In recent years, the urban drainage system in China is facing the dual pressure of renovation and construction. This requires
that the integrated assessment for the planning and operation of the urban drainage system is obligatory. To evaluate the
urban drainage system, an integrated assessment methodology based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), integrated simulation,
and fuzzy assessment is established. This method is a multi-criteria decision adding app roach to the assessment of the urban
drainage system comprehensively. Through the integration of the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM), a simple wastewater treatment
plant model, and a surface water quality model, an integrated modelling system for the urban drainage system is developed
and applied as a key tool for assessment. Using the established method, a case study in Shenzhen City has been implemented
to evaluate and compare two urban drainage system reno vation plans, the distributed plan and the centralized plan. Because
of the particularity of this case study, the established method is not applied entirely. Considering the water environ mental
impact, ecological impact, technological feasibility, and economic cost, the integrated performance of the distri buted plan

以上海市为例,利用无容量限制的设施选址模型(UFCLP模型)建立了上海市电子废弃物(WEEE)回收网络,同时,为获得模型求解所需数据,根据1991~2012年的销售量对上海市2010~2017年彩电、冰箱、洗衣机、空调和电脑的废弃量进行了预测.结果表明,5种电子产品的总废弃量会从2010年的269.49×104台增至2017年的635.75×104台.最后,依据区域GDP、人口密度和区域面积等多因素对电子废弃物空间分布量进行了预测,并以此为基础选取了214个回收站候选点,使用SITATION软件对UFCLP模型进行求解,最终确定10个点作为拟建回收点,可实现未来上海市约76%的电子废弃物回收.该网络的建立对长三角地区和全国大中型城市电子废弃物回收都具有良好的示范作用. 相似文献

上海浦东国际机场飞机尾气排放对机场附近空气质量的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
统计2012年10月和11月浦东机场飞机机型和航班架次,根据各类飞机起降的污染物排放设计工作参数,估算出2012年浦东机场飞机起降时排放的NO2、SO2、CO和HC的估算值。利用浦东新区13个空气监测子站二氧化氮和二氧化硫数据绘制等值线图。结果显示,机场所在的江镇点位和祝桥点位二氧化氮浓度变化受飞机影响很大,而飞机排放的二氧化硫对两个点位的影响可以忽略不计。建议采用改进飞机滑行路线、探讨征收飞机碳排放税等措施减少飞机尾气排放对空气质量的影响。 相似文献

The objective of this work is to determine and study, analyze and elaborate, classify and categorize the main risk analysis and risk-assessment methods and techniques by reviewing the scientific literature. The paper consists of two parts: a) the investigation, presentation and elaboration of the main risk-assessment methodologies and b) the statistical analysis, classification, and comparative study of the corresponding scientific papers published by six representative scientific journals of Elsevier B.V. covering the decade 2000-2009. The scientific literature reviewing showed that the risk analysis and assessment techniques are classified into three main categories: (a) the qualitative, (b) the quantitative, and (c) the hybrid techniques (qualitative-quantitative, semi-quantitative). The qualitative techniques are based both on analytical estimation processes, and on the safety managers-engineers ability. According to quantitative techniques, the risk can be considered as a quantity, which can be estimated and expressed by a mathematical relation, under the help of real accidents’ data recorded in a work site. The hybrid techniques, present a great complexity due to their ad hoc character that prevents a wide spreading. The statistical analysis shows that the quantitative methods present the highest relative frequency (65.63%) while the qualitative a lower one (27.68%). 为探索重庆市地质灾害孕灾环境分布情况,以重庆市主要地质灾害为研究对象,在分析孕灾因子基础上,选取暴雨强度、地貌条件、地质岩性、年均降雨量、植被覆盖度和地质构造条件等6个因子,构建地质灾害孕灾环境分区指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)和专家效度相耦合方法确定各指标权重,并建立孕灾环境综合指数评价模型。在ArcGIS软件平台支持下,以1 km×1 km网格尺寸为单位精细获取各指标分析数据,计算得到各网格孕灾环境综合指数值,并根据该值进行重庆市地质灾害孕灾环境等级区划分。结果表明:重庆市地质灾害孕灾环境综合指数值在43~84之间,孕灾分区主要集中在高易发区和中易发区,其中危险区1.29×104 km2,占总面积的15.62%;高易发区4.42×104 km2,占53.68%;中易发区2.38×104 km2,占28.85%;低易发区0.15×104 km2,占1.85%。 相似文献

Consistent estimators of change and state becomes an issue when sample data come from a mix of permanent and temporary observation units. A joint maximum likelihood estimator of state and change creates estimates of state that depend on antecedent viz. posterior survey results and may differ from estimates of state derived from a single-date analysis of the sample data. A constrained estimator of change in relative categorical frequencies that eliminates this potential inconsistency is proposed and a model based estimator of their sampling variance is developed. The performance of the constrained estimator is quantified against six criteria and a joint maximum likelihood estimator in simulated sampling from 15 populations with three combinations of permanent and temporary samples, four to six categorical class attributes, and constant size between sampling dates. Bias of the constrained estimators was negligible but larger than for joint maximum likelihood estimators. Mean absolute deviations and variances of constrained estimators were generally at par with the joint estimators. Constrained estimators of root mean square errors and achieved coverage of nominal confidence intervals of constrained estimators were occasionally better. A generalized variance function for the constrained estimates of change is provided as a computational shortcut. 相似文献

In this paper, we present a new approach to model coupling that probably forms the methodological basis of a new generation of Integrated Assessment models. This approach respects the knowledge and expertise that is embodied in existing models and encourages their gradual evolution. Modularity is the guiding principle. Our approach is distinguished by the way modules are coupled which is based on an interplay of a job control module, a numerical coupling module, and a couple of stand-alone functional modules. The numerical coupling module - the core component - serves to treat the feedbacks between the functional modules. A first implemented example that couples an economic and a climate module by means of a two-phase meta-optimization is presented here.
