Abstract

A pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) method was presented for the determination of six neonicotinoid pesticides, acetamiprid, clothianidin, dinotefuran, imidacloprid, thiacloprid, and thiamethoxam in green onion. The critical parameters of PLE, e.g. extraction solvent, temperature, pressure, number of cycles, and static extraction time, were optimized by test on the spiked green onion with six neonicotinoids and the incurred green onion applied with four commercial neonicotinoid insecticide formulations (acetamiprid, dinotefuran, imidacloprid, and thiamethoxam). As a result, the recoveries of six neonicotinoids obtained by one cycle PLE with acetonitrile at 140?°C and 50?bar for 10?min were 94.7–99.5%. These results were acceptable according to the validation guideline for testing method of agricultural chemicals in food by Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare in Japan. PLE was also validated by the test on the incurred green onion. The analytical values of four neonicotinoids obtained by PLE were good agreement with those obtained by solid–liquid extraction with homogenizer, which is employed for Japanese official method for the analysis of pesticide residues in food (the ratios of analytical values obtained by PLE to those obtained by solid–liquid extraction were 99.7–101.2%). These results indicate that PLE is applicable for the determination of neonicotinoids in green onion.  相似文献

Population of the world is growing with increasing rate and it seems that existing fossil fuel energy sources will not be able to meet energy demand in the near future. Energy is not only crucial for civil sector but also it is one of the most important assets in defense sector. Energy for military operations is mostly provided from fossil fuel as it is the case in other sectors; however, fossil fuels have hazardous effects to the environment and cause global environment concerns. These drawbacks of fossil fuels are also valid for battlefield. Furthermore, transportation of fossil fuels causes extra safety and logistics problems in military case. In this study, we developed a hybrid green energy solution with wind, solar, and batteries together to minimize or eliminate the fossil fuel demand for the battlefield. Results of our algorithm are superior to the already used diesel generator solution from the point of view of cost and various other aspects. The novelty of our study stems from applying optimization of hybrid green energy solution to military case with battlefield constraints.  相似文献

以麦积区城郊2013年实测绿地大气总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)为根据,应用空间变异分析、克里格插值、重分类等方法,对麦积区城郊绿地大气TSP进行了分析,得出如下结论:当绿地结构是乔木和灌木组成的针阔混交林、森林覆盖率在73%时,大气TSP质量浓度小于0.08mg/m3;当绿地结构是天然林、小部分经济林和绿化带组成的阔叶林、森林覆盖率在51%时,大气TSP质量浓度为0.08~0.20mg/m3;当绿地结构是经济林、绿化带和农田、森林覆盖率在30%以下时,大气TSP质量浓度在0.20mg/m3以上;森林覆盖率在10%左右时,大气TSP质量浓度在9.700~13.548mg/m3。麦积区城市绿地结构和森林覆盖率直接影响大气TSP浓度,这为麦积区城市绿地规划和建设、改善城市环境质量提供了理论依据和技术指导。  相似文献

海藻酸钠-刺槐豆胶复合凝胶珠吸附孔雀绿   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以刺槐豆胶、海藻酸钠为材料制备复合凝胶珠,利用红外光谱、热重分析对其进行表征,探讨孔雀绿浓度、吸附时间及pH对复合凝胶珠吸附孔雀绿的影响。红外光谱和热重分析表明,复合凝胶珠制备成功且热稳定性介于刺槐豆胶和海藻酸钠之间。复合凝胶珠对孔雀绿的吸附在5h后达到平衡,pH=6为最佳吸附pH,相同条件下复合凝胶珠对孔雀绿的吸附作用优于活性炭,其对孔雀绿的吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附等温方程和颗粒内扩散模型。海藻酸钠一刺槐豆胶复合凝胶珠有望成为新的处理印染废水的吸附剂。  相似文献

The biodegradation was considered as the prime mechanism of crude oil degradation. To validate the efficacy and survival of the crude oil-degrading strain in a bioremediation process, the enhanced green fluorescent protein gene (egfp) was introduced into Acinetobacter sp. HC8–3S. In this study, an oil-contaminated sediment microcosm was conducted to investigate the temporal dynamics of the physicochemical characterization and microbial community in response to bacterium amendment. The introduced strains were able to survive, flourish and degrade crude oil quickly in the early stage of the bioremediation. However, the high abundance cannot be maintained due to the ammonium (NH4+-N) and phosphorus (PO43?-P) contents decreased rapidly after 15 days of remediation. The sediment microbial community changed considerably and reached relatively stable after nutrient depletion. Therefore, the addition of crude oil and degrading cells did not show a long-time impact on the original microbial communities, and sufficient nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients ensures the survive and activity of degrader. Our studies expand the understanding of the crude oil degradative processes, which will help to develop more rational bioremediation strategies.  相似文献

以介孔分子筛MCM-41为载体,采用浸渍法将1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-八环戊氧基酞菁锌(α-CyOPcZn)负载到分子筛上得到了一种新型的催化剂CyOPcZn/MCM-41.并通过氮气吸附、红外光谱扫描及电镜扫描对催化剂的结构进行表征.考察了该催化剂的用量、H2O2浓度对孔雀石绿降解作用的影响.实验结果表明,在模拟可见光照射下,当催化剂用量0.6 g.L-1、H2O2浓度为0.1 mmol.L-1时,60 min后使0.1 mmol.L-1的孔雀石绿水溶液的脱色率达到98.6%,并呈现出一级反应的动力学特征,速率常数k为0.0891 min-1.催化剂重复使用3次后,脱色率可达96%以上.  相似文献

从评价指标、权重体系、评分方式等方面论述了国内外现有的绿色建筑评价体系,理论分析表明:现有评价体系的主要特点为从全生命周期角度确定评价指标、用AHP确定评价体系的层次结构、特尔菲法确定指标权重、指标合成方法由线性求和向加乘混合发展、评价结果都采用分级制以确定建筑实现绿色的程度。最后指出了当前绿色评价体系中存在的两点不足:评价结果存在较强的主观性;重视技术的应用,忽视实际运行效果。  相似文献

绿肥轮作对植烟土壤酶活性与微生物量碳和有机碳的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为探讨绿肥作物改良土壤的生态作用,试验以冬闲连作地为对照,在云南曲靖和晋宁烟草种植区,研究了小麦轮作收获后留根茬(20 cm左右)翻压后种植烟草(麦-烟),紫花苕子收获后留根茬(30 cm左右)翻压后种植烟草(绿-烟)及豆类轮作(豆-烟)收获后根茬及秸秆全部移除地外种植烟草的4种轮作模式,结果表明:绿-烟和豆-烟复种模式下,植烟生长期内根区土壤酶活性(SEA)、土壤微生物量碳(SMBC)及土壤有机碳(SOC)均高于麦-烟复种及冬闲连作地,并且差异达显著或极显著水平;不同复种模式的SMBC、SOC及SMBC/SOC间呈显著相关性,对提高土壤SEA、SMBC与SOC质量分数影响为:绿-烟〉豆-烟〉麦-烟〉冬闲地。研究认为,SEA及SMBC/SOC可作为评价轮作模式影响烟地红壤质量变化的生物学指标。  相似文献

In this study, the biosorption of Malachite green (MG) onto Turbinaria conoides, brown marine algae, was studied with respect to initial pH, temperature, initial dye concentration, and sorbent dosage. The optimum initial pH and temperature values for MG removal were found to be 8.0 and 30°C, respectively. Sorbent dosage was found to strongly influence the removal of MG. Equilibrium studies were carried out to test the validity of the Langmuir (q max = 66.6 mg/g and b = 0.526 mL mol/L) and the Freundlich (n = 1.826 and K = 3.751 mg/g) isotherms. The kinetic studies indicated the validity of the pseudo first-order and second-order equation.  相似文献

为应对气候变化,我国开发性金融部门探索绿色投资倒逼其低碳转型之路,相应的气候变化对其绿色投资的影响和风险值得深入研究。运用气候压力测试模型、WITCH模型和气候VaR对我国开发性金融机构绿色投资的气候冲击影响、气候风险进行实证研究。研究发现,极端气候冲击会对我国的开发性金融机构的投资价值及其投资表现产生负面影响;我国开发性金融机构绿色债券的票面利率受气候变化影响程度各异,国家开发银行随着气温的上升而增加,中国农业发展银行随着气温的下降而减少;我国开发性金融机构绿色投资气候风险各异,中国农业发展银行绿色投资的气候风险相对较大。研究成果为我国开发性金融部门应对气候变化的低碳转型和绿色投资的风险管理提供决策参考。  相似文献
