2004年9月~2005年9月对内蒙古锡林河流域4种草地类型的土壤呼吸速率及相关水热因子进行了野外测定,应用2种数学模型和不同温度指标对草地土壤呼吸的温度敏感性问题进行了探讨.结果表明,Van′tHoff模型对温度变化较为敏感,显示出冬季的Q10值明显大于夏季的特征,应用Arrhenius模型求算的不同季节的Q10值变化不大.在>5℃时,Q10值的变动范围,Van′tHoff模型为1.60~2.03,Arrhenius模型为1.48~1.67,略高于全球平均值;2种模型均对水分的变化比较敏感,表现为Q10值随土壤水分的降低而升高的趋势.  相似文献

模拟研究了沉积物与草甸沼泽土中水溶性天然有机物从固相向水相释放的动力学过程,探讨了流速、温度和pH条件对土壤物中水溶性有机物释放速度的影响。研究结果表明,上述过程可以用滞膜模型(单膜)加以描述,释放为典型的一级动力学过程,且草甸沼泽土中水溶性有机物的释放较沉积物快。  相似文献

采用连续化学提取法,测定了黔西北高氟病区茶园土壤样品氟含量及氟的形态.结果表明:供试土壤全氟含量为314~3558mg/kg,平均为945mg/kg,高于全国土壤全氟平均含量(453mg/kg).不同类型供试土壤中全氟含量高低顺序为:棕壤和褐土(分别为1118和1114mg/kg)>黄棕壤(908mg/kg)>黄壤(681mg/kg).供试土壤中不同形态氟含量以残余态最高,其平均含量为940mg/kg;其次为有机束缚态氟,平均含量为7.82mg/kg,处于氟污染较高水平,可能会对人体健康和生态环境产生重要影响;铁锰结合态氟也较高,平均含量3.99mg/kg;水溶态氟和可交换态氟均较低,其平均含量分别为:1.98,1.14mg/kg.由此可见,土壤中氟形态大部分均以残余态形式存在于土壤中,可被茶树叶吸收的水溶态氟和可交换态氟含量均不高.相关性分析表明:可交换态氟只与水溶态氟呈显著正相关关系(r=0.459**),而水溶态氟与铁锰结合态氟、残余态氟和全氟均呈正相关关系(r分别为0.240*, 0.226*, 0.229*), 有机束缚态氟与铁锰结合态氟、残余态氟和全氟也呈正相关关系(r分别为0.757**, 0.312**, 0.320**),水溶态氟与土壤交换性盐基含量之间也呈极显著正相关关系,而土壤氟形态与有机质的相关性不明显,仅有机束缚态氟与土壤有机质呈弱负相关.本研究可为该区域土壤氟污染防治提供科学依据,也为土壤氟的迁移转化及其对生态和环境的影响研究奠定一定的理论基础.  相似文献

The effects of di erent phosphate-amendments on lead (Pb) uptake, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the levelof malondialdehyde (MDA) in cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L.) in contaminated soils with 2500, or 5000 mg P2O5/kg soil ofhydroxyapatite (HA), phosphate rock (PR), single-superphosphate (SSP) and the mix of HA/SSP (HASSP) were evaluated in potexperiments. Results showed that the Pb concentrations in shoots and roots decreased by 18.3%–51.6% and 16.8%–57.3% among thetreatments respectively compared to the control samples. The e ciency order of these phosphate-amendments in reducing Pb uptakewas as follows: HASSPt HA > SSP t PR.With the addition of SSP, HA and the mix of HA/SSP, the SOD activity in shoot was reducedmarkedly (P < 0.05) compared with that in the control group. For example, the SOD activities in shoot by the treatments of HASSP,SSP, and HA in 5000 mg P2O5/kg were found to be only 51.3%, 56.2%, and 56.7%, respectively. Similar e ects were also observed onthe level of MDA in the shoots with a decrease in 24.5%–56.3%. The results verified the inference that phosphate compounds could beused to reduce the plant uptake of Pb and resist the Pb stress in the plant vegetated in Pb-contaminated soils.  相似文献

To investigate the nitrifying activities of di erent soil types, soil samples collected from 8-, 50- and 90-year old tea orchards, theadjacent wasteland, and 90-year old forest were measured for their nitrification potentials using the conventional soil incubation and theliquid incubation method. Among di erent soil types, the nitrification potential of soil in tea orchards was higher than that of wastelandand forest soils. The slurry shaken liquid incubation method was confirmed to be more accurate and have reliable results than thesoil incubation. Interestingly, experimental result revealed that the generally applied pH value of 7.2 for the liquid media was not theoptimal pH for these acid soils with a strong bu er capacity. This suggested that tea orchard soils may have nitrifiers requiring pHneutralcondition for the best activity. Our data also showed that treatment with the commonly used nitrogen fertilizer urea significantlyimproved nitrification potential of the soils; such enhancement e ect was stronger on all of three tea orchard soils than on wastelandand forest soils, and also stronger on the younger (8- and 50-year old) tea orchard soils than on the older one (90-year old).  相似文献

The spatial variation of heavy metals in the soils in Shuikoushan mining-smelting area, Hunan Province, China, was investigatedusing multivariate and geo-statistic analysis. A total of 106 composite soil samples were collected in an area of about 100 km2.Concentrations of total As, Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu and Cr were measured using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).Arsenic and Pb were found to have a common source, indicating the same sources and spreading processes, such as aerosols andairborne particulates from smelting chimneys. Airborne sources from smelting chimneys contributed greatly to Cd in the area, whichdemonstrated the same dispersion pattern as As and Pb. However, two hot spots of Cd around smelters were possibly enlarged bywastewaters, demonstrating another important source of Cd in Shuikouhsan. Geo-statistic interpolated mapping demonstrated that hotspotsof Zn were only found proximal to the large smelters, suggesting that Zn primarily came from the chimneys of larger smelters.The major Cu hot-spots appeared closely to the tailing dam, indicating that weathering and leaching of tailings were the major sourcesof Cu contamination in Shuikoushan. Our findings indicated that airborne volatile particles and aerosols contributed the most to As,Cd, Pb, Zn and Cu contamination, while Cd and Cu may also derive from the discharge of wastewater from smelters and the leachingof tailings, respectively.  相似文献

Constructed wetlands have emerged as a viable option for helping to solve a wide range of water quality problems. However, heavymetals adsorbed by substrates would decrease the growth of plants, impair the functions of wetlands and eventually result in a failureof contaminant removal. Typha latifolia L., tolerant to heavy metals, has been widely used for phytoremediation of Pb/Zn mine tailingsunder waterlogged conditions. This study examined e ects of iron as ferrous sulfate (100 and 500 mg/kg) and lead as lead nitrate (0,100, 500 and 1000 mg/kg) on phosphorus utilization and microbial community structure in a constructed wetland. Wetland plants (T.latifolia) were grown for 8 weeks in rhizobags filled with a paddy soil under waterlogged conditions. The results showed that both theamount of iron plaque on the roots and phosphorus adsorbed on the plaque decreased with the amount of lead addition. When the ratioof added iron to lead was 1:1, phosphorus utilized by plants was the maximum. Total amount of phospholipids fatty acids (PLFAs)was 23%–59% higher in the rhizosphere soil than in bulk soil. The relative abundance of Gram-negative bacteria, aerobic bacteria, andmethane oxidizing bacteria was also higher in the rhizosphere soil than in bulk soil, but opposite was observed for other bacteria andfungi. Based on cluster analysis, microbial communities were mostly controlled by the addition of ferrous sulfate and lead nitrate inrhizosphere and bulk soil, respectively.  相似文献

通过序批试验研究了零价铁修复对底泥中1,3-二氯苯的去除效果,分析了零价铁修复过程中pH和铁离子质量浓度以及修复后底泥土壤酶的恢复情况. 结果表明:添加占底泥干质量2%的还原铁粉,1,3-二氯苯的去除率可达72.3%〔初始w(1,3-二氯苯)为500  mg/kg,培养时间为20 d〕,较未添加零价铁修复处理高52.0%. 零价铁有效地促进了底泥中1,3-二氯苯的去除,土著微生物在自然恢复中起一定的作用. 在修复过程中零价铁并未使底泥pH发生明显变化,底泥水体中的总铁质量浓度(低于0.3 mg/L)始终符合地表水环境质量标准(GB3838—2002). 1,3-二氯苯污染使底泥过氧化氢酶、转化酶和蛋白酶的酶活性显著降低,使脲酶的酶活性显著升高. 零价铁修复使1,3-二氯苯抑制的底泥过氧化氢酶的酶活性恢复到未污染对照水平.   相似文献

对广州市某区城市土壤重金属污染现状进行调查,共采集土壤样品34个,分析样品中As,Hg,Cr,Cd,Ni和Pb的全量及有效态质量分数,探讨重金属元素全量和有效态质量分数之间的关系,并采用4种不同标准对结果进行了评价. 结果表明:研究区工业用地、城区和农村居住区的土壤已受到一定程度的重金属污染,且为2种或3种重金属元素的复合污染;As,Hg,Cr,Cd,Ni和Pb有效态质量分数平均值分别为0.09,0.004,0.09,0.18,0.40和32.80 mg/kg,Cd和Pb的有效态质量分数占全量的比例较高. 4种标准综合评价结果中,轻度、中度和重度污染样点数占样点总数的比例依次为国标(GB15618—1995)二级标准评价(62%)>有效态污染起始值评价(29%)>全量污染起始值评价(24%)>国标三级标准评价(21%).   相似文献

采用振荡平衡法研究了新型除草剂HW-02在5种不同土壤中的吸附特性. 结果表明:土壤对HW-02的吸附性强;HW-02在黑钙土、白浆土、草甸土、砂性土和黏壤土等5种土壤中的吸附可用Freundlich等温式较好地描述,其吸附系数(KF)分别为332.65,103.32,672.97,577.96和289.60,吸附自由能变绝对值(ΔG)分别为16.55,22.73,18.32,18.48和22.86 kJ/mol,说明HW-02在土壤中的吸附以物理吸附为主;HW-02在5种土壤中的有机质吸附常数(KOM)为796.57~10 197.18,说明其在土壤中迁移性很弱. HW-02在土壤中的吸附系数与土壤w(有机质),pH和w(黏粒)相关性较好,而与阳离子交换量(CEC)的相关性差,说明土壤w(有机质),w(黏粒)和pH是影响HW-02在土壤中吸附的主要因素.   相似文献
