Imazethapyr (IM) is a widely used acetolactate synthase-inhibiting chiral herbicide. It has long-term residuals that may be absorbed by the human body through the edible parts of plants, such as vegetable leaves or fruits. Here, we selected a model plant, Arabidopsis thaliana, to determine the effects of R-IM and S-IM on its leaf structure, photosynthetic efficiency, and metabolites, as well as the structures of microorganisms in the phyllosphere, after 7 days of exposure. Our results indicated enantiomeric differences in plant growth between R-IM and S-IM; 133 µg/kg R-IM showed heavier inhibition of photosynthetic efficiency and greater changes to subcellular structure than S-IM. R-IM and S-IM also had different effects on metabolism and leaf microorganisms. S-IM mainly increased lipid compounds and decreased amino acids, while R-IM increased sugar accumulation. The relative abundance of Moraxellaceae human pathogenic bacteria was increased by R-IM treatment, indicating that R-IM treatment may increase leaf surface pathogenic bacteria. Our research provides a new perspective for evaluating the harmfulness of pesticide residues in soil, phyllosphere microbiome changes via the regulation of plant metabolism, and induced pathogenic bacterial accumulation risks.  相似文献

Phenoxyherbicides induce peroxisome proliferation, as do other structurally related or unrelated chemicals which were found to be nongenotoxic carcinogens in rodents. The widespread use of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) raised concerns over the potential to produce cancer, yet results from epidemiological and experimental studies do not provide definitive evidence that 2,4-D is carcinogenic. The objective of the present study was to verify whether 2,4-D might interfere with cell growth similar to other peroxisome proliferators using cultured avian hepatocytes. Primary hepatocyte cultures from 18-day-old chick embryos were exposed to 2,4-D for up to 72 h followed by an assessment of replicative DNA synthesis and apoptosis. Further, peroxisome proliferation was evaluated. Results showed that 2,4-D stimulated DNA synthesis and suppressed spontaneous apoptosis, while the effects on peroxisome proliferation were less evident.  相似文献

抗生素耐药性的传播已严重威胁全球公共健康,近年来研究发现非抗生素类化学物质也能促进细菌耐药性的产生与传播.然而,除草剂的大量使用是否对细菌耐药性产生影响却鲜见报道.本文以模式菌株大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli DH5α)为研究对象,探究3种常用除草剂(草甘膦、草铵膦和麦草畏)对E.coli DH5α耐药性的影响.结果表明,在土壤环境浓度暴露下,除草剂处理可以改变大肠杆菌对抗生素的敏感性,显著提高大肠杆菌对庆大霉素的耐药能力,其中不同除草剂对细菌耐药性影响效果为:草甘膦 > 麦草畏 > 草铵膦.除草剂暴露30 d后,大肠杆菌突变菌株同时增强了对四环素、氯霉素和氨基糖苷类抗生素的耐药能力,其中链霉素的最小抑制浓度提高19.8倍.全基因组测序发现,除草剂可以诱导膜蛋白(ompFpapC)、菌毛蛋白(yraH)和核糖体(rpsL)等与抗生素耐药性相关的基因突变,从而增强其耐药能力.以上结果表明除草剂通过增加染色体基因突变增强细菌耐药能力,从而促进耐药基因在环境中传播的潜在风险.  相似文献

在实验室控制条件下,研究了酰胺类除草剂丁草胺、乙草胺、丙草胺和异丙甲草胺在田间推荐用量下,对土壤过氧化氢酶活性和脱氢酶活性的影响.结果表明,培养初期,4种除草剂对2种酶活性有不同程度的抑制作用,土壤过氧化氢酶活性于第7d就很快恢复,而脱氢酶活性在13d后得以逐渐恢复.添加稻秆可使土壤酶活性提高,土壤脱氢酶比过氧化氢酶活性变化大.4种除草剂对土壤生态环境影响不大,稻秆还田有利于提高土壤中生化过程的活性,缓冲外来污染物对土壤生态的影响.  相似文献

The physiological effects of 4 herbicides (butachlor, quinclorac, bensulfuron-methyl and atrazine) on 3 submerged macrophytes (Ceratophyllum demersum, Vallisneria natans and Elodea nuttallii) were tested in laboratory conditions. The variables of the relative growth rate and the photosynthetic pigments content showed that all of the tested herbicides affected the growth of the plants obviously. The abnormal growth of the plants was observed in most treatment groups, even at the lowest concentration (0.0001 mg/L). Except for the C. demersum treated with quinclorac at 0.005 and 0.01 mg/L, the relative growth rates of the plants were inhibited significantly (p < 0.05). Statistical analysis of Chl-a content was carried out with both the t-test and one-way ANOVA to determine the difference between the treatment groups and control. The results showed that Chl-a contents of the plants in all treatment groups were affected by herbicides significantly, except for the C. demersum treated with bensulfuron-methyl at 0.0005 mg/L. The decrease content in Chl-a was positively correlated to the dosage of the herbicides in most treatment groups. It was suggested that herbicides in water body might potentially affect the growth of aquatic macrophytes. Since the Chl-a content of submerged macrophytes responded to the stress of herbicides sensitively and directly, it could be used as biomaker in environmental monitoring or in the ecological risk assessment of herbicide contamination.  相似文献
