无锡市城镇化进程中土地利用变化及其环境效应   总被引:11,自引:5,他引:11  
20世纪90年代,城市用地扩展是我国区域土地利用演化的主导过程,城市土地利用所引起的地表景观格局的变化又是引起地表各种地理过程变化的主要原因。基于Landsat TM图像解译的土地利用的动态图斑,分析了20年代90年代无锡市土地利用的变化态势。研究表明,土地利用变化主要体现为耕地向林地、水域、建设用地的转移.林地向耕地、建设用地的转移,以及草地、水域向建设用地的转移;20世纪90年代中后期,国家颁布的一系列基本农田保护和“退耕还林还草”的政策法规,在一定程度上限制了大量耕地被建设占用的趋势。土地利用快速变化也导致明显环境效应.主要表现为水环境的恶化和现代“城市病”等方面。因此,加强土地规划管理、合理利用土地资源、重视能源开发与基础设施建设,应成为今后区域土地资源开发、利用与保护的重点与方向。  相似文献

Degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)was studied in a novel three-electrode photoelectrocatalytic(PEC)integrative oxidation process,and the factors influencing the degradation rate,such as applied current,flow speed of O_2,pH,adscititious voltage and initial 2,4-DCP concentration were investigated and optimized.H_2O_2 was produced nearby cathode and Fe~(2 )continuously generated from Fe anode in solution when current and O_2 were applied,so,main reactions,H_2O_2-assisted TiO_2 PEC oxidation and E-Fenton reaction,occurred during degradation of 2,4-DCP in this integrative system.The degradation ratio of 2,4-DCP was 93% in this integrative oxidation process,while it was only 31% in E-Fenton process and 46% in H_2O_2-assisted TiO_2 PEC process.So,it revealed that the degradation of 2,4-DCP was improved greatly by photoelectrical cooperation effect.By the investigation of pH,it showed that this integrative process could work well in a wide pH range from pH 3 to pH 9.  相似文献

Methyl ten-butyl ether (MTBE), a gasoline additive, possesses serious problems to the environmental health. In the present study, a bacterial culture named A-3 which could effectively degrade MTBE was isolated from the MTBE contaminated soil. The isolate was identified as Chryseobacterium sp., a new species capable of degrading MTBE. In order to enhance its degradation ability, selected environment factors were investigated. The results showed that the optimal temperature was in the range of 25-30℃, the pH was 7.0, the inoculum size was 2 × 10^8 CFU/ml and the optimal concentration of MTBE was from 50 to 100 mg/L. The maximum MTBE utilization rate (Vmax) was 102 nmol MTBE/(mg cell protein.h). Furthermore, it was found that the isolate could also degrade tert-butyl alcohol (TBA). The degradation rates of TBA were much faster than those of MTBE. The additional TBA would lead to the decrease of the initial MTBE degradation rate and the inhibitory effect of TBA increased with the increase of TBA concentration. Similar protein profiles at least seven peptides were demonstrated after SDS-PAGE analysis of crude extracts obtained from the cells growing in MTBE and TBA culture.  相似文献

The influence of coexisting copper (Cu) ion on the degradation of pesticides pyrethroid cypermethrin and cyhalothrin in soil and photodegradation in water system were studied.Serial concentrations of the pesticides with the addition of copper ion were spiked in the soil and incubated for a regular period of time,the analysis of the extracts from the soil was carried out using gas chromatography (GC).The photodegradation of pyrethroids in water system was conducted under UV irradiation.The effect of Cu~(2 ) on the pesticides degradation was measured with half life (t_(0.5)) of degradation.It was found that a negative correlation between the degradation of the pyrethroid pesticides in soil and Cu addition was observed.But Cu~(2 ) could accelerate photodegradation of the pyrethroids in water.The t_(0.5) for cyhalothrin extended from 6.7 to 6.8 d while for cypermethrin extended from 8.1 to 10.9 d with the presence of copper ion in soil.As for photodegradation,t_(0.5) for cyhalothrin reduced from 173.3 to 115.5 rain and for cypermethrin from 115.5 to 99.0 min.The results suggested that copper influenced the degradation of the pesticides in soil by affecting the activity of microorganisms.However, it had catalyst tendency for photodegradation in water system.The difference for the degradation efficiency of pyrethroid isomers in soil was also observed.Copper could obviously accelerate the degradation of some special isomers.  相似文献

Runoff was measured from seven plots with different slopes nested in Tuanshangou catchment on the Loess Plateau to study effect of slopes on runoff in relation to rainfall regimes. Based on nine years of field observation and K-mean clusters, 84 rainfall events were grouped into three rainfall regimes. Rainfall regime A is the group of events with strong rainfall intensity, high frequency, and short duration. Rainfall regime C consists of events with low intensity, long duration, and infrequent occurrence. Rainfall regime B is the aggregation of events of medium intensity and medium duration, and less frequent occurrence. The following results were found: (1) Different from traditional studies, runoff coefficient neither decreased nor increased, but presented peak value on the slope surfaces; (2) For individual plot, runoff coefficients induced by rainfall regime A were the highest, and those induced by rainfall regime C were the lowest; Downslope, the runoff coefficients induced by three rainfall regimes presented the same changing trend, although the peak value induced by regime A occurred on a shorter slope length compared to those by regime B and C; (3) Scale effect on runoff induced by rainfall regime A was the least, and that induced by rainfall regime C was the largest. These results can be explained by the interactions of crusting, soil moisture content, slope length and gradient, and erosion units, etc., in the context of different rainfall regimes.  相似文献

水仙对多效唑比较敏感,无论浸泡法或叶面喷施法都具有明显的矮化效应,但当浓度≥200mg·l-1时又会产生药害,也有碍观赏;叶面喷施法对水仙矮化效应不如浸泡法,开花期亦迟10·15d;浸泡法的最佳处理浓度是50 mg·l-1;叶面喷施法以浓100-200mg·l-1效应最好,但此法费工费时,操作不便,生产上最好不采用。  相似文献

研究了田间条件下旱作水稻半腐解秸秆覆盖、蚕豆秆覆盖、地膜覆盖、纸膜覆盖、生稻草覆盖 5种覆盖方式的吸氮特征 ;水稻水作与旱作的产量及其构成因素 ;水稻水作与旱作条件下灌溉水的利用效率。结果表明 ,旱作条件下水稻各部位的含氮量均大于水作 ;旱作水稻的氮素吸收、累积主要在拔节期以后 ,而水作水稻从移栽后就大量吸收氮素 ,灌浆期后很少吸收氮素 ;旱作水稻的产量以半腐解覆盖处理的最高 ,为 8415kg/hm2 ;旱作水稻耗水量只占水作耗水量的 7 14% ,旱作水稻的水分利用效率是水作的 12倍以上  相似文献

采用盆栽试验研究了重金属复合污染物在土壤 -水稻系统中迁移、积累规律及生态效应。结果表明 :Cd、Pb复合污染使水稻株高比对照的下降了 5~ 7cm ,水稻减产 2 0 % ,2元素交互作用特别是 5元素复合作用影响了水稻的正常生长发育 ;不同处理中重金属在水稻籽实的分配比例依次为 5元素 >2元素 >单元素 ;Cd -Pb 2元素交互作用时 ,Pb元素的存在促进了水稻对Cd元素的吸收 ,而Cd元素却抑制了水稻对Pb元素的吸收 ;Cd比Pb元素易向地上部迁移 ,Pb元素大部分积累于水稻根部  相似文献
