雷州半岛胀缩土地裂缝及其成因机理

本文简述了雷州半岛胀缩土地裂缝的特征及分布发育规律；分析了胀缩土地裂缝的成因。认为雷州半岛胀缩土地裂缝的形成发育是胀缩土以及气候、植被、地形地貌、水文地质作用等因素综合作用的结果。其中胀缩土含大量的亲水矿物和失水产生向心收缩的特性从而成为地裂缝成生发展的内因。而特定的气候、植被、地形地貌、水文地质作用等外部环境条件则是导致胀缩土失水和发展形成地裂缝的重要外因。桉树是一种吸水-蒸腾能力极强的树种，树根的干燥作用是导致了林区土体干燥-收缩和形成收缩应力场及在林地边缘产生地下暗裂缝的关键因子，而极端的干旱气候环境和久旱后第一场大暴雨则是暗裂牵动式胀缩土地裂缝发育形成不可或缺的因素。胀缩土地裂缝灾害应重在预防，有关的策略包括防水保湿、科学植树、建筑设计和地基处理、科学选址。     

上海市生物废弃物排放管理对策与措施研究

近年来随着上海市生命科学与生物技术的快速发展，其废弃物的环境排放带来了生态与健康的安全隐患。本文在全面调查基础上，归纳分析了上海生物废弃物排放现状，并从意识层面、法规层面、技术层面和管理层面分析目前存在的问题，随后提出了上海生物废弃物排放控制的分类分级、环境安全评估、排放许可证发放、就地与集中处理结合、排污申报登记等基本管理思路和相应的管理组织结构体系。此外，结合当前需要，提出近期实施对策措施。     

Synergistic effect of F and triggered oxygen vacancies over F-TiO2 on enhancing NO ozonation

Oxidation-absorption technology is a key step for NO_x removal from low-temperature gas. Under the condition of low O₃ concentration (O₃/NO molar ratio = 0.6), F-TiO₂ (F-TiO₂), which is cheap and environmentally friendly, has been prepared as ozonation catalysts for NO oxidation. Catalytic activity tests performed at 120°C showed that the NO oxidation efficiency of F-TiO₂ samples was higher than that of TiO₂ (about 43.7%), and the NO oxidation efficiency of F-TiO₂-0.15 was the highest, which was 65.3%. Combined with physicochemical characteristics of catalysts and the analysis of active species, it was found that there was a synergistic effect between F sites and oxygen vacancies on F-TiO₂, which could accelerate the transformation of monomolecular O₃ into multi-molecule singlet oxygen (¹O₂), thus promoting the selective oxidation of NO to NO₂. The oxidation reaction of NO on F-TiO₂-0.15 follows the Eley-Rideal mechanism, that is, gaseous NO reacts with adsorbed O₃ and finally form NO₂.     

我国环境标准体系现状分析

环境标准是评价环境质量和环境保护工作的法定依据。标准体系的有效运作依赖于体系中标准的科学性和标准间的协调性，文章分析了我国现行环境标准体系存在的问题：一些环境标准的宽严程度不适当；环境标准所覆盖的保护范围不够，不利于我国经济的可持续发展，环境标准的制订缺乏连贯性，环境标准体系之间缺乏相互间的协调和统一，对环境标准体系的调整提出建议：探索制定标准的科学方法；建立健全产品的环境标准体系；建立标准制定发布机制和后评价机制等。

水库触发地震研究进展

水库诱发的地震活动由于其潜在的破坏性巨大而受到重视。自1945年Carder首次指出美国米德湖水库蓄水触发地震后,各国学者针对不同地区的水库触发地震进行了大量研究。本文总结前人研究的结果,将人类对水库触发地震的研究内容从以下四个方面进行了归纳:(1)空间分布;(2)触发机理;(3)类型;(4)特征。并提出了今后研究的重点和方向。通过水库触发地震研究综述,为我国进一步开展地震活动与水库运行之间关系的研究提供了科学依据。     

Concurrency: a system design approach to environmental management and sustainability

The lessons of history indicate that mismanagement of natural resources and the environment often leads to potentially adverse consequences.The increasing interest in economic development,particularly in the developing countries of the world coupled with increasing population pressures and the globalization of economic activity is placing noticeable stresses on the ultimate sustainability of both human and environmental systems.Sustainable development is not a new concept.It has been an area of concern for different elements of society for some time.Yet efforts to understand the implications of sustainable development have not,until recently,been formalized.We have focused singularly on economic development and environmental quality as if they were mutually exclusive.This paper focuses on the concept of concurrency as both a conceptual framework and practicable method of understanding and implementing the ecology and economy of sustainability.     

Environmental principles applicable to supply chains design and operation

In this paper we deal with the problem of identifying environmental principles for the design and operation of supply chains. The operations that are included in supply chains are briefly described along with the approaches that are applied in order to improve their environmental performance. A background of environmental principles for achieving eco-efficiency and building of environmentally friendly organizational systems is presented and emphasis is put on the application of such principles “from cradle to grave”. Then, environmental principles applicable to particular objects of logistics networks planning are identified and commented upon. In addition, selective case studies from the literature, which show the applicability of the formulated principles and their relevance to practice, are discussed. The paper concludes with some remarks regarding the benefits for companies and societies, in general, that occur as a result of the application of the formulated principles.
