条件下以自来水(主要为地下水)和超纯水作为溶剂所合成的鸟粪石纯度,并对pH和Ca2+在鸟粪石形成过程中的影响进行了评估.结果表明,该计算分析方法能够有效实现对MAP沉淀法目标产物的定量分析,弥补了国内外目前普遍依靠XRD技术定性判断所得沉淀物中鸟粪石是否存在的缺陷.以超纯水作为溶剂时,使鸟粪石纯度>90%的最佳pH范围在7.5~9.0,而以自来水为溶剂时,获得相同鸟粪石纯度最佳pH范围则是7.0~7.5.实际污水中常常含有相当数量的Ca2+,实施碱性条件(pH>8.0)的MAP沉淀势必大幅降低鸟粪石的纯度.因此,对实际污水回收磷而言,MAP沉淀法的最优pH条件应控制在中性范围(<8.0)以内.  相似文献

Disposal of sewage sludge from waste water treatment plants is a serious environmental problem of increasing magnitude. Waste water treatment generates as much as 70 g of dry solids per capita per day. Although one of the disposal solutions for this waste is through incineration, still almost 30% of sludge solids remain as ash. This paper presents results related to reuse of sewage sludge ash in concrete. The sludge was characterised for chemical composition (X-ray flourescence analysis), crystalline phases (X-ray diffraction analysis) and pozzolanic activity. The effects of incineration on crystal phases of the dry sludge were investigated. Two water/cement (W/C) ratios (0.55 and 0.45) and three sludge ash percentages (5%, 10% and 20%) per cement mass were used as filler. The mechanical performance of sewage sludge ash concrete (SSAC) at different curing ages (3, 7, 28 and 90 days) was assessed by means of mechanical tests and capillary water absorption. Results show that sewage sludge ash leads to a reduction in density and mechanical strength and to an increase in capillary water absorption. Results also show that SSAC with 20% of sewage sludge ash and W/C = 0.45 has a 28 day compressive strength of almost 30 MPa. SSAC with a sludge ash contents of 5% and 10% has the same capillary water absorption coefficient as the control concrete; as for the concrete mixtures with 20% sludge ash content, the capillary water absorption is higher but in line with C20/25 strength class concretes performance.  相似文献

This research investigated the performance of lime-BHA (black rice husk ash) solidified plating sludge with 2 wt% NaO from Na(2)SiO(3) and Na(2)CO(3) at the level of 0, 30 and 50 wt%. The sludge was evaluated for strength development, leachability, solution chemistry and microstructure. The lime-BHA solidified plating sludge with Na(2)SiO(3) and Na(2)CO(3) had higher early strength when compared to the control. The addition of Na(2)SiO(3) and Na(2)CO(3) increased the OH(-) concentration and decreased the Ca(2+) and heavy metal ions in solution after the first minute. The XRD patterns showed that the addition of Na(2)SiO(3) resulted in the formation of calcium silicate hydrates, while the addition of Na(2)CO(3) resulted in CaCO(3). The heavy metals from the plating sludge, especially Zn, were immobilized in calcium zincate and calcium zinc silicate forms for the lime-BHA with and without Na(2)SiO(3) solidified wastes, while samples with Na(2)CO(3) contained Zn that was fixed in the form of CaZnCO(3). The cumulative leaching of Fe, Cr and Zn from the lime-BHA solidified plating sludge decreased significantly when activators were added, especially Na(2)CO(3).  相似文献

This paper investigates the mineralogical characteristics of fresh, aged and hot water extracted MSWI fly ash for providing the baseline information of minerals stability which controls the released heavy metals into the environment. Quantitative determination of bulk phase abundance in the fresh fly ash by the XRD Rietveld refinement method provided composition levels for amorphous and crystalline phases such as potassium tetrachlorozincate (K2ZnCl4), gehlenite, halite, quartz, anhydrite, and feldspar. The minerals association in the fly ash is clearly unstable and subject to mineralogical reactions. The phases of K2ZnCl4, halite and anhydrite in the fresh fly ash were involved in hydration and dissolution/precipitation processes to form new minerals such as the Zn-bearing mineral gordaite, syngenite, gypsum and hydrocalumite. The solubility-controlling phases and extractability of heavy metals were examined in a Soxhlet hot water-extractor. Here the soluble salts were simply removed from fly ash while Ca-, Al-, Si- and SO42−-bearing hydrate minerals were precipitated from the extraction solution. Furthermore, a low release of heavy metals Zn, Pb and Cd in hot water was noticed, indicating a strong retention of the trace metals in the mineral phases remaining in the insoluble fly ash residues.  相似文献

以磷浓度50mg/L的实验室模拟废水为研究对象,考察了以鸟粪石(MAP)形式回收磷的最佳摩尔配比,并借助X-衍射(XRD)对不同摩尔配比条件下得到的沉淀物进行分析。试验结果表明,在pH=9.5时,以鸟粪石形式回收磷的最佳Mg:N:P=4:1.6:1。对沉淀物的XRD分析发现,在pH=9.5,当固定Mg:P=1.6时,N:P=1时沉淀物中基本不含MAP,当N:P=2时,生成的沉淀物中混有少量的副产物Mg(3PO)42,当N:P2时则生成较纯的MAP;当固定N:P=4时,Mg:P=2是生成较纯的MAP的临界值,超过此比例则生成副产物Mg(3PO)42;当反应按照理论配比投加氨氮和镁盐时,所得产物基本不是MAP,而是副产物Mg(3PO)42。故鸟粪石沉淀结晶反应中应尽量提高氨氮配比,并避免投加过量的镁盐,以保证回收产物的纯度。  相似文献

采用X-射线能谱(EDX),傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR),X-射线衍射(XRI)对重庆市区大气颗粒污染物的元素组成,离子,物相组成进行顾研究,EDX检出了S,Cl,K,Ca,Ti,Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Se,Sr,Zr,Rb,Ga,Hg,Zn,Ni元素,FT-IR光谱发现主要存在SO4^2-,NH4^ 和NO3^-,XRD结果表明存在CaSO4.2H2O,α-SiO2,(NH4)2Ca(SO4)2.2H2O,(NH4)2SO4等4个主要物相以及Fe3O4,CaCO3等物相,初步讨论了重庆大气颗粒物的污染来源及其时间,空间分布。  相似文献

对经Na2CO3溶解调质后石灰石煅烧、硫化特性进行了研究,发现调质后石灰石比未经调质石灰石具有更快的煅烧分解速率。CO2浓度变化对调质CaO硫化效果的影响程度要比未经调质CaO更为明显。调质CaO比调质前具有更高的最终钙转化率,但脱硫剂微观结构测定表明,调质CaO比表面积和孔隙率均小于同等条件下获得的未经调质CaO比表面积和孔隙率。利用X-衍射技术对CaO晶体结构进行了测定,对比晶格畸变度等参数并综合煅烧、硫化及脱硫剂孔特性,提出了调质CaO硫化反应机理为:前期为化学反应控制阶段,后期为离子扩散控制阶段。应用分形理论对CaO分形维数进行了计算,发现随CO2浓度的增加,无论调质与否得到的CaO,分形维数均呈下降趋势。  相似文献

使用X射线衍射技术(XRD)和扫描电镜技术(SEM/EDX)对北京PM10中的矿物组分进行了分析.结果表明,北京PM10中的矿物组分存在明显的季节变化规律,春季PM10中的矿物组成种类最多;秋季PM10中的矿物种类最少;在夏季PM10中,矿物的种类有所减少,却有新的物种出现,如NH4Cl、K(NH4)Ca(SO4)2?H2O、As2O3?SO3等.粘土矿物是北京PM10中含量最高的矿物,石英的含量次之,其他依次为方解石、石膏、长石、白云石以及其他矿物颗粒;北京PM10中还存在一定数量的复合颗粒,颗粒表面常有S、Cl元素的存在.  相似文献

以天然粘土矿物累托石为载体、以铁盐作交联剂,利用水溶液插层方法制备了铁/累托石复合物。采用FT-IR和XRD两种表征方法对铁/累托石复合物进行了表征,分析了复合物的结构变化和层间间距变化,并探讨了复合物制备条件以及反应过程中溶液初始浓度、溶液初始pH、复合物投加量和H2O2浓度因素对催化降解活性艳蓝的影响。研究表明:铁聚合物插入到累托石的层间结构中,扩大了累托石的层间距;当Na+/Fe3+比值为0.5,Fe3+/累托石比值为10 mmol/g,p H为3左右,催化剂用量为0.5 g/L时,H2O2浓度为100 mg/L时,活性艳蓝的去除率达到90%以上。实验表明,铁柱撑累托石/UV/Fenton工艺对活性艳蓝具有良好的降解效果。  相似文献
